Chapter 1: No Past

Whispers, crying, moaning and screaming… that is what I heard. Why are ponies screaming my name?

In a sudden flash I woke up, the green, evergreen trees were swaying back and forth and the pine smell filled the air. Getting up, I noticed that apparently I used a log for a bed. While I was brushing my cherry red mane, I noticed my surroundings is what seemed like a never ending forest. Wanting to take a bath was a great idea because I would love to clean my light caramel fur.

“Cold baths, my favorite.” I grunt.

I stared at a crystal clear lake during my bath I began to find out that… I lost my memory. My mind can only remember my name (Trexx) and nothing else. Using leaves was my only source for rinsing. Then a sound blasted through the forest, thus scaring the birds. A sound of a little one screaming was for some reason able to kick in my instinct and I quickly ran toward the scream.

As I finally reached my destination I noticed that there was huge monster that resembled a timberwolf, only problem is its 8 feet tall with bark covering its skin. The monster attacked me, allowing my body to slam the ground hard enough to break some ribs. My inner self decided to fight and threw a punch at the monsters stomach. The other hoof punched its wooden jaw, dislodging it in an instant. Suddenly blood started spewing out of my mouth due to the fact that my ribs are broken. Screaming, that’s all the monster did until it started to melt, turning to a strange black substance. My body couldn’t move. Then I saw a little filly with a big pink bowtie on her head, she looked at me in horror as I fell face-down toward the ground.

Instead of waking up on a dirty old log, I woke up on the hospital bed. The nurse came in smiling,

“Thank goodness, that filly you saved brought you here. Your ribs are in bad shape so it is best if you lie down for a while.”

Hours passed as I did nothing but eat green mashed peas, then the same filly I saved came in the room smiling with her two companions. A big red colt and an orange mare that wore a western hat, the orange one spoke first

“Ah couldn’t thank yah more sugah, after y’all you saved mah sister, Applebloom is her name an’ Applejack is mine!” The red colt just replied with a “yep!”

Applebloom blurted out that the red colt was named Big Mac. “Haha, that’s nice” I reply while attempting to wave “The name is Trexx” I give off a sad look that made everypony look at me with grief until Applejack speaks up

“What’s the matter sugah?”

My face looks up to Applejack looking at her bright eyes “I have a problem. I cannot remember anything except my name.” My facial expressions quickly change to curiosity , “Also Applebloom? What were you doing in the middle of the forest?” All eyes turn to Applebloom who looks a bit frightened

“Well, it’s a long story” She begins.
