Chapter 1: Unexpected Visitor

Twilight Sparkle and her friends Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and of course her faithful assistant Spike were all sitting on their thrones at Twilight's new castle. They had just defeated Tirek and Equestria had just entered a new state of peace. Twilight was sitting at her throne when she heard a knock at the castle door.

“Hmm, I wonder who that could be?” Twilight said.

“I don't know darling, who could it be?” Rarity asked.

“I’ll go get it.” Rainbow Dash said as she zoomed off to answer the door. Rainbow Dash opened the door and her jaw dropped.

“Umm Twilight, Its for you.” Dash said.

Twilight got up and walked towards the door and in front of it was none other than Flash Sentry.

“Hello Twilight, its good to see you again.” Flash said smiling.

Twilight's face then turned red with blush.

“Hello Flash, what an unexpected yet pleasant surprise.” Twilight said smiling.

“Is it okay if I talk to you alone?” Flash asked the still shocked princess.

Twilight's friends then arrived at the door and when they saw Flash they all started smiling.

“Hey Twilight what's going on, why is he here.” Fluttershy asked.

“He’s here to ask me on a date probably.” Twilight whispered to her friend.

“Well then what are you waiting for, go talk to him sugar cube.” Applejack suggested.

Twilight then nodded and she walked outside with Flash. Twilight closed the castle door so her friends couldn’t hear them.

“So Flash, what do you want to talk to me about?” Twilight asked.

“Well I wanted to ask you if you want to go out tonight, ya know like a date.” Flash said.

“Really, you want to ask me on a date.” Twilight said with excitement.

“Yes, yes I do.” Flash said.

“This is like a dream, Flash Sentry is asking me out on a date.” Twilight thought to herself.

“Um hello, Twilight are you okay.” Flash asked the starstruck princess.

“Oh sorry, and I would love to so what time?” Twilight asked.

“I was thinking sometime around 7:00 tonight.” Flash said.

“Definitely 7:00 will work, but um where will we be going?” Twilight asked.

“Well I was thinking Hayburger.” Flash suggested.

“That's my favorite restaurant.” Twilight said with shock.

“Really, its mine to.” Flash said with a smile.

“Alright its settled then, see you tonight.” Twilight said smiling.

Twilight then waved goodbye to Flash and then she walked into the castle. As she walked in Pinkie Pie asked.

“Soooo what did he ask you?”

“He asked me out on a date.” Twilight said.

“And what did you say?” Rarity asked.

“I said yes.” Twilight said to all of her friends.

All of Twilight's friends let out a shriek of joy for her friend.

“Congratulations my dear, were all so very proud of you.” Rarity said happily.

“Yeah congratulations Twilight we always knew you would find your special somepony.” Applejack said with a smile.

All of Twilight's friends then gave her a big group hug. Twilight's friends then released after a few seconds and let her go because she had to get ready.
