Sonic Boom: When Worlds Collide

“Mobius…. A primitive planet, inhabited by a strange species known as Mobians. A strange world that has seen its share of warfare, and will have plenty more to come. Equestria…. A young but lively world, inhabited by strange looking equines of all shapes and sizes. While not as old as Mobius… it too has seen its share of darkness. Both of these worlds inhabit their own Dimension, but in order to obtain what I need to conquer the Multiverse, I must bring these worlds together in order to obtain the ultimate power… and then…. NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO STOP ME!!!”

‘BOOM’ A missile hit the pathway causing a tree to be knocked over. A second later 4 blurs were running down the path towards the tree.

“JUMP GUYS!” yelled one of the blurs as it jumped over the tree and begun catching up to the source of the missile. “HEY EGGHEAD!!!” it shouted as it came up to a flying pod. A man looked out over the side of the pod and looked at the blur to see a Blue Hedgehog running by him.

“GAH, HOW DID YOU GET HERE SO FAS-wait…. MY NAME IS EGGMAN!!! YOU KNOW MY NAME IS DR. EGGMAN!!!! YOUR DOING THAT ON PURPOSE!!!” The hedgehog smirked and looked up at Eggman saying

“WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT EGGHEAD?” The hedgehog chuckled as the other 3 blurs caught up to him.

“SONIC!!!” one of them shouted causing him to turn his head around to see a fox with two tails flying after him at nearly his speed. “WAIT FOR US SONIC!!!” Sonic sighed as his “buddies” came running up to him.

“Gezz Tails, you DO know I can handle Eggman by myself, right?” Tails sighed and nodded.

“Ya, but we want to help Sonic!” The third blur suddenly ran up to Sonic revealing a pink hedgehog. “Sonic, you have GOT to stop trying to Eggman on alone! Your gonna get hurt one of these days and were not going to be there to help you!” Sonic chuckled and suddenly turned around running backwards.

“Relax Amy! This is Egghead were talking about! The day one of his plans works is the day…. Well, his plans NEVER work, so no point in even going there!” Sonic says as he spins around only to see Dr. Eggman fire a rampage of missiles at the path, destroying it entirely! “WOAH WOAH WOAH!!!!!” Sonic shouts as he tries to skid to a halt only for a massive hand to grab his arm before he flew off the edge.

“As you were saying Sonic?” the owner of the massive hand asked as Sonic turned around to see a buffed up Echidna looking at him. Sonic frowned and looked up as Eggman flew away in the distance, laughing out of control.

“Aw man, he got away!” Sonic said as he kicked a rock down the hole. “I coulda caught him if you hadn’t of stopped me Knuckles.” Sonic said as he turned back to his friends. Knuckles growled at Sonic as Amy walked up to him.

“Sonic, you are so FULL of yourself! This attitude you’ve gotten is gonna get you killed one of these days!!! Heck, you almost died just now if it weren’t for Knuckles saving you!!!”

Sonic frowned replying “I could of used my spindash to launch myself back up!” Tails looked over the edge and shook his head.

“There would have been no chance of that. There isn’t anything down the hole you could of used to launch yourself back up, meaning you would have been stuck down there for sometime.” Sonic shrugged and began walking away.

“Well, we might as well head back to the village. Nothing else we can do here since Egghead escaped.” He said as he took off down a different path. Tails, Knuckles, and Amy all sighed and followed after him.

Meanwhile, on another plain of existence…

6 ponies were walking out of a forest towards an old abandoned castle. “Twilight, Darling, whatever are we returning here for? You already have your own castle in Ponyvile. Why do you wish to return here?” a white Unicorn with a purple mane and tail asked her friend.

Twilight Sparkle sighed about her friend’s picky ways and turned towards her. “Because Rarity, Ive been having this strange dream for the past few weeks about the Tree of Harmony. I just have this feeling that something big is gonna happen, and Equestria will need us to be there to stop it once more.” Rarity nodded and followed quietly behind knowing her complaining was gonna get to her friends. As the girls approached the area, they made a horrible discovery. The Tree of Harmony… WAS GONE!
