Saving a Siren

I walked out of my apartment as various images of what happend just a few days a invaded my mind.

Those three weird girls with the funny hair that purple chick from another dimission or world coming back since the fall formal.

Simply knowing the fact that magic ,monsters and other sentient beings from different planes existed pretty much altered my mental state of viewing the world. I arrived at school after about 40 mins of boring ass driving.

Once inside i met up with ethan so he could copy my homework before 3rd period began, your lucky i get up early for school despite work i barked "sorry kyle its just...the assignment slipped my mind,i mean seriously who gives homework out on friday!?" mrs.wesscott i answered flatly.

At luch things seemed normal at least from my personal perspective.

I didnt see the purple girl but i did see those 6 six girls that sunset shimmer sat around, how she had them as friends baffled me because from i remember she was,nt exactly a people person.

She acted cruel and devious much like a monster figuratively and apparently literally. Well with the right mindset and change in mental perspective i guess anyone change and better themselves ,good for her i mused.

As i sat down i noticed those other 3 girls they were all siting at a round table they did,nt seem to be singing or causing an upraft like last friday infact they seem to be acting rather nerviouly looking around and occasionally eat some food from their plate.

I don,t blame them if i got blasted by a massive torrent of energy from a giant alicorn i,d be rather meek and humble as well.

"Kyle! you gonna eat that pizza?" wha? yes im hungry as hell! no you cant have my pizza or my sandvich ethan!.

The next two weeks were basically the same routine get dressed,go to school,go to work with only a month left for school before i graduate i contemplated how much more sleep time i would get once i cross that bridge and then which college i should attend.

I admit my life isn,t super cool or  stunning but hell its better boring then dealing with supernatural bull crap.

I drove to school early  so i could eat breakfast,i did,nt feel like preparing myself anything.

As i looked around i notice there was a fair amount of people inside some in line and others siting at any avaliable table, what caught my attention was a girl siting alone at a round table.

She was wearing a dark grey hoodie and navy blue jeans, she wore her hood over her head but i could still see some of her  gold and orange hair flowing out from inside the hood.

I quicklyed turned my head and saw her friends or sisters siting with sunset shimmer and company, i was astounshied and confused those girls seemed to be as thick as thieves and when they arrived always singing together and walking together where ever they went and now the blue girl and purple hair girl left her all alone like that?.

Weird i mused they were fighting and stiring up trouble it seemed about three weeks ago with that rainbowdash girls group rainbooms and now their all buddy ,buddy  hmm i shrugged my shoulders trying not to think too much about it.

I got to say im a little surprised,but hey better friends then rivals or enemies right?.

i began to eat my lunch in content but occasionally glanced at the puff ball head girl she seemed depressed or at least sad as she held her head down and seemingly refused to eat or at least did,nt acknowledge the food that sat upon her plate.

As i inspected her a little futher i notice she had small cuts and bruises on her face ,what the hell happened to her?.

I muttered to myself ..well its..none of my business and with that upon finshing my food i exited the cafeteria so i could go to my fourth period class.
