The Chronicles of Sonic Speed

Just lemme tell you about myself before I go on with the story. I am an Earth Pony named Sonic Speed. I'm pretty much blue all over, except my face and stomach, which are kind of a tan color. I have a gold ring for my Cutie Mark. Many ponies think I'm like the Pony version of Sonic the Hedgehog. Well, I'm not. In fact, I'm kinda chubby for my age, so I'm not that fast.

My best friend's name is Peppermint. He is also an Earth Pony. He is a white-colored pony with a red-and-white striped mane and tail. He's actually the only one in the 7th grade (maybe the whole school) who hasn't a Cutie Mark yet. He's thinner than me so he pretty much beats me in every race we do in P.E. We pretty much have nothing unique about us; that's one reason why we're two of the least popular ponies in the Ponyville Middle School.

Another reason that I'm one of the least popular is because I cry a lot because my mom died when I was only five. Ponies are always bullying me when I cry. I keep telling them the same thing, "My mom died when I was five. What part of that don't you understand?" And I get the same reply every time, "Oh, wah, wah, you're mamma died. Somepony call the 'Wambulance!'" Seriously, what does the 'Wambulance' have to do with a dead mom?

Anyway, there's this girl I've had a crush on ever since the first day of school. Her name is Rainbow Dash, the one and only one who did the awesome Sonic Rainboom. But, apparently, she is in the top 15 of the most popular students, so she wouldn't wanna date somepony in the top 10 least popular.

Okay you know what? I think I should start the story now. That's pretty much it about myself.
