She woke up in a kitchen,The smell of burnt toast surrounded her.A grey pegasus with big clunky glasses walked into the room with a bag of cotton balls and took a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide out of a cabinet.Her mind revolved around the possible reasons she was there.Was she kidnapped? Was everything previous just a dream? What's happening?
''Am I being kidnapped?Are you going to kill me?''She said with anger in her voice.
''Relax,I got back from my robotics club and tripped over you on the sidewalk.''He said as he took a cotton ball with Hydrogen Peroxide and put it on her forehead followed by a band-aid.''You've got a scar like Harry Potter up on your forehead and I need to clean it up,Blood makes me squeamish.''
''You look confused as to who I am.Titan Spridge,Senior at Celestia Academic Academy.'' He introduced himself and held out his hoof to her.
''No'' She said in reply to his hoof shake.''I'm Pinkamena. I've got a question,If you're a senior in high school,Then where are your parents?''
Then he got quiet and looked at the ground and mumbled something.
''You've gotta be louder you know''
"They are dead,they died when I was 7 and left the house and money with me.''
''Oh,Sorry about that.But think about it,Now your like Batman and you can save gotham.''
He smiled and shook her hair around with his hoof. ''Yes,I guess I am like Batman''
With that,he took her up stairs and put her on the floor to get blankets.She looked around,eyes locking on a photo on the wall.A smiling happy family,Titan showing off his cutie mark,Probably from the day he got it.She looked at his steampunk gear cutie mark and then down at her blank flank,wondering what hers will be.Probably a rock or something along the lines of that,that's why she left.She didn't want a rock cutie mark,so she left to see if her passion was truly rock farming.Titan came in the room with at least 12 blankets,Comforter size and dumped them on her.
''My parents liked to seclude themselves and I don't have any aunts or uncles,so I don't normally get visitors.''He said smiling at the fluffy white pile.
Pinkamena struggled to untangle herself from the maze of blankets that surrounded and confined her,eventually doing so after a 3 minute scuffle.Titan turned off the lights and headed to sleep as Pinkamena wondered what the next day held for her.Eventually closing her eyes to sleep.

Pinkamena woke up in the kitchen as she did the night before,The smell of burnt toast was replaced by the smell of waffles and warm syrup.The sun was still nowhere to be found as the rain poured with the same amount of force as the night before.Titan arrived down stairs but this time,with his school uniform on.His glasses were gone and his mane brushed back,to the point of looking like Bruce Wayne.
The iris colored CAA uniform was forming fitting.He looked meaner without his glasses,His steampunk gear cutie mark was covered up by his uniform.He took the waffles out of the toaster and handed them to Pinkamena on a plate.He tossed on his saddle bag,it looked just like his uniform.When she finished her waffle,Titan took the plate and put it in the sink.He proceeded to scoop her up,Pinkamena settled on his left wing.
''Where are we going?'' Pinkamena asked with confusion in her tone.
''I can't leave you in the house,so you're just going to come to school with me''He replied.
''What? It's a no from me.I've never even been off the farm before yesterday and now I'm going to high school.'' Pinkamena screamed with hurried panic in her voice.
''Relax,It's only a 7-hour school day.You'll live.''
''Yeah,only''
''Plus a 2-hour detention'' He muttered.
''What?''
''Nothing'' He said with a smile,trying hard to be innocent.
The building was enormous with a dome at the top,Brimming with color.The doors to the building had Princess Celestia's signature sun mark on it.Everyone's uniform looked the same,which made Pinkamena pray that she didn't lose Titan.To her surprise,no one seemed to care or even notice the bright pink filly sitting on the grey pegasus in the sea of iris colored unoriginality.She felt like she didn't belong there,Awkward,Strange and displaced.Then she realized that it was morning,she'd probably all over the news by now.She buried her face within Titan's books as he headed into first period.
Mrs.Tate stood at the front of the classroom,her face flat without any emotion to the paper planes that flew to her face.Her face twitching with anger ready to burst out of her any moment now,She turned around to the board and began to write some math terms Pinkamena couldn't understand.The wooden door flung open as a stallion burst inside and raced to his seat.
''Mr.Armor,You're late.Detention,after school today.Don't miss this one like the last three…Or I will contact your parents.'' Mrs.Tate firmly said with a cold sharp as knifes tone in her voice.She wasn't playing and everyone knew it too.
''Sorry Tate,Had to drop off Twilight at school.'' He wheezed,gasping for breath.His blue hair was a mess as he tried to get his books and papers together.
Something was off with Tate,It was in the air,her voice and everything that she was.Pinkamena tip toed to Mrs.Tate's desk.She hid under it and tried to be quiet.Photos of Tate and her family,they looked happy but something was off about all of them too.They looked to cliché to be real they looked fake,but the quiet tapping behind Pinkamena was all too real.Spiders,3 of them to be honest.A stone cold chill ran through her body as they crawled from the metal desk and onto her back.She jumped like weasel and hit her head on the desk.Hoping no one heard her she peaked her head under the desk at Mrs.Tate and the class.Like a flash,Tate's wing was green and torn and then back to normal.No one else saw it,but Pinkamena knew.Tate wasn't who she said she was,Her wing changed again.This time,Pinkamena acknowledged it.
''YOUR WING! IT DI- IT DI- IT DID A THING! THAT'S NOT NORMAL!''Pinkamena screamed hoping that the students would catch on.
They did catch on,but it was too late.''Tate'' was gone,Chrysalis was here and the battle was on.She was cornered,wheezing for breath as she hyperventilated.Titan pushed her out of the way,It was everyone's turn to fight.
Pinkamena walked along the dirt and looked at the bleak sky ahead of her.Wide-eyed and nervous that her parents would realize she's gone before she even got off the property.Her heart pounded faster than her hooves on the ground as she picked up speed,carefully trying not to trip.Her hair flowed behind her like a rushing waterfall as thunder rumbled and it began to drizzle.The already gray sky was now black and wet with rainwater,Pinkamena looked back at the slowly fading rock farm and smiled.
''Curiosity killed the cat,and I suppose I'll have 8 lives left after today'' She said to herself "It's too rainy to go out looking for me,they'll have to wait till' morning and by then…I'll be long gone.''
With the rock farm out of view and the thunderstorm brewing above her,she sighed relief.She slowed down to catch her breath and checked her watch,7:25 pm.She shook the rain out her hair and looked around,She spotted a bookstore and raced in.She looked around and hopped up the stairs to the café ,She unhooked her saddle bag and pulled out a bag of bits.She ordered a hot chocolate and slumped down in a seat.A white filly with a purple mane ran up to her,She was around Pinkamena's age.

''Have you see a pink unicorn with big purple hair?!'' The filly frantically screamed.
''Over there'' Pinkamena said as she pointed to the calendar section.
The filly scrambled over to the calendar an met up with her mom.
''Rarity,where were you?'' The filly's mom said in a concerned tone.
Then Pinkamena felt it,Jealousy? Anger? Homesick? All of the above,Her eyes began to water as she frowned and walked out of the store.The rain fell harder than before as she tried to see in front of her.Before long,She blacked out.
