A Sensation That Burns Your Heart

Three days had passed. I was quiet the whole time. Not even making eye contact with my friends after what they said about me falling in love with Trixie. I mean, what's wrong with that. And what they've been saying to me was in the past. Sometimes it's really hard to let go of it when it comes back to haunt you. Even if you didn't do the wrong thing.

I hear Twilight's voice calling from behind me. Getting my attention. I didn't bother looking back.

"Hey." She said putting her hoof on my shoulder. "You've been awfully quiet for three days now. Is there anything I can do to help you?"

Yeah. You can start by shutting the fuck up about my love life and I'll leave you alone with yours. If you ever have one. I just stayed quiet, not a single word has escaped my mouth as I stared at Lunas moon in the black sky of Equestria.

"*sigh* Listen. I know you love her. But I just don't want you to be around her. She's... she's-"

"SHE'S WHAT!!" Finally after three days of silence. I finally blurted out and tears start to run down my face.

"She's... She's just no good. Believe me. I've seen it before. She's just nothing but a loud mouth pony, in fact nopony doesn't even like her." She said trying to comfort me. "You get what I'm saying? Don't you?" I didn't say anything. I just shoved myself out of her hoof. "I'll take that as a no." She said as she walked back inside.

"You going to bed?"

"Yeah."

"Good! Good night."

"Night." She said as she went back inside. Damn, my friends don't want me to be with her. I never knew how much of a bitch I was. I thought of something for a minute, as I was thinking, I had an idea. I'm gonna go walking. Who cares if it's late at night, I just need to calm down for a little while. So that's what I did. I didn't even tell Twilight that I'm leaving for a few minutes or so. But who cares. She's a bitch.

I walked around the darkness of Ponyville. Only Lunas moon shining down on the little town of Ponyville. As I was walking, i spotted a cart that's like right next to a large stage. Huh, that's the stage that I was at a few days ago. Weird isn't i-

"Psst."

What the hell was that?

"Psssst."

I turned my head on where it was coming from. There she was. She was waving at me with her hoof and I waved back. I walk closer. Every step I take, my heart races and pounds my chest harder.

"What are you doing out here in the middle of the night?" The unicorn asks giving me a warm smile.

"Eh, just really pissed at... my friends right now." I said as I got to her little window of the cart.

"Oh. I see. Hey, do you think you could come in for a sec?" My heart skips a beat when she asked me that.

"S-Sure." I said quietly and nervously. I walked in when she lets me in. Still giving me that smile. I returned it. Whoa, her place looks cool. It's smaller on the outside, but bigger on the inside. Did she use her magic for this? This looks... amazing. But anyways. I sat down on a near by chair. She asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I declined, but I thanked her anyways.

"I remember you." I said to her. "You used that... disappearing thing on me a few days ago."

"Yeah. I remember you too." She said as she sat down in front of me. "Did you like it?"

"It was breath taking." I said with a warm smile. "You were amazing back there, and I couldn't describe it. It was unbelievable."

Her face turns redder as a rose. Same with mine. She knows I'm telling the truth by that smile on my face.

"R-Really?"

I nod.

"Wow. Not everypony was interested in my talent. But... I-I never had somepony who enjoyed... it so much." A tear starts to form in her eye. But her smile doesn't disappear. I whipped it with my shirt and she smile at me. Signaling a thank you.

"So... what are you good at? Besides magic." I said without thinking and smiling that I was trying to hide. She just giggles. Oh wow, she has a cute giggle.

"Well. I'm only good at magic. That's all. What about you?"

Eh, guitar is my only one." I said chuckling. Both of our smiles don't disappear. But we never looked away in each others eyes. Trying me very best not to flirt with this pony.

"So uh..." I said without thinking.

"You don't know what to talk about either?" I just shake my head as she asked me that. "Yeah, I don't know what to talk about either."

Oh wow. It's like Romeo and Juliet all over again. Is it? But I'm sure as hell will find out soon.

"Yeah. My friends... they can be jerks sometimes."

"You mean Twilight and her friends?"

I nod.

"I've been staying with Twilight for about three and a half months now. She found me in the Everfree forest, hurt. really bad." I showed her my scars. They were before I came here. "I got them before I came here."

"What happened?"

"I was... I was in school one time. I was minding my own business, when a bunch of guys came up to me and... and..." Oh god. I can't explain it. It just brings tears to my eyes. "They beat me, stabbed me about once or twice and..." I started to sob. I can see a sad look on Trixie's face.

"It's okay. You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to. It's okay."

"Can I have a hug?"

"Sure." She said giving me that warm smile. I hugged her tightly.

"...I was... abused by my own brother..." I whispered in her ear. Yes, my older brother abused me very badly back at home. She breaks the hug and looks into my eyes in shock. "After I got beaten by those guys. My brother beat me cause I was late coming home. And he blacked me out. I woke up in the hospital, and after three days of in the hospital. I fell asleep and... here I am now."

"I'm really sorry about what you went through." She brings me back into a tight hug. I hugged her tightly. I'm afraid of letting her go.

I'm scared that is I let her go. I'll never see her again. She's secretly (or is she secretly) the love of my life. I cried in her shoulder, and she just patted and stroke the back of my head.

Finally after a minute or so of sorrow. I calmed down and we broke the hug that I wish lasted forever. She looks into my eyes and gives me a warm smile. I returned the smile.

"And I have a question to ask you." I said as i wiped my eye with a free hand. Oh god, I'm really nervous.

"What is it?"

"H-Have you ever... been in a relationship before?"

"Well... I have dated a stallion a couple of years ago. He was a really big jerk, and I never had a coltfriend ever since. Why?" Her smile never disappears.

"Well... it's because I... I ... i like you. Not... as a friend, but as in like-like.

"R-Really? You do?" I nod nervously when the smile disappears. I started to shiver at what she might say. But she walks closer, and gives me that smile. "That's... really sweet. To be honest. I like you too."

"You do?" I said with my face turned from scared, to surprised.

"Mhmm. I knew when I first saw you (or after I saw you). I knew that I felt something inside me. I knew that it had to be you. I know it's been a few days but, I couldn't bare it. I wanted to tell you so bad, but I was scared of what Twilight might say." She brings her front legs to my lap. "But, with the two of us together. Nothing can stop us. Right?" I shook my head. She brings her lips to mine, making me jump a little. I respond in kind, and I moaned into her mouth. She does the same, we both open each others mouths and our tongues battled in a dance that we were never capable of. After a minute of kissing. We break the kiss and look into each others eyes.

"I love you." I said as I stared into her purple orbs.

"I love you too." She whispered.

Then an idea popped into my head. "Hey, since that I don't want Twilight to find out that we're dating. Do you think we can keep this relationship just between us?"

Trixie puts a hoof to her chin. "Yeah, I guess that's a good idea."

As she said that. We both nuzzle each others cheek and we look into each others eyes once more.

"You know." Trixie said in a low tone voice and that smile. Oh that smile. "Wanna go into my bedroom?"
