Cosmic

There once was a being of great terror whose name was Cosmic. She ruled over Equestria for two hundred years, bringing about only ruin and starvation. Cosmic laughed at the weak, and tortured ponies for fun. Some ponies say that she bathed in the blood and screams of the dying, and slaughtered ten unicorns daily and drank their magic to become more powerful. When she had a Flare, it torched whole lands. But Cosmic wasn't always a tyrant, nor did she bathe in blood. And she never had any intention of hurting anybody.
