Rarity's POV

Episode: 1

“Is Sapphire pregnant?” Pinkie Pie had enquired.

“She is. I asked Flutter Shy to assist. You know how good she is with Animals, I had to ask her!” I responded.

“Yeah, that makes sense. The critters are her calling!” Pinkie Pie responded with a slight giggle to her voice.

“Once I realised I could ask Flutter Shy, I realised I am fascinated by the possibilities. I just had not realised. I am not certain, if I am properly prepared for what it reveled to me!” I confessed.

“Well, aside from Sapphire having a little Foal at the end of her term. This is fascinating, and exciting!” Pinkie Pie put forth.

“That is merely the consequences where they apply to Sapphire. She will have to carry the pregnancy and give birth to the Foal, before she is to care for it. But, what are the consequences for me?” I continued.

“Wait. You are trying to tell me something else. Now you want to have a pregnancy and feel how it feels to have your nibbles caressed by these hungry lips?” Pinkie Pie blurted out, as if it had been natural.

“I guess you couldn’t blame me after the Cakes had Twins you cared for, whenever they needed a babysitter. Aside from being the element of Laughter!” I pondered.

“If you put it that way, although I didn’t think of that right now. I guess the element may play into it, though. I am for all things fun or funny. If you want to have a baby, it is a wonderful thing. Even if it is an added responsibility on your part!” she explained.

“When you make this much sense, I get confused!” I put forth.

“Then you need to ask Flutters for a second favour. Maybe she could assist you too?” Pinkie Pie proposed.

“We can’t do it at my Boutique, just as we can’t do it at your place. Flutter Shy’s place wouldn’t be right either!” I pondered.

“How about Twilly’s castle? She is bound to have more than enough room for us. If you want, I could ask her and Flutters to have a little get-together, at your convenience!” she suggested.

“When you talk like that, I get all these exciting thoughts in my head. Now I have to act upon them. Good thing we are alone since Sweetie Belle is at school for a few more hours!” I pointed out.

“Guess it is good she has school to go to, besides, Cheerilee is a wonderful teacher to any and all Foals in our little village!” she pointed out.

“Yes, Cheerilee certainly is a wonderful teacher, a blessing to all our Foals of Humanville. Besides, we adults and parents need a little time to ourselves and to perform our line of work uninterrupted, as much as one could in a case like mine!” I continued.

“Considering how she loves to teach all our foals, maybe you could add another blessing on her class. Even if she will have to wait several years for the joy to teach her!” she pointed out.

“If you asked her, she would prompt on us having several foals in each family. That is how much she loves her work. If it is my or your foal, I know she would be only too happy to have them in her class!” I pointed out.

“If we split the tasks, we could save some time. Would you or I go to Flutters and Twilly respectively?” Pinkie enquired in a very curious, but excited voice as she looked at me.

“If you go to Flutter Shy, I go to Twilight Sparkle. I know you have no problems with going through forest in order to get to her, wherever she happens to be as you go there. I have the impression you have a knack for tracking. I could find a Gem, but she doesn’t carry any of these on her person at any time for any reason. I couldn’t even convince her to wear any jewelery at the Grand Galoping Gala. I could barely convince her to wear the dress I made her as I created dresses for all of us!” I pointed out.

“I’ll see you at Twilly’s castle, then. Once I explained your situation to Flutters, that is!” she pondered.

“Sounds like the way to go!” I responded.

“I’m off to find flutters and see if she could help you!” Pinkie stated as she burst out through the door on her way out of my Boutique.

A moment after she had left, bouncing on her way out of town and into the forest in the direction of Flutter Shy’s cottage, I closed the door behind me as I went off to Twilight sparkles castle.

Once I had closed the door behind me, Pinkie Pie was nowhere to be seen as she had bounced out of sight, behind the next bend in the road. Not that this made any difference to me, it is just as well to see her well on her way.

I love my job, not just because I am creating the fabulous, beautiful dresses, suits and gowns, but I enjoy having free rein for my generosity, side from the fact that I commonly have a chance to go of on my own if and when I choose to, unless I have an urgent order to deliver. Today I have the opportunity to stroll off on my own.

Knowing Pinkie Pie, I had little to no time for side-ventures, but this doesn’t mean I had to run all the way to the castle. She had to pull Flutter Shy with her all the way back to the castle, and that was after she had explained the situation to her. I chose to walk in a measured gait as is appropriate for a Lady such as myself. I can’t sink down and run, unless there is an emergency that demanded it out of me. There is no such thing here and now.

I gave the door a few measured knocks as I reached the door to the castle, waiting patiently for the response. I knew Pinkie Pie had not returned just yet, not since she had Flutter Shy to convince, and she isn’t the fastest of os, even if she can be very fast if she feels the need for it.

“Just a moment, Rarity!” came the response from the Dragon we knew as Spike.

He had walked up to the door and opened for me, before taking a step to the side, allowing me entrance into Twilight Sparkles castle.

“Hi, Spikey wikey!” I exclaimed as I saw his face in the door.-way
