Chapters "Its not the darkness we fear its what's in it."
Steve woke up his bed drenched in sweat. As he got up he looked around and saw that it was still dark out. so he walked to his chest deciding to craft something to pass the time. As he opened it he started to poke around and brought out 2 sticks and 3 diamonds. He then walked to a weird looking table and placed the items in an order. Two sticks pointing up and three diamonds on top of them in a line. The table then started to shake and started to make a bright white light he closed his eyes and waited for a few seconds and opened them again. In the items places was a diamond pickaxe he picked it up and spun it around admiring it. He then looked at the clock to see what time it was but as he looked at it his eyes widened in surprise. The clocks hand was waving around like crazy and that only happened in the nether he looked outside to check if he was in the nether. But all he saw was darkness endless darkness. As he looked at the door he saw a black mist slowly seeping through the door. It Slowly went after the torches and once it was next to them a faint bowing sound was heard and was then followed by screams of pain and a faint laughter.
Wilson woke up on the grass as he pushed himself up he wondered were he was. Then the memory's hit the experiment, the island, the monsters. As he looked towards the fire he realized it was pretty low. He then realized he had no flammable objects on him at all. He then went towards the fire and sat next to it thinking about what has happened. As he looked at it again he realized just how low it was he went closer to trying to keep in the light hoping for day to come soon. He then saw the fire start to flicker and he curled himself into a ball next to the fire and watched with fear as it went out. Then he heard the sound of a faint laughter followed by screaming.
Mike woke up in his chair in his security office. Once he realized were he was he quickly shot up and Turned the camera on and looked at the stage the animatronics were gone. He kept looking around franticly flipping through cameras until on his fifth time looking at the stage he saw a mist. The mist started to fill up the room then it went for the camera as the camera turned to static mike jumped a bit. He then saw it again in the closet and it was filling that place up to. This went on until the mist was at the east and west hallways. It started to slowly go down the hallway then started to go faster. Mike quickly shut the doors he then looked at the power it was at 80% he then looked at the clock it was 4 Am. He breathed a sigh of relief the he realized something that made his blood run cold he slowly looked up at the vent. Before he could even question why there was a vent the mist started to come out of it. His screams were heard through the entire building followed by a faint laughter.
Scout woke up well that's at least what his contract said his name was. As he got up he looked at the clock it was 3 Am he then went to go back to sleep when he looked out the window. It was completely dark not even car lights or street lamps. As he got up and out of his bed he saw a weird mist coming from underneath it. He quickly ran to grab his weapons he grabbed the force a nature a pistol and the sandman. He then ran back but was stopped at the hallway because it was filled with the mist. He then ran back to the weapon stand and grabbed a can of bonk. As he turned around the he saw the mist right in front of him. He started to run to the door but tripped on a conveniently placed rock. As he got up to crawl away he felt his foot being tugged then being ripped off. He screamed in pain and crawled to the door and opened it but outside was more mist. He felt his legs being tugged and he quickly grabbed onto a counter. As he grabbed on he felt him self being teared apart. Then he felt a tug on his neck. A laughter was heard and a faint gurgling.
Tom woke up and looked around all he saw was empty beds. He slowly got up and walked to the door of the hall way. As he opened it he saw...Nothing. He decided to take a walk past the containers to check if any of the things in side had gotten loose. As he walked out he felt uneasy then as he walked past rows of closed and locked doors each one holding and Scp. As he was walking he found scp 173 container it was still locked though. So he kept walking as he was walking he found nothing. Just locked doors but then why is everyone gone. But after 5 more minutes of walking later he found one open. As he walked to it all he saw was mist. He then started to run even though he didn't now what it was. It probably was deadly and he wasn't taking the chance. As he kept running he looked behind him and saw the mist. He kept running with all his might he looked around again and saw it was gone. He sighed in relief. But as he looked forwards again he saw the mist. It had taken the other hallway to cut him off. Before he could even stop he lost balance and fell in not even being able to scream and throuout the entire facility a loud laugh was heard.
Tom felt like he had broken several bones everything hurt and his head was spinning. After a minute or 2 he slowly opened his eyes everything was blurry and the world was spinning around him. He then realized he was in a pile of books he slowly reached a hand out and pulled himself out. Once he had pulled himself out he saw a purple blob he then heard "hello are you okay." He shook his head a bit and his vision cleared a bit and what he saw was just weird. It was a purple unicorn thing it was eying him weirdly when he realized something it talked! He then realized it wasn't that weird because he worked with stuff like this. Slowly he tried to say something but all he did was cough. He raised his head again trying to talk but he just kept coughing his throat started to burn and he started to spew out a blackish liquid. He opened his eyes in shock before getting dizzy and passing out.
Scout woke up in a cloud apparently he had crashed into one and there not as soft as they look. As he started to look around he realized that it was a house! It had walls couches everything but made of clouds and apparently he was stuck in the ceiling. He tried to wiggle loose but it had him stuck in there. He was beginning to wonder how this cloud was so hard and how it was made when he heard 2 footsteps. His eyes grew wide knowing it would be hard to explain to 2 people that your stuck in there roof and its not everyday you see a cloud house as hard as bricks. He suddenly stopped when he realized it wasn't 2 people making the noise but 2 and more accurately pony. He made an accidental gasp and the thing looked at him he then realized it had wings freakin wings! He tried to speak but all that came out was a black mist that came out of his mouth and nose. His eyes fell back as he released a sickening amount of mist before passing out.
Mike woke up in an unfamiliar place he looked around and saw he had apparently had flown through the glass tapestry that was on the wall. He tried to get up but fell back in pain he was covered in glass cuts. He then heard nocking on the door and someone saying "open up if you do not open up now we will have to use force." It was probably the police he then heard "ok you chose it" and the door burst open. But instead of the police all he saw was a bunch of horses some with wings some with horns some with neither. They all looked at him and pulled out there weapons and started to surround him. He then tried to say something but was cut of a black liquid started to pour from his eyes he tried to say something yell. But he couldn't he was just thrust into a coughing fit and started to barf up the liquid like its the only thing he's had for 5 days. His vision then started to fade and he became more and more sleepy.
Steve woke up half of his body hanging off the edge of a window the other half inside. When he tried to move he just got into more pain looking down to see a large piece of glass was pierced In his belly. He then looked up to see a very shocked blue horse with wings and a horn. He tried to pull himself up but couldn't the piece of glass just dug deeper. Then he realized something HE WAS CURVED EVERYTHING WAS CURVED! He raised his hand up towards the horse and in a barely audible voice said "help me." He wound then started rapidly spurting out a black liquid as his vision faded.
Wilson awoke next to a throne he then looked up and saw that there was a hole in the ceiling using the logic he put the 2 together and realized he must of fell. He then looked up at the throne and saw something in it was a weird horse like creature with a horn and wings. It was entirely white and was looking at him with questioning eyes. He then stood up dusted himself off and said "the mist." then collapsed on to the floor having a seizure of some sort and a black foam coming from his mouth.
Scout woke up on a giant pile of hay he then looked around and found 4 more guys covered in hay. As he kept looking around he found out he was in jail. Then he heard people talking upstairs he became very still and tried to listen in. But all he could make out was faint muffles then he saw 4 horse things come downstairs. He then heard the purple one start talking with weird drawn out words saying it in an unnecessary loudness. "H-E-L-L-O M-Y N-A-M-E I-S..." she was then cut off by scout saying.
"How about you stop talking to me like I just learned to walk you purple horned horse." It was then followed by the rainbow one from before charging at only to be stopped in a purple glow all the while yelling.
"LET ME AT HIM." He then watched her get pulled back all the while giving him the death glare.
Then the entirely white one with the sun on her ass walked up and said "how about we start this again my name is princess Celestia you are."
Scout then looked up and said "scout"
Celestia then said "no your name."
Scout then said but a bit more irritated "scout."
Celestia then gave up and said "ok then, this is Twilight Sparkle my student" she then pointed at Twilight "now then please can you tell me the name of one of your friends."
Scout then looked at her and said "no."
The rainbow one completely flipped out yelling "JUST LET ME AT HIM I CAN MAKE HIM TALK."
Celestia then said "why not."
Scout looked at her and said "cause I don't now these dummy's." Celestia then raised an eyebrow and all scout did was raise his arms. But just as she was about to say something else a hand shot out of the hay. The hand grabbed onto the nearest thing which was scouts leg and pulled the thing it was attached to up but also making scout fall down. As Celestia looked at the man she realized it wore an entire thing of armor that was black at least it looked like armor and had a lot of scratches and scars on his face.
Tom had woken up in a pile of hay he quickly shot a hand out and grabbed something trying to pull himself up. As he got up he realized he had grabbed onto what appeared to be a teenager but had a scent of blood on him. He turned his head to the side and looked at the weird horse things then one spoke up "hello I am..."
She was then cut off by Tom saying "I now your name I heard it under the hay pile even though I was knocked out, don't question it!"
She then said "okay then who are you"
Tom looked at her and said "Tom" he then looked at the teen on the floor and picked him up putting him on his feet.
He then looked at the thing called Celestia and said "how about this you tell us who all of you are what you do and what were doing here and why your a bunch of horses and well tell you who we are and what we do." He then started talking again saying "the reason I'm saying this deal is mostly because your gonna keep us here until you get every drop of truth out of us I now how stuff like this works."
Celestia then said "okay I am princess Celestia I control the sun and I look over my little pony's."
She then turned to Luna who started talking "I am princess Luna ruler of the night and dreams and I also control the moon."
She then turned to Twilight who started talking "I am Twilight Sparkle I own a library I am also Celestia's student and I am one of the elements of harmony."
She then turned to Rainbow Dash who said "I'm Rainbow Dash fastest flyer in all equestrian and also an element of harmony."
Celestia then looked at Tom and said "your turn."
He then said "short or long version.
Celestia then said "long."
Tom then said "okay so I am Tom I work at the Scp foundation I first signed up when I encountered an Scp. You see an Scp is a monster I'm not saying just something we fear like an alligator no. What I'm saying is statues that only move when you blink your eye. A decaying man that can walk through walls and takes you to a pocket dimension were he torments you until he finds it the right time to eat you. A creature that once you see its face it will track you down and kill you. It will rip through anything to find you even solid steel with its finger nails FINGER NAILS!" You see the foundation's job is to track down the things that go bump in the night and secure them never let the outside world see them its there job to save the world."
Twilight then said "I thought you said you wouldn't lie."
Tom then walked towards here and stared in her eyes though the bars and said "I wish I was." That's when a sudden gasp was heard and they looked towards a pile of hay were there was a man in a security outfit covered in sweat and started to look around.
Mike woke up in a pile of hay he let out a gasp thinking the mist still had him. He then looked up when a man that looked like he worked in the army walked towards him and filled him in on what happened.
The Horse named Celestia said "scout your turn" Mike then walked over to a corner and sat back as he heard scouts story. Scout then began his story "it was a chilly night some wizard or something sent me flying for miles so when I landed I saw this girl so I.

Everyone stared at scout when he suddenly said "no wait that was last Thursday but if he didn't interfere I would have that girl."
Twilight then said " did you say you died."
Scout then said "yes I have this respawn machine." Mike then stared at him along with everyone else. Scout then said "fine I'll tell you, I'm a mercenary I kill people for a living. I've been doing it for years even though I still look 18 if it wasn't for that weird respawn thing id be 24. I've died so many times I cant keep track and the thing Is I don't care."
Everyone stared when suddenly Tom came up and patted him on the back and said "good job!" Giving him a thumbs up they then turned to Mike he new it was his turn.
He took a deep breath and started "I'm a security guard at Freddy's Fazbears pizzeria it may sound good and all but in a nutshell. The animatronics try to kill me at night they all have the corpses of dead children stuffed in them. And I have to Do five nights OF THIS EACH NIGHT GETTING HARDER!" He then took a seat back down and started breathing heavily that's when another woke.
Wilson woke up hearing a loud "just in time." As he looked up he saw an army man A REAL PERSON! He then hugged the army man and he filled him in. He was so happy not to be isolated on an island anymore.
He then remembered what the man named Tom said about the deal. He then coughed and started "I am a scientist and I was tricked into making a portal that took me to an island filled with monsters. There I had to survive by myself getting more insane each day. Having to keep trying not to starve and also having to make a fire every night because without it the things in the dark would get me. Not to mention constantly fighting monsters!" Once he finished he heard a rustling he looked to another hay pile and saw a man get up but he was made of cubes.
Steve woke up in a pile of hay with his stomach in serious pain but when he got up he screamed! Everything was CURVED THE CEILING THE FLOOR THOSE PEOPLE wait people. He got up and walked towards them when a man in a military suit filled him in. Steve then started his story wanting to get home as soon as possible. "I live in a world made of cubes..."
He was cut off by a purple unicorn who yelled "That's not possible"
Steve then said "well I thought curves were impossible." That shut her up "Alright now back to the story I live in a world made of cubes were monsters come out at night and you have to mine and craft to survive. In this world I come from a thing happens were you can choose to be alone in your world or with other people. I chose alone this is mainly because many people were I live from just want to destroy your stuff, steel it, or something else. I didn't want to take the risk so I wonder my world alone."
Twilight then looked at Steve and said " how can you live without friendship."
Then Steve said "I just do"
Celestia then said "can I ask why you had the weird mist thing."
All the humans looked at her all saying at once and kind of avoided her gaze Celestia then filled them in on what happened.
Steve looked at his belly and saw a scar he then started mumbling something.
Celestia said "do you know anything about this mist." They then told what happened leaving the ponies bug eyed.
Then everyone in that room heard a faint laughter and they all looked at scout who said "sorry I remembered this funny joke."
Tom quickly ran up and pushed her away Twilight questioned "what is that?"
Followed by Tom saying "the mist now get back everyone that is not a pony get ready to fight."
Scout then said "I'm to handsome to die."
Tom said "Scout shut up now battle stations."
Then a weird voice was heard from the mist "in the darkness is everything you fear." It was followed by a weird skinny like human but crouched over walking out of the mist.
Tom quickly yelled "GET BACK DONT LOOK AT ITS FACE OR IT WILL KILL YOU IT IS THE RAKE!"
Everyone there quickly looked away from it that's when they heard something that sounded like metal rubbing against metal. They turned around carefully and saw 5 animatronics walk out of the mist a bear, a yellow bear that was limp, a bunny, a pirate fox, and a duck? chicken? goose?"
They heard mike scream he then said "quick back away from them they will kill you."
Everyone then started to move back when the smelled something that smelled like fire and gasoline. They looked back at the mist carefully avoiding the rakes face. They were expecting a demon or something but all they saw was a man or woman in a fire proof suit with a flame thrower. They then heard scout scream and back away saying "I aint going any were near that thing."
Tom then face palmed and shot the pyromaniac. Rainbow dash then said "let me handle this I can defeat all these guys in 10 seconds flat." She started to fly but was pulled back by Tom.
He said "these things have killed millions of people in seconds you don't stand a chance and the rake is probably invincible."
That when they heard loud footsteps and they turned back to see a giant tree. Everyone just stared at it except Wilson who started to run away yelling "RUN!"
But that's when a giant dragon came through the mist Steve just hightailed it out of there and Scout went over to Tom and said "permission to freak out sir!"
Tom then said "sure" and they both started running down the hallway with the others.
Celestia then said "Quick follow them." Celestia, Luna, Rainbow dash, and Twilight started to run after the others.
They then all started asking questions to the men like.
"Are they dangerous if so how dangerous?"
"WHAT ARE THOSE!"
"Is this your fault."
Tom then yelled at them to shut up then explained the rake. "The rake you see is a being that as far as we now is invincible and you now what why am I explaining when whe should be running."
Twilight then said "because knowledge will help us."
They then reached a door and they looked behind them and they realized that all the monsters were basically touching them that's how close they were. Also to top it off the door was locked Tom then said "unlock the door as fast as you can ill buy you some time."
Twilight then said "NO YOU WILL GET KILLED AND-"
Tom then said "I'm not special ok Scout he's still young he has so much he can do he is also the fastest man in the world. Steve you have been able to survive by yourself all alone with monsters that come out at night and you have been doing that for what 3 years that takes skill lots of it. Wilson you have done what Steve has done but much much harder but you didn't care you survived in a land filled with monsters and that takes a lot of skill and guts. Mike you have survived longer than anyone else has ever and that takes brains. And all you ponies you have a life to live you 2 are princesses you have to rule the land and you 2 the elements of harmony you protect the world. But me I'm nothing special I've never don an accomplishment in my life all you guys have something in you but me no all I've done is shoot people at the end of every month and run but you guys are special and you need to live. So don't risk your life for me close the door keep living I don't deserve life I have killed so many people all of them thinking they were getting freedom. So right now I'm trying to save something for once." He then gave a salute and charged into the monsters. After a few more minutes the guys finally got the door open and got in and sadly closed the door.
Twilight and Rainbow dash were crying hysterically and the princesses were teary eyed.

They all then kept walking in silence until scout broke in "he was the greatest...if he could talk to us right now what do you think he'd say"
Steve then looked at Scout for a moment and said "gg no re."
Scout then said with teary eyes "you were the best L dog....farewell."
They kept walking in silence in front of them they saw the monsters they all screamed and began to run the other way being chased by a lot of monsters as they ran. Scout suddenly stopped he felt a pain in his chest he looked down and saw claws through his chest he then said "I...may have looked."
He then went limp and his body slid off the claws of the rake. Wilson then yelled "NOOOO" but it didn't help because he was already dead.
They than kept running when Mike suddenly said something "something."
Everyone than looked at him and he said "sorry the comical relief was dead so I thought I should say something."
Luna then yelled "how can you make jokes at this time."
Mike then said "I don't know sorry I'll just-" he was silenced as a giant dragon swooped by and ate him.
They all stood in fear and shock until they realized they had to go they kept running until they bumped into something metal. They looked up and saw five animatronics the fox then jumped at Steve and bit off his frontal lobe he then fell down bleeding on the floor. Wilson stood in shock fear and sadness the person that he liked the most in this group was dead he was a lot like him he then started to run away from the animatronics. They then found themselves back in the dining room were the creatures came from the door to the left of them was then kicked open and what they saw was a giant tree. Wilson then looked at the mist and realized it was swirling in a way he then thought of something so stupid it might just work at least it was better then being killed by a tree.
The rest of the monsters entered the room and that's when Wilson did it. He ran towards the mist and jumped in causing a huge explosion the rest of the monsters were then sucked up in a weird black hole that was created from the mist. The ponies then looked back at were the mist used to be but what they saw was sunlight they then saw Wilsons frail corpse. They walked up to him and saw his eyes open he then said "free." He then slowly closed his eyes and drifted away leaving 4 crying ponies.
After the meeting celestia said "they should rest." But they couldn't sleep they were to weirded out by what just happened. The ponies, the mist, the dieing. There attention was brought back to reality by the ponies walking towards them. Scout then immediately interrupted with "Bored."
Tom then slapped him and said "can we get our items please and also can you let us out of jail."
Twilight then said "okay but we are going to do it on one condition."
Tom raised his eyebrow "what?"
Twilight then said "me rainbow dash and my other friends will teach you the magic of friendship.'
All the humans looked at her like she just slapped them in the face they then all at once said "WHAT!"
Tom said "that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard."
Steve added "and the weirdest."
Wilson added "and the craziest."
Scout added "and the ga" Tom suddenly slapped him "I mean smelliest."
Mike added " and the... you left nothing for me to say."
Twilight then said "so do we have an agreement."
The five humans looked at each other and with each letter they said more of their dignity went away "yes."
Rainbow dash then said "I knew you would never pass an opportunity to pass meeting THE RAINBOW DASH."
Scout then said "well looks like we got someone full of them selves and for once its not me."
Princess Luna then said "remember if you hurt anyone you will be locked up here forever."
They nodded and she opened the door then scout looked at his the other humans and said "race you."
He suddenly sped off leaving the others behind they sighed and ran after him tom then said "this is stupid."
As they got there with Steve in front, Mike in second, Wilson in third, and Tom last.
Scout then walked up to him and said "nice job tons of fun next time eat a salad."
Tom then started yelling at scout as the others got there items. Scout and Tom stopped fighting to get there weapons and other stuff. When they got out they looked like... actually they looked the same just with a sword or gun or something but they were holding there chests up and trying to look cooler. Wilson then said sarcastically "do you want me to get a fan to blow your hair and some water to splash in hair or how about I get a bunch of doves so you can walk out of a bright white light with all them flying away behind you."
Scout then said "you now medic?"
Celestia then walked over to them and said "it is time for you to go with Twilight and Rainbow dash and learn about friendship." she then walked to a door and opened it but instead of bright sunlight all she saw was darkness.
