This is the beginning of T.I.M.E. In this, two ponies will create one of the greatest organizations of Equestria. Would you like to see how it was created? First thing in order would be the actual description.
Quantum meets a stallion with amnesia. Scratch that, a stallion with amnesia meets her. It was more of a forced encounter. Okay, there's no way to really explain. Basically this stallion changes her life. Then again how the heck should she know? She's mostly focused on how to hide him from her mom.
