Midnight blaze, nova Solaris, sunset shimmer and the human doppelgängers for twilight and her friends have known eachother for about a year now, the group always knew sunset, midnight, and nova came from equestria but they never knew that they were tasked with its safekeeping. The high council, a group of superior beings that manage the group of universes closest to theirs, has given them one assignment, protect equestria and the neighbouring universes.
