Confusion

  "Hahaha! You got a trainer you don't even like much!!" Her brother, Rain Prism, bursted out laughing.

"Freakin' SHUT UP!" Rainbow Dash seemed ticked off, This Wonderbolt was lazy, or at least rumored that. Either way she just straight up disliked the pegasus.

"Oh, Why do you hate that Wonderbolt anyways?" Rain Prism wiped a tear from his eye, questioning his younger sister.

"I don't know, Why haven't you moved out yet?" Rainbow Dash asked, not wanting to answer the question.

"I haven't found a good place yet... But-" Rain Prism convinced but then was stopped by his sister.

"But is what you've been saying for the past years...." Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes. She started packing for camp. She had almost forgot Fluttershy's sleepover, but was she going or not. Camp started tomorrow, So she would have to leave early in the morning.

"Well it's true. I can't find a great house." He crossed his arms "Plus mom said I don't have to leave until I feel ready to 'fly free'." Rain Prism quoted his mother's words.

"You two stop fighting about that!" Firefly yelled at her arguing children, well I wouldn't say children I'd say more teen and young adult, but Firefly still accuses them of still being little kids...They sure act like them still. "Rainbow Dash, Are you almost done packing?" Firefly asked.

"Yeah, I guess...Why?" Rainbow Dash asked, still packing up some.

"I was wondering if you wanted to see your sister before you leave for camp tomorrow?" Firefly started to walk out the door.

"Yeah! I haven't seen her in a couple weeks." She smiled, slipping on her favorite hoodie, a light blue hoodie with her cutie mark on it, and flew out the door behind her mother who stopped walking.

"What did I say about flying in the house?" Firefly slowly turned with fire in her eyes. She was strict about the rule of "No flying in the house", A reason Rainbow Dash didn't like talking about...

Rainbow Dash nervously chuckled "Hehehe s-sorry

After the visit, Rainbow Dash had remembered sleepover again. She figured she might have to cancel, She called Fluttershy.

" Hey Flutter" Rainbow Dash held the phone against her head with her shoulder, continuing to pack for camp.

"Hey Dash, What's up?" Fluttershy tilted her head, sorting out party stuff with Pinkie.

"I might not make it to the sleepover, I am busy packing for-" Rainbow Dash spoke until she heard a familiar high pitched voice.

"PACKING!?!? For what!? You're not moving are you!?" Pinkie shrieked

"No, Pinkie..I'm packing for some flight camp my parents signed me up for." Rainbow Dash calmed her friend down. "But don't worry, You still got Twilight and Rarity coming...including you Pinkie."

"Yeah, OK! I guess since you and Aj aren't coming, Most of the conversations will be about our crushes and romance" Fluttershy laughed, It was an ongoing joke that Rainbow Dash doesn't like romance.

Rainbow Dah rolled her eyes and gagged at the word 'crush' and 'romance'. "You guys probably would have brought it up anyways. Rarity still bugging me about finding a crush, and she just keeps texting about it.."

"I bet it's not that bad, She knows when to control-"

"She nearly got thrown out of the mall taking pictures of guys and sending them to me asking "How about him...or him? Wait! What about him?" Rainbow Dash stopped her friend.

"Oh.....Well then..." Fluttershy lightly chuckled over how crazy her friend was over that romance stuff like this. It was actually quite normal for her to act like this.

"Well, I gotta finish packing. Bye"

"Bye!" Pinkie and Fluttershy said in unison.

Rainbow Dash hung up, How was this training camp going to be? Her trainer is someone she won't be able to stand and she is stuck with that trainer, She stop complaining and decided to get over it. She finished packing and went down stairs. She walked over to her mother who was starting dinner.

"Hey, Mom.." Rainbow Dash tugged on her mother's shirt and looked at her with puppy dog eyes.

"What do you want?" Firefly rushed around for ingredients for the food

"Can I go to the store real quick?........ Please!" Rainbow Dash gave out puppy dog eyes again

"Your brother will have to take you though..."

"Ugh, fine.. Prism!!!" She started to yell

"WHAT!"

"Get down here, you need to take me to the store!"

"No way!" Prism screamed "I need to beat this frickin' kid in this game!"

"After you finish that round, you are taking your sister...." Firefly helped

"....fine....".

" What did you excatly need from the store? " Rain Prism said to his sister as they got in the car.

"The new daring do book came out, I want to get it so I can read it during free times at camp." Rainbow Dash buckled her seat.

"A book!? Never mind.... I guess I can get that new video game..." Prism started to drive off.

"So, Who was your trainer again?" Prism joked

"You know excatly who...." Rainbow Dash said with bit of anger in her voice.

"OK, What is wrong with that Soarin guy...?" Prism asked

"Don't even say his name, he's a huge flirt, and I am guessing a showoff. Rumored to be lazy as well..."  Rainbow Dash scoffed.

"Without the flirt part, He sounds kind of like you." Prism teased

"Shut up, You hate that kid you play video games with, you two are alike too" Rainbow  Dash decided to joke around as well.

"Flipping how are we alike...!?"

"You both accuse each other of cheating, you both are gamers. Also you both either had or have bad grades in school. Only difference is he has a girlfriend  already..." Rainbow Dash laughed.

"One, He does cheat and I can't find the right girl." Prism made up

"Like you say about moving out" Rainbow Dash murmured

"Can you shut up about that!" Prism argued "Anyways, You would miss me.." He chuckled

"Would not"

"Would too"

"Would not!"

"Would TOO!"

And so on from there to the store.

At the store, Rainbow Dash flew over to the book aisle, picking up a copy of 'Daring Do and the ruby sword'. Her face gleamed as she look at the cover of the book.

"Rainbow Dash, The Rainbow Dash reads Daring Do?" A voice spoke

Rainbow Dash jumped at the voice "N-no! I was getting it for my sister, I don't read this lame crap..." She tossed the book without care into her basket. Cringing as she heard it clank against the metal.

"You are a total lier, Rainbow Dash!" The voice claimed

"Listen, just shut up Gilda, I told you I don't read Daring Do!!" Rainbow Dash tried to defend herself, though it was true. She dropped the basket

"Really, then why did my little sister run in screaming " Hey! Hey! Look your friend Rainbow Dash is on the new Daring Do book!" Gilda mimicked her sister's voice then laughed at her.

"I- I uh...." Rainbow Dash gulped when all of the sudden a person looking about their age with a hoodie on, the hood on their head, walked over to Gilda.

"Don't mess with her, If she said she doesn't read Daring Do, she doesn't read Daring Do! So just go!" The person spoke up.

Rainbow Dash stood there as the person told off Gilda. Nobody had ever stood up for her against a bully. She had to learn that herself through out middle school.

Gilda rolled her eyes "Fine, I don't even want to mess with you dweebs anyway." Gilda scoffed and walked away.

Rainbow Dash just did there, She had no words " T-Thank you! No one has ever stood up for me like that!" She admitted to the mysterious person. " but, I think I could have handled it myself " She chuckled.

"Eh, I just thought you were having troubles making up the right words to say. So I just wanted to help." He said " Also you dropped this when you stated to talk back to that chick " He smiled kindly, handing her the basket back.

Rainbow Dash smiled back " Thanks"  taking the basket back. She walked along with him, waiting for her brother to call her to meet at the check out.

"So, You seem pretty excited about that Daring Do book." Said the person

"I-I don't read Daring D-" She spoke up

"Save it, I saw your face as soon as you picked up the book. Don't worry, I like the series myself as well." He smiled " I won't tell a soul".

"Thanks.....again" Rainbow Dash grinned "Hey, I didn't get your name, What is it?"

"My name is Thunder Spirit.." He said

"Thunder Spirit? My name is Rainbow Dash."

"I could tell that girl said your name like 4 times." He joked around

"Oh..yeah" Rainbow Dash felt stupid

"Hey, What's that girl's problem anyways" Thunder Spirit asked

" Who? Gilda? I don't know, Since I'm friends with 'dorks' as Gilda would say, She just acted like a total jerk to me." Rainbow Dash scruffed.

"Wow, That's a lame reason to start bullying" Thunder Spirit stomped

"I know, I mean we were cool at some flight school. She visits me in Ponyville and-" Rainbow Dash was cut off by her phone starting to ring. "Time to check out? OK" She hung up.

"It was nice meeting you, Rainbow Dash." Thunder Spirit smiled

"Yeah, you too!" Rainbow Dash thought for a minute "Here" she handed him a slip of paper "Maybe we could be friends!"

"Yeah, Here's my number" he wrote it down and gave it to her.

They said bye and Rainbow Dash headed up to the checkout.

" What took you so long? I've been waiting here for 5 minutes" Prism freaked out

"Aw Boo hoo, 5 minutes. Come on, you want some ice cream for that?"

"Shut up, Come on and check out" Her brother rushed her. Rainbow Dash checked out and they left.
