The Lover and The Moon

Today was a weekend, and that meant one thing for both me and Luna, no school. So today, I decided I was going to help Luna decorate her house. Before I could leave to head to her house, I had to bring some catalogs of some furniture and paint for her house. I also wanted to bring my laptop over so we could listen to some music when we were working on her house. I packed a bag with My laptop, speakers, some furniture catalogs, and my camera. I head to the stairs and yelled up to my parents who were still tired from there jobs. "Mom, Dad, I'm heading over the Amber's house! is that ok?"

"yeah Kyle, just make sure you have your phone on you."

I almost forgot about my phone, I went to the dining room table and unplugged it from it's charging station. I opened the door and left my house for Luna's. When I arrived at the front of her house, I rang the door bell and waited. I heard foot steps on the other side of the door and the door swung open revealing Luna in her human form. "hey Luna."

"Hey Kyle, what are you doing here?"

"I came over to help you decorate your house." I grabbed my bag and showed her the stuff I brought with me.

"Oh, that would be wonderful, come in so we can get started." I looked around and all I saw were rooms filled with nothing in it covered with green paint all over the place. "Yeah, when I first looked at it, I knew it needed to be fix."

"You can say that again." Luna changed back into her pony form and we both sat on the floor in one of the empty room's. "So, you wait here, I'm going to go draw a floor plan of the house." I had installed in my laptop a program that helped create floor plans. I first started with the main floor, then the second floor, and finally did the basement. When I was finished, I went back to the room Luna was waiting in and showed her the floor plan. "So we should start out with your bed room." We both walked upstairs and she picked which room she wanted her bedroom to be. When we entered the room, I closed the door and started to set up a little music station on the floor. I had a play list set for Luna to listen to. I turn to Luna and asked her, "So what do you want for a bed."

Luna stared back. "Is there any beds with curtains hanging around it." I looked up a image of what she might be talking about.

"Is this what you mean?"

"yep." her horn glowed and the bed appear in middle of the room next to one of the walls. I looked at bed and back at the screen a few times for my brain to process what had happen. "Kyle I'm a Alicorn remember"

"Oh. Right, I forgot." then I took the laptop and pulled up a color sheet for her to look at. "what color do you want the walls to be."

She took awhile looking at the colors until, "this one." she pointed at a dark blue color, I ran my mouse over it and saw the description called it "night blue".

"this is the color you want?"

"yes." Before I could say anything else her horn glowed again and all the color's on the walls an on the ceiling of her room became night blue. I turn to Luna as she had a smile on her face.

"can you do me a favor and pull up this." I showed her a picture a paint brush and a can of white paint. her horn glowed and the supplies appeared next to me. "thanks. You go continue working on what you want in the other rooms. I want to work on something in your room."

she was a little confused when I asked her this. "Ok?"

"Thanks" I got up to her and gave her a quick kiss one her forehead. "this won't take long. However no peaking." she took my laptop with her and walked out the room. Before she left I yelled out to her. "Oh, please be careful of my laptop. I cost a lot of money from my parents"

"Ok" she left the room I started to work on my little gift.

After about a few minutes of working in her room I finally finished my little gift for her in the room. I left the room and closed the door behind me. I called out for Luna. "Hey Luna, where are you?"

I heard a tiny voice reply. "I'm downstairs in the basement."

I walked down to the basement to find Luna sitting in next to a wall. "what's the matter?"

"I don't know what to add to this room." I looked around and saw that the basement had a huge amount of space.

"I do." I walked over to Luna and whispered in to her ear. She looked at me at first but then her horn glowed. all of a sudden, a bright flash appear and the whole room was filled with stuff. on the wall there was a TV set with a gaming station that a couple of games and a movie player. In front of the set was a large black couch for the both of us to sit in. At the far corner of the room, there was a grand piano sitting there ready to be played and next to Luna was a display case that we could set pictures on. Finally on the wall next to the piano was a fire place and on top of it was a picture frame. "There we go, I think it's about time I showed you what I was working on in your room."

"I think so to."

"Ok, but first cover your eye's."

"What?"

"just do it." With her wings she covered her eye's and we started to walk to her room. When we got to the room I open the door and guided her into the room. I close the door and stood in front of her. "Ok, you can uncover them." she removed her wings from her eye's and saw what she thought was the night sky.

"Kyle, how did..."

"I took some drawing lessons, but this isn't the best part." I walked Luna over to her bed and pulled one of the curtains and she stuck her head inside.

"I don't see anything."

"Look up."

She looked up and gasp at what she saw. painted at the top of the bed was the moon. "Kyle, this is beautiful." she ran towards me and jumped on top of me. "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you."

"Uh, Luna... I can't... breathe."

"Oh, sorry." she got off me and I was able get some air into me. when I sat back up she hugged me for a long time. "I love it."

"I'm glad." I replied as I patted her head. "well, I should be heading home." I got up and started to pack my bag, until...

"Hey Kyle, could you stay over tonight?"
