For many years, Celestia has had mixed feelings about the handsome vampony King, Glory Star. But she cannot love him, for he is bound by ancient laws of his Ancestors; he is only permitted to love and/or marry a royal from his own Province. For many years Celestia researched everything, attempted to fix this law, but nothing has worked. She had desperately loved him since the first time he came to her with the idea of a World Council. But alas, Law and Rule are in her way.
At the next Albion Council meeting, being held in Equestria, her desperation takes great affect: she will love him. Even if it means breaking ancient laws. Celestia will have her true love, and she will do it at the Council.
