In the Time We have Left...
Derrick Roberts is a man who never had lady luck in his life. He has lost his job, the love of his friends and family, nearly everything he owns, and his sanity. Now, a doctor has told him that he has lung cancer and has 2 years to live at the most.
Deciding that he didn't care enough to live anymore, he takes a walk to the destination in which he was going to kill himself; a bar. His idea was to start a fight and get killed in said fight. Simple and clean. However, that was before some weird alien whisked him and some bartender named John off to a place known as Equestria.
Upon arriving, Derrick and John find themselves in a world of trouble. Trouble involving dark magic, an evil necromancer, and an army of the undead. Typically, he and John become the chosen ones who are destined to save this magical land of peace, harmony, and prancing ponies before he expires and John completely loses his shit.

Yet another addition to the "stories I post but will hardly ever get a chance to update" list.
Chances are you are either going to hate this thing and threaten to burn me on the stake for making it (no me gusta) or you are going to like this story and remind me month after month that I am an asshole for not updating it often. Either way, it is going to exist. Get used to it.
Anyhow, story existence aside, feel free to either hate this story to oblivion or obsess over it to the point of being creepy, I appreciate any feedback that is remotely useful.
