The Mare of Shadows

Once night, Twilight tests out a dark magic spell in one of Celestia's books, big mistake. The Elements of Harmony become seperated from one another, not only that but Twilight falls to the new villain, what does this villain have in store?

Twilight has REALLY done it this time, she's unleashed an entity known as the Mare of Shadows. This mare seems to have a history with the Elements of Harmony themselves and NOT the ponies who control them. If that wasn't enough grief for Twilight, Celestia has been captured. What's going on? who IS this Mare of Shadows? and WHY is she talking to the ponies as if they are somepony else she knows?

This is set post-season 3 EP's 1 and 2 and pre-Season 3 episodes 3-13. OC's will be accepted to help the ponies later.
