Chapter Two: Was it Worth it?

There was no time between the events, second-thought, or hardly even a hoof-step in another direction. The moment after Applejack tossed Twilight a good-sized bag of bits and the two exchanged their good-byes, Twilight teleport directly to her desired location; the cool-colored, large shower in her castle. It was nearly big enough to fit three ponies in at once, which made it extra comfortable for the young princess. It was surrounded by cold, blue-tinted walls, and a couple of small windows near the top. Sunlight bled into the tub and glistened off the mud-coated mare, who at the time still smelt of pig and filth. Never before had Twilight wanted to barf at her own scent. Unfortunately, before she could even turn the water on, she had to set the bag of bits down somewhere safe. She levitated the small sac up over the wall of the shower, and looked through the distorted glass of the wall. Even though she could barely see, she still managed to set the little bag down on the edge of the sink. After that, she quickly locked the bathroom door with her magic and gazed up at the shower head.

Not wasting anymore time, the mare's mud-stained horn illuminated. She quickly twisted the knob of the shower, which responded with a cool, powerful stream of water. Twilight let out a soft sigh, enjoying the wonderful sensation of the cool liquid running down her coat. Slowly, the inch-thick coating of mud in her mane and coat started to drip off her body. She felt the thick texture slide over her eyes and down her face. She hastily shut her eyes, before tilting her head in the direction of the water. She already started to feel a hundred times cleaner.

What a day! the alicorn thought as she shook away some of the large chunks of mud and grass. They flew out of her mane and landed on the walls of the tub, along with the ground. Most of the mud was already out of her mane, revealing the pink and purple stands usually seen. I never expected anything like this to happen... Especially with Applejack. I mean, she just doesn't seem like the kind of pony to be into those kind of things. Well, I suppose if anypony were to be into those kind of things, it would be Applejack... I still just don't understand it. I hope I sort of helped her get over her shyness about it... I just don't know. I guess it is what she likes, and there's no way of changing it. It still just seems weird to think about her getting turned on by that.

Taking in a breath, Twilight repositioned herself so the water could run down her back and tail. She used her magic to brush her floppy bangs out of her face and opened her eyes. She could see large amounts of thick, brown mud collecting at the drain. It almost made the mare shudder at the recent memory of being absolutely engulfed in the filth.

What if I were to be asked an equally sexual or, uh... dirty favor tomorrow? I mean, I've already been screwed by pigs? What more could I be asked to do?

Not even wanting to think of such possibilities, the alicorn detached the shower head from its holder and levitated it towards her back. She raised her tail, and went in to rinse off the place she'd been itching to clean all day; her privates.

The mare let out an instant sigh of relief as the warming water trailed over her filthy marebits. She felt the mud and sticky pig cum all running down her legs from her vagina and ass. She could feel the nooks and crannies of her delicate flower gently being washed of mud.

Oh, that's nice...

Although Twilight still had a lot more dirt to scrub out of her coat, she was already feeling a lot cleaner than she had been. She did feel happy to finally be getting showered, but the thoughts of that day still buzzed about her mind. She was still questioning Applejack's "interest", and still unsure about whether she should go out again the next day. If she didn't go out, then her friend might feel insulted, as if the earth pony scared her away from putting herself out there. Then again, Twilight was a bit frightened to put herself out into the world like that again.

I don't know... the mare started as she pulled the shower head up to wash around her chest and neck. Maybe this whole thing wasn't so bad... I mean, it was a little bit gross, but... Maybe it was worth it. I did get quite a lot of bits from it.

The princess' purple eyes darted towards the blurry bag of bits on the other side of the shower. Applejack had promised there'd been around seventy-five in there, which was quite a lot. If she went out the next day and a similar event happened, would it have been worth it for the pay? Looking back on it all, Twilight really didn't know what to think. She had learned something about friendship, and raised bits for the restoration of Ponyville. While she did manage to reach her goal, she couldn't help but think:

Was it worth it?
