Pyrates: Command the Crew, Rule Equestria!

"Land in sight!" Charlie Carruthers yelled from the crow's nest.

"What direction?" Admiral Blue Beard spoke, controlling the helm.

"Southeastern."

The Pirvateer's ship, Avenger, sailed to southeast. It was 2 kilometers away from Las Pegasus. Charlie looked the city with his lunette, what he saw was unbelievable: some tall buildings were on clouds, floating. He saw no humans, just horses, most of them pegasus and normal horses. There was unicorns too, but not in same abundance than pegasus. Charlie reported that to Blue Beard, he looked through his lunette and saw the same thing. Blue Beard ordered to all his crew members to loot the city and kill anyone who try to stop them.

The ship arrived in the city's port. Many ponies were staring them, with fear and curiosity in their eyes. Some of then with golden armor and spears appreached slowly the Avenger. Blue Beard jumped onto the dock with his crew. Only Burt Bounty and Finn Hookswell stayed on the ship, protecting it from anybody that tries to steal it.

"Halt! Who are you?" the normal pony with armor spoke, firmly.

"What? Y'can talk?!" Blue Beard said, puzzled.

"Answer my question! Who are you and what's your business here?"

"Okay, talking horse. We are the Privateers. Our business here is to plunder this city and give the loot to the king."

The ponies pointed their spears to the red coated pirates. Blue Beard noticed a black unicorn glowing his horn and levitating the spear.

"Calm down, ponies. I'm just kidding. We want to serve your leader," Blue Beard lied, with a mischievous grin on his face.

"And how we can tru-" before the pony finished his speech, Blue Beard shouted, "FIRE!"

The air was filled by smoke and many ponies died. Some survived and was fighting counter some pirates using sabers, but then was shot by the pistols and muskets. Everybody that was watching the battle immediately began to scream and run.

"Get everything ya can, men! Shoot the golden armored ponies and steal the civillians!"

After the breakfast Spike went to the town saying to everypony to come in front of Friendship Rainbow Kingdom's castle at 2 PM for an important announcement. As a small town, words traveled fast and everypony of the town was in front of the castle at 2 PM. Twilight trotted to the balcony, cleared her throat and spoke.

"Welcome everypony. You must be wondering why I called everypony here, right?" everyone nodded their heads and whispers emerged among the crowd. Twilight saw excitment and fear in the ponies' faces, and continued. "Well, I called you here because we have very special guests on our town."

The whispers became louder.

"Well, these guests are from a crew," the ponies continued chatting, but some stopped to listen to the princess. "They are pirates!"

Now everypony stopped, glaring the princess.

"Now, I will show you the Sea Marauders!"

24 pirates went to the castle's balcony. Ponies fainted, screamed and swallowed in fear.

"Calm down, they are not going to steal us!" she said, trying to calm the cowards. Spike burped green flames and a letter appeared.

"A letter from Princess Celestia? Let me read," Twilight opened the letter with her magic and started reading.

""Twilight Sparkle, I need your and your friend's help at Horseshoe Bay. Some skeletons of unknown creatures are attacking and looks like they can not die. Go to Horseshoe Bay as soon as possible and defeat them with the power of frendship.

Princess Celestia" oh no! Horseshoe Bay is suffering with problems, I need to go!"

"Wait!" Cutlass said, "The Skeleton Crew can't die!"

"What? You know them?" she said, surprised.

"Of course we know!" Schooner Lavoie spoke, "We fought them before we came here and many of us died in the battle. I don't know why but we revived when we got teleported to this world."

"And why they can't die? They are invencible?"

"Yes, because they're already dead!" Cutlass said, raising his hook and with a suspense look in his eyes.

"But me and my friend are not going to kill them, we are going to use our magic of friendship and turn then on stone or something like that," Twilight said. "Now I need to call my friends to the council of friendship. Feel free to explore the town!"

"Hey! How much time we are going to be here?" Rainbow Dash yelled, impatiently.

Twilight blushed, looked to the crowd and spoke, "You can leave if you want! I just need Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Applejack in the council of friendship."

The ponies went away to their businesses, except 5 mares that was entering the castle. Twilight led them to the council of friendship. When the mares sat on their crystal chairs around the table with the map of Equestria, Twilight spoke.

"Okay, girls! Princess celestia need our help at Horseshoe Bay. We should use the Rainbow Power to defeat the Skeleton Crew!"

"Wait, did I heard 'Skeleton Crew'?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Yes, they are human's skeletons ghosts and they're killing and stealing the ponies."

"Excuse me darling, but what are humans?" Rarity asked, puzzled.

"I should not speak about this now. The castle will teleport us to Horseshoe Bay, so everypony touch the map at the same time!" Twilight said, puting her right forehoof on the crystal map.

"W-what? Skeletons...?! I think I can't do it, Twi..." Fluttershy spoke wincing and her voice quivering.

"C'mon girls, lets kick this skeleton's flank out of Equestria forever!" Raindow Dash said, puting her right forehoof on the map.

"We just need to get the chest with the Rainbow Power at Everfree. Let's go," Twilight said, rosing up from the cystal chair and goings to Everfree Forest. The other ponies followed her. They got the chest and went back to the castle.

With some hesitation, Fluttershy put her forehoof on the map, and then the other mares too. They teleported to Horseshoe Bay's Port, normally a peaceful port with dozens of merchant ships trading their stuff with other ponies. But not this day. The Horseshoe Bay's Port were in chaos, ponies running to random directions trying to scape with life and a ghost fog filling the air.

The mane 6 ran to the docks, everything was destroyed and stealed. Corpses laying on the ground, dead by spears, axes, swords and sickles. The waters was red due to the blood, survivors were thrown at Phantom's heart and now were skeletons, cursed by the curse of Lord Pyrate. Skeletons ponies ran to Baltimare, searching for some kind of help or magic to turn them into ponies again.

"Captain! More ponies came to play with us! He he..." Scrapedepth yelled to the captain.

"Ha ha! Who dare to fight us, the Skeleton Crew?" Dread Eye said, looking at the mares.

"We dare! So say to your friends to come peacefully or ya are going to feel my hooves on your skeleton face!" Rainbow Dash replied, bravely.

"Together, girls! Let's use the Rainbow Power!" Twilight said. With that, her horn started to glow and the six mares became rainbow powerful, their manes and tails changed their color and began to fluctuate. They rose into the air and a rainbow orb appeared around them.

The skeletons glared the mares, puzzled. Suddenly, rainbows came out of the orb with the six mares inside and smashed on Dread Eye.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaahh... ah?" the skeleton captain tried to defend himself using his arms in front of his face and raised a knee, standing in one foot. He shrieked with a very, very thin and feminine voice the skeletons and the ponies had even heard.

"It worked?" Applejack asked to Twilight. All the skeletons were glaring at their captain. When he noticed that, he coughed in frustation.

"*Cough* *Cough*, HAHAHAHAA! You really think that rainbow power is useful counter me? Ha-ha ha!" he said, pointing his skeleton sword to Twilight, who was on the ground now. "Get'em, skeletons! Cut their head off!"

Rainbow Dash flew up and with incredible speed flew down in the direction of Dread Eye, aiming a hoof at him. She flew through him and punched the wooden floor, cracking it.

"Aaaugh! What he hay?" she said, grabbing her aching hoof with the other, siting on the floor.

"HAHAHA! You certainly didn't heard that we are invencible, right? Fool pony!" he spoke, walking near her. He was about to stab her, but he was interrupted by a magic blast throwing him 5 meters long, falling into the sea.

Pinkie Pie was shooting the skeletons with her party cannon that she got from nowhere, but the confetti went through the dead bodies. Applejack tried to hoof the skeletons, but their hooves had almost been cut by the skeleton's axes. Rainbow Dash tried to punch the skeletons again, but no success. Twilight thrown them away, but they kept coming.

"Applejack, try to capture a skeleton with your lasso! We need to retreat!" Twilight spoke, shooting some skeletons with her magic.

Applejack noosed a skeleton with her lasso and trotted near Twilight. She teleported the other mares and the skeleton away, letting the Skeleton Crew alone.

"Agh! *Gasp*, ugh, where are they?" Dread Eye said, climbing to the docks.

"The ponies teleported from somewhere, sir," Nautilasher said, helping him to come up.

"Let's get out of here. We have books and gold. Everyone to the ship! We are going to plunder more tomorrow."

"Let's go to the town!" Cutlass said, wenting down stairs with his crew. "We just need to get our pesos at the ship, then we'll share the money in equal parts and you'll spend in anything you want."

The Marauders went to where they leave Stormstalker. The sails was supposed to be closed, but they were open and the ship was sailing away.

"AAAAAH! SOMEONE IS STEALING THE SHIP! GET THEM, MEN!" Cutlass shouted, irritaded. The pirates started to swim through the river to enter the ship.

"Ugh! Who would steal our ship? Does the ponies even know how to control a ship?" he spoke to himself and started to swim.

Twilight and her friends appeared in the middle of the throne room in Canterlot Palace.

"Princess Celestia! The Rainbow Power is useless with the skeleton pirates!" Twilight spoke.

"What?! What you did, then?" Celestia said.

"We needed to retreat, they were going to kill us!" Rarity replied.

"Yeah, but we've captured this guy," Applejack looked to Celestia and then to the skeleton.

The guards approached the weaponless skeleton, aiming their horns at him.

"Guards, take the skeleton to the dungeon. Put manacles with chains at the wall on his pulse and lock him on a jail," Princess Celestia ordered the guards.

"Yes your highness," one of them replied and the two guards led the skeleton to the dungeon, grabbing the rope with magic. The skeleton fought against the lasso and the magic, but the effort was useless. He began to grumble while he was walking to the dungeon.

"Okay, my little ponies. My royal ships are on the east sea near Equestria searching for those skeletons right now, but we have another problems," she said.

"What problems?" Twilight asked.

"There are other pirates with red jackets plundering another cities at the west. My ships are searching for this crew too. All I know is that an unidentified ship is near the Vanhoover's islands. I sent Shining Armor and his crystals soldiers to guard Vanhoover's docks."

"W-what? An-another sk-ske-skeletons?" Fluttershy said with widened eyes and a quivering voice.

"No, these pirates aren't skeletons. They are alive," Celestia replied, "But that doens't mean they are good. They killed ponies in Las Pegasus. Shining Armor will take care of them. Thank you for the prisoner, Twilight. I will send a letter if I need you at Vanhoover to help your brother."

"Okay, thank you Princess," Twilight said.

She teleported her and her friends back to ponyville. Pinkie Pie saw preoccupation on Twilight's eyes, and asked, "Twilight? Are you okay?"

"Yes... I'm just worried about Shining Armor," she said. "What if these pirates kill him?"

"Don't worry, sugarcube. These pirates ar' alive, so they aren't invencible like the others," Applejack said, trying to cheer up her friend.

"Do you know what will cheer you up?" Pinkie Pie asked. "A party!"

"A party to...?" Rainbow Dash asked, raising and eyebrow.

"Hum... to... celebrate the arrival of the Sea Marauders in our world!" Pinkie replied. "Let's make a surprise party for them at the castle! I will invite everypony!"

Pinkie Pie ran to Sugarcube Corner to make the invitations.

"I think it's better if we start preparing the castle for the party," Rarity said, trotting to the castle. Her friends nodded their heads and followed her.
