Diablo Corps10's Clash at The Kaon Coliseum
Chapter 1
Load Full StoryNext ChapterIt was another cold night in Maretropolis at the docks that had ships that came from the west of Equestria. A Lone figure in a dark trenchcoat stood under a light by one of the cranes in the snow, on his left side was a white stallion with brown eyes and a green mane, and on his right was a large Wirewolf in red armor with a scar going over his right eye, which had a pupil unlike his left eye. The figure looked forward as he heard a metallic thumping sound ahead of him, a figure approached and stopped right at the edge of the light and then spoke, his voice sounding robotic. “Diablo Corps, I presume?” the Lone figure looked at the new assailant and smirked. “Your presumption is correct.”
Diablo Corps saw 5 chopper like robots circling behind the new figure, all of them close together as there was a rope under each of them and the ropes connecting to something big underneath them that was dropped and landed right under the light allowing Diablo Corps to see the giant spiked unconscious Black and Purple demon in front of him, than the assailant threw a bag at his feet “They put up a good fight, but Tirek went to Pieces after Kul’as went down.”
Diablo grabbed the bag and smirked before tucking in his coat, than took out a large cannon than tossed it at the figure and a manila folder at the ground in front of the assailant’s feet. “Nice job keeping him alive, I can still use Kul’as for a little… something I’ve got prepared. Here’s your next assignment, hope you enjoy it, it’s sure to be a doozy.”
The figure picked up the folder with his left hand, which was large and like a fingerless dark red brown glove, than opened the folder, containing information on his next target and a picture of a hulking gold yellow Pegasus mare in a sea green costume. “Saddle Rager eh? Heh. A over muscled Pony does not concern me.”
“Funny thing. Khyber the Huntsman said those exact same words before he took on the contract. Last I heard, they just moved him out of the EICU. Along with every other guy who took up this job who said those exact words.”
“Ah yes that piece of filth. Did I tell you how he took my hook while I was taking a stasis nap and claimed to have offed me?”
“Yeah. I saw it in his study and nabbed it while he had his back turned. His cat almost managed to bite me in my Actuator before I got out if ya know what I mean. You can have it back.” Diablo threw a large yellow handled hook at the figure who grabbed it and smirked. “Those fools probably made her angry. Got it replaced but thanks for the gift anyway. ”
“No problem. Be sure to bring her Alive and Angry.”
“Alive I can do, but why do you need her angry upon delivery? Why don’t you just step on a bug right in front of her and twist your foot around when’s she’s in your hands?”
“Too easy and you know it. Where’s the fun in it when you barely got that much of a fight out of this hunt?”
“I see what you mean. I prefer efficiency over fun, but I do as the contract demands. So I’ll bring her in alive.”
“I’ll tell you what I have planned once you bring her in.” The figure than walked away with the drones above shining lights, Diablo than shouted over to the figure. “And Lockdown,” the figure turned, his red eyes glowing. “Try to avoid the other Power Ponies as much as possible for this.”
One of the lights shined on Lockdown, allowing his black and white face to be seen, as well as a smirk on it.
“You say it like it’s my first time hunting.” The light shone away form Lockdown as he walked away into the night. Diablo Corps than turned to his lackeys. “Grab Kul’as and take him all the way back to the tower. And put your knees into it.” Diablo than walked away to a tower in the distance. Even as his lackey’s struggled to even walk a few steps before they both tripped and got trapped underneath Kul’as and tried to get him off to no avail.
