It was a quiet morning in Ponyville. More specifically, Twilight Sparkle's castle. She was in her library talking with Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Spike, and Fluttershy. Twilight had also asked Pinkie Pie to come over at exactly the time that it was, so she and Gummy walked up to the castle just then, let themselves in, and waited outside the library with Pinkie's curiosity wandering. She was anxious to see her friends and wondering what they were chatting about, so she stuck her ear up and put it against the door. She never had supersonic hearing, but she heard well enough to decipher what the group was saying. The first voice she heard was Rarity's.
The unicorn said "I just can't believe we have to tell her this! She'll be so upset!"
Twilight replied "Well, we know it has to be done. Pinkie Pie will find out eventually, even if we don't tell her! There's really no possible way to avoid breaking the news to her."
"I really don't want to be the pony to do it!" said Fluttershy, rather dramatically. Pinkie Pie couldn't believe what she thought she heard!
"What? I can't believe it! They all know some big secret and don't want me to know about it! Do you think they could be kicking me out of the group? Or maybe they're gonna do something awful to me! What do you think
?" she whispered to her pet alligator. The nonverbal Gummy didn't respond, but Pinkie knew - or at least thought she knew - that her friends were up to no good, and it involved something they knew she certainly wouldn't be fond of. She decided to listen some more.
She put her ear back up to the door and heard Spike tell them, "At least we know she won't totally leave us forever when we tell her! Right?! Anyone? Aw, come on, you guys!" and she stopped listening.
She whispered, "Hey Gummy, Spike just gave me a great idea! I'm gonna leave Ponyville so I won't ever have to hear the bad news
!" and he didn't respond again.
"Well, Pinkie Pie's supposed to be here right now, and she's never late for a visit with a friend! I better go let her in." said Twilight. She opened the door, walked out, and closed it.
She saw Pinkie Pie standing there, who just said, "Twilight, how could you?!" started running away from the castle with Gummy, and finished, "I thought we were friends
!" Twilight was very confused, and she certainly knew that wasn't just Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie. When she told the others, they couldn't agree more.
In the Fairly Oddparents dimension, in Timmy's room, it was the middle of summer and no one was up. Except for Cosmo. It was early, and he was really bored. He couldn't watch the TV because he didn't know how to turn it on or where the remote was, he'd already eaten breakfast five times, and I probably shouldn't even start on the phone. He'd already thrown a party, but it was no fun without anybody else. Cosmo was looking for something to do, anything at all, even swimming to the bottom of the ocean! In fact, that actually seemed like a fun idea
! So, he poofed to the beach and started swimming, more excited than ever
!
Chapter 1: The Four Of Us
Pinkie Pie and Gummy were still running, and had been so fast that they'd reached southeastern coast of Baltimare in just 83 minutes! When they got to the beach there, she told her pet, "Oh Gummy, I bet I could just swim all the way to the bottom and nopony would even know I was ever gone
! Well, except Twilight, who saw me leave her castle. But nopony else would even know I was gone! In fact, I think I'll do that right now! If I never come back... well, I've probably moved down there and married an idiot starfish who's bestie is a kitchen sponge! Oh... Well... Here I go! Goodbye, Gummy!"
She started backing up, getting ready to jump in, but then paused. She just felt like something wasn't right, like she was gonna regret this. Gummy grabbed Pinkie's mane with his teeth, and that feeling she had immediately disappeared
. She backed up a little more (as she was already over 100 feet away from the edge of the ocean) and started running forward. Fast. Despite the extreme pain in her hooves from running to the edge of Equestria, she was running faster than Rainbow Dash flies! After less than 30 seconds, she got right to where the tide hit and did a massive cannonball! She jumped so far into the sea that she had actually ended up splashing water all the way from where she was back to where she started running forward
! She started swimming, extremely fast, and when she got about halfway to the bottom, the weirdest thing happened to her.
While they were swimming down, Pinkie Pie saw a strange, blanket-like barrier about 500 feet away from her separating the top of the ocean from the bottom. It was light blue and thin, almost looked like Rarity's magic. As soon as she saw it, she didn't think about what or how strong it could be, she just swam even faster. When she and Gummy reached it, there was a strange flash of light, and next thing we know they're knocked out and slowly floating down. OK, let's check back in on Cosmo

So we left off at the part where Cosmo poofs to the beach... OK, so he was obviously at kind of a last resort for fun, so much that he thought even swimming to the bottom of the ocean would be more fun than just waiting for Wanda, Timmy, Poof, and Sparky to wake up for another couple hours. And being a fairy gives Cosmo another advantage (besides the whole immortality thing) - wings! He jumped in and just started swimming. He got to the same depth Pinkie was at before she passed out, and saw the same thing. The barrier that looks like Rarity's magic. But he had a different reaction - he knew it would be dumb to try to swim past it, so he did just that. And the same thing happened to him
!
They both floated down at the exact same time, and woke up when they hit the tops of SpongeBob's pineapple and Patrick's rock. Wait, what
?! That "barrier" they both hit earlier was actually a magical portal to another dimension - the SpongeBob one! The friends were playing in his house and heard Cosmo and Pinkie, who were enormous compared to the sea creatures, crash into their places of residence outside. Squidward was practicing his clarinet and heard it too. The three ran outside to see what the commotion was, only to find Pinkie Pie laying on SpongeBob's pineapple and Cosmo sitting on Patrick's rock. Squidward walked back inside with the other four staring at him, and they stayed out there wondering WHAT IN THE WORLD???!!! They thought they should probably introduce themselves.
Always curious and looking for new friends, the first thing anyone said was "Hi, I'm SpongeBob and this is my best friend Patrick! Who are you guys? You look really big!"
Pinkie Pie hesitates, but cheerfully answers, "Well hi there, SpongeBob and this is my best friend Patrick! I'm Pinkie Pie! I'm a pony and I think this is water, which I don't breathe 'cause I breathe air! Wait, that's not good
!" And she made the weirdest face you could possibly imagine, with huge eyes, her muzzle pushed in towards her head, and her cheeks puffed up huge! It was hilarious
! Of course, not for her... She and Cosmo got down off of SpongeBob and Patrick's houses and she was still making the face! They went somewhere (supposedly to Sandy's) and luckily, came back with Pinkie Pie wearing an air helmet! Then she asked Cosmo, "Hey, who are you?"
"I'm Cosmo! I came down here 'cause I was bored and my friends aren't gonna wake up for another... Another... Well, more than an hour! I think... Yeah, I really have no idea how much more time. I was kinda just hoping to do something fun until then."
They decided to go play in SpongeBob's house, but couldn't find anything to do. They were giving suggestions for hours, and were still bored as can be. Some of their crazy ideas for fun were to: "bake things", "go square dancing with Patrick", "play tennis", "have a talking competition", "throw peanuts at oysters", "draw a mustache on Squidward", "draw hair on Squidward", "draw eyelashes on Squidward", "do voice impersonations of each other", "work at the Krusty Krab", "have a silly hat party", "pretend it's Halloween", "eat awesome nachos", "wear cowboy costumes", "go on land", "buy vicious pets", "think that socks are underwear", and "throw a quesadilla party"! But they had one more, one that stood out in particular - "form a superhero team". Yup.
Patrick suggested "Why don't we form a superhero team? You know, with all of us being the superheroes. And we can eat marshmallows and nachos too."
"That's a great idea, Patrick!" said Pinkie. "All we have to do now is find awesome costumes and gain superpowers! Oh, plus choose a team name and superhero names for all four of us! And choose a leader! OK, maybe we have more to do than I thought. But that's still a great idea, Patrick! You're so smart and full of amazing ideas!"
He replied "Wow, I've never heard that before! What does it mean?"
SpongeBob jumped in and said "It means you know stuff, Patrick. But anyway, Pinkie Pie's right! We have lots to do if we really wanna form a superhero team! And why don't we choose a leader first?"
The boys knew just who. "Pinkie Pie!" they all said. She smiled to let them know she agreed

She happily said "We still need to do some more stuff for us, and as the team's official leader, I'll be in charge of it all so that... So that the... What are we calling ourselves?"
"You're the leader!" Cosmo answered. "Shouldn't you come up with the team name
?"
Patrick added, "You have a good point there. And she's the only... Uh, you know... What is she, SpongeBob?"
"Girl." he answered. "There's also lots of other things she is that we're not, like a pony and an air-breather! And I'm pretty sure none of us eat hay or have tails!"
Pinkie said "Yeah! OK, first things first, we need a team name and our own superhero names! But, let's do the team one before our own. Any ideas?" The boys' minds were blank, and it took a really long time for them to even think of any ideas. Meanwhile, the characters in Ponyville and Dimmsdale weren't exactly what most people consider to be "happy" that their friends were at the bottom of the Pacific ocean! Timmy and Sparky had just woken up, and back in Ponyville Twilight and her friends were still shocked about Pinkie Pie randomly running off
