The Main Six visit The Cedar Fair Chain of Parks

The Mane six were bored. They were tired of being called to save their town from ultimate destruction constantly, since they were the bearers of the elements of harmony. After their last enemy was defeated, they could hardly move after fighting for what seemed like hours. They were all gathered in Twilight's castle, discussing about what to do now.

"I CAN'T STAND IT ANYMORE! IF WE GET ANOTHER CALL FROM CELESTIA AGAIN, I WILL PUNCH HER SILLY!" Rainbow complained to no one in particular.

Her friends nodded in agreement. They all felt that Celestia was calling them more often than someone else.

"I agree with you, Rainbow." Twilight said. "We need to contact her on what we are about to do."

"And what would that be?" Applejack complimented.

"Well." Twilight said with enthusiasm. "We're going on a trip to Earth."

"WHAT!!!" Everypony else shouted.

"Its for the better, girls." Reasoned Twilight. "However, we won't be in our human forms when we are there. We will stay in our pony forms the entire trip."

Twilight, after calling for Spike to contact Celestia when they leave, explained that they all are going to many places across the USA. Then, they will report their trip to Celestia when they get back.

"Um, Twilight?" Fluddershy said, in a somewhat quiet tone. "I'm very worried about this trip. What if we get noticed by the humans? Oh, I can't bear to see their faces looking at me."

"Nothing to worry about, Fluttershy. The author of this story will not put us in any dangerous situations." Pinkie noted, seemingly appearing out of nowhere.

Pinkie did have a tendency to break the fourth wall, which many ponies couldn't explain.

"Pinkie, what do you mean, the author?" Applejack said.

"Oh, the author. He's new to FIMfiction. He goes by mandolin15 and his real name is-"

The last part of the sentence was beautifully cut off by the author.

"Come on! Why did he had to cut me off? All the time, its this author doing this and this author doing that, its annoying!" Pinkie said.

Sorry Pinkie. This is the first try, for me actually.

"Pinkie, enough with the fourth wall breaking, okay? Its gettin' on my nerves. Now, continue Mr. Author." Said Applejack.

Thank you. Sorry folks, the fourth wall breaking will be used later. Now, back to the action. Ahem. Back to the action!

"Oh! Were very sorry for that silence, darling." Rarity said.

"So Twilight, have you researched any exciting places to go to?" questioned Fluttershy.

"Yes, I have. These "places" are called amusement parks, where many forms of entertainment exist. A few of these have unique attractions that other parks don't have."

"Well, are there many types of attractions, perchance?"

Twilight was aghast, but explained that there types that are included but not limited to: Roller coasters, Simulators, Theater Presentations, Thrill rides, kiddie rides, etc.

"Oh,Twilight. Is there any chance there is food there? I hope there is many types of food to eat." Pinkie Pie said.

"Um, Yes Pinkie. There is food. And a good amount too, since thousands of park patrons enter the park daily, often finding places to eat when taking a break."

The conversation continued into the night, with topics ranging from the history of the parks to the names of every single attraction, old and new, and informally detailed, to the arrogantly explanation of what happens to somepony if they get sick during or after they ride the attraction. When the conversation ended, they all decided to get some rest, since they would be leaving for Earth tomorrow morning. At dawn, the Mane six packed their saddlebags, ready for their trip. They all grouped up in an open field, which would be their departure point. Items that were packed in the saddlebags ranged from necessary items (i.e. toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo etc.) to the extremely random (Party Cannon, Daring Do Books, and spell books).

"Rarity, did you pack more than you needed to?" Applejack said.

"Oh, Applejack. There are things like a fashionable pony like me needs to pack before a long and tiring trip to someplace that we aren't familiar with."

Meanwhile, Twilight was busy getting a spell ready to open a portal to Earth with their location at the right coordinates.

"Now If I'm correct we should be landing in a state called Pennsylvania, in the town of Philadelphia."

"Twilight, its pronounced as Fillydelphia, right?"

"I know that Fluttershy. But in the human world, that's what's its called. And when we do get there, be prepared to be seen by people called Bronies, who know a thing or two about us."

"Bronies?" Rainbow replied. "I know who they are. All they do is go to conventions, wear cosplays of us, watch us every week on their "TV's", and write fanfics about us as well!"

Everypony was shocked, even the author was too.

"Why is he still here?" Twilight said.

She then broke the fourth wall, which she didn't realize she was doing so.

"Please, Mr. Author. Would you kindly leave us alone until the next chapter. You can do your crazy antics then, okay?"

Fine.

"Aright everypony. Ready to go to Earth."

"Yes!"

Twilight's horn glowed and with a flash, a portal appeared. They all jumped in, save for Pinkie who just bounced into the portal with a smile on her face. For what seemed like hours, they finally exited the portal, tumbling onto the ground in a heap.

"Ugh. Next time we should use an much smoother means of transport" said Rainbow Dash.

When they all got to their hooves, they all looked around for where they are.

"According to this map" said Twilight, "we are close to our first location."

"And what would that be, darling?" said Rarity.

Twilight, who turned around with excitement, said,

"DORNEY PARK!"

There was a long silence. The Mane six then continued walking to their destination.

"Um, Twilight. What is this "Dorney Park"?" asked Applejack.

"Its our first park that will be going to. Come on everypony. The park is in sight, look!"

As indeed she was right, for at that moment the skyline of the park came into view. With glee, they all sprinted towards the park entrance, ready to enjoy their day at Dorney Park.
