Pyrates: Command the Crew, Rule Equestria!

"Sir, my squad finished the pratrolling at the Lighthouse and Port Skywater," the leader of the 13th Gamma Unicorn Squad said.

"Good. Patrol now the Golden Port's docks at southwest," Shining Armor ordered.

The 26th Alpha Pegasus Squad were coming from the Vanhoover's islands. Shining Armor saw then coming and asked, "You saw the pirate ship?"

"Negative, sir. We flew 3 times around the island and no signal of a ship," the leader replied.

"Good. Now go to Port Skywater, my squad is going to patrol between Port Skywater and Golden Port."

Shining armor was the leader of the 6th Elite Squad, a squad with only the best soldiers in Equestria. There were 4 earth ponies, 3 pegasus and 3 unicorns in the squad, not counting Shining Armor. The 6th Elite Squad trotted to the Sunset Beach. 2 more squads were patrolling there too, Shining Armor commanded one of them to go to the North Beach. After 20 minutes of tedious patrolling around the beach, Shining Armor saw a light beam near the Golden Port. It was a signal that there was the pirates. Shining Armor maked a light beam with his horn pointed to the sky for 5 seconds and ordered his squad to go to Golden Port immediately.

Near the port the civillians were running and shrieking, the 6th Elite Squad entered the port and saw the group of unicorns battling with the pirates. 5 out of the 7 unicorns were dead by bullets or swords, the survivors maked a magic shield to don't let the bullets harm them and were blasting magic at the pirates. Shining Armors squad entered the battle, the earth ponies were stabbing with their spears the creatures with red and blue jackets. The pegasus were flying up ands later flying down with a boost for a super stab/headbutt. The unicorns and Shining Armor were blasting the pirates and its ship.

A pegasus of the Elite Squad was headbutting Finn Hookswell. Finn punched the pegasus in the face and head shooted him. Braggart T. Doyle stabbed a pony in the neck and was blasted by Shining Armor. A pegasus flew behind Dagger Tremained and stabbed him at the head, killing him. The pegasus was beheaded by Admiral Blue Beard with his sword.

Shining Armor and Admiral Blue Beard were now fighting, Blue Beard with his sword and Shining Armor with his horn. Blue Beard tried to stab him in the neck, but his purple armor didn't let, so he kicked the horse's face with his pegleg. Shining Armor's nose was bleeding, he tried to blast Blue Beard but he dodged the blast and almost cutted Shining's forelegs off.

The 26th Alpha Pegasus Squad appeared, attacking the pirates. The pirates began to retreat, but isn't because of the pegasus.

"G-GH-GHOST FO-FOG!!" a Privateer screamed, pointing to a deep fog.

"Retreat men! The skeletons are here! Retreat!" Blue Beard ordered, wenting to the ship. The pony soldiers were still fighting, but stopped to see that the fog was around the battlefield. The equines glared a shadow in the shape of a galleon. The Avenger was sailing the more quickly it can out of the sight of the skeletons.

The 15th Beta Unicorn Squad and the 23th Gamma Earth Squad entered the battlefield and glared the shadow too. Sounds of laughing could be heard while the shadow slowly approached the brave soldiers. They now saw clearly what the shadow was: A blue galleon filled with skeletons probably of the same species of the pirates.

"Prepare for another battle!" Shining Armour shouted as he become in a battle posture. The other ponies obeyed him, standing in a battle posture too. The skeletons jumped on the docks.

"Kill these ponies and plunder the city!" Shoveltooth yelled, jumping on the docks.

The battle started. The galleon fired with its cannon at the port and at the ponies. Seadaemon was fighting with an unicorn, the unicorn stabbed him and the spear went through him. Saedaemon stuck a skeleton sickle in the unicorn head, killing him. Maritrocious throwed his spear at a pegasus, killing him too.

The ponies were outnumbered. When Shining Armor was the last survivor Dread Eye commanded, "Don't kill him! Throw him at the Phantom's heart or it will fall apart!"

Five skeletons grabbed Shining and throwed him into Phantom's heart. Shining Armor cried as his cries become from normal and thick to hoarse and skeleton like. He was a skeleton now, falling in the deep sea.

"CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS PIRATES YAY!!" the CMC shouted in unison. Apple Bloom was wearing an eye patch and a pirate hat with a skull drawn at the front. Scootaloo was with a red bandana on her head and with a saber in her mouth. Sweetie Belle was wearing an eye patch and a blue bandana on her head.

"Where we go first, girls?" Sweetie Belle asked, looking at the Equestria's map she brought to the ship.

"Hmm... let's go to... Canterlot!" Apple Bloom said, controlling the helm.

"Uh... girls..." Scootaloo said, looking at the back of the ship.

"What?" Sweetie Belle asked.

"The Sea Marauders are coming!" Scootaloo replied.

"WHAT? GET THE WEAPONS!" Apple Bloom shouted, running to get sabers. The Crusaders was with sabers in their mouths, waiting for the Marauders. They jumped on the Stormstalker and Jonathan Juryrig almost got beheaded by Scootaloo.

"Arr! We ar' not goin' to surrender that easy, Marauders!" Apple Bloom spoke.

"What?" Cutlass said, in disbelief. The thieves was 3 fillies. "Okay kids, the game is over. Lay your weapons on the ground and get ou-"

Apple Bloom tried to cut his legs. "WHAT THE FUCK, KID?" he yelled.

"This ship is ours! we've got it first!" she said.

"Enough. Get the fillies by the nape and put them in the town hall," Cutlass ordered.

Scootaloo throwed her saber on  the ground and bited a rope tied at the crow's nest. She jumped out of the ship and swung on the rope. The rope contored the post, Scootaloo kicked 2 pirate's head. They fall unconsious on the ground, she then jumped on the belly of on of them, grabbed his saber and aimed it to Hully o' Brien.

Hully disarmed Scootaloo and other pirates fought the other fillies and disarmed them. Sweetie Bell headbutted the belly of one and Apple Bloom bited the hand of another, but they got the fillies by the nape. Cutlass removed their eye patchs and hats and went to the treasure room to get the pesos.

"Hey, put me on the ground or you'll have your flank kicked by Rainbow Dash!" Scootaloo said trying to intimidate Hully o' Brien, who was carrying her by the nape.

The pirate ignored her and put her on the Sugarcube Corner, the other pirates did that too. They went back to the ship to share the pesos in equal parts. After they shared the pesos, all the pirates went to explore the town, that was ghost like.

"What happended here?" Cutlass said. "Hmpf. Let's go back to the castle. We go to the town later."

The crew went to the castle, dissapointed.

"SUPRISE!" a dozen of ponies shouted when the Marauders opened the door. Some Marauders jumped and one even shoot up in surprise.

"What the?!" Nestor o' Loch shouted.

"We maked a surprise party for you!" Pinkie Pie said, smiling.

"A party for us...?" Cutlass said.

"Yes! Aren't you happy?" she replied to Cutlass.

"Hum... this party does have rum or other acoholic drink for free?" he asked.

"We have cider! A lot of cider!"

"LET'S GET DRUNK!" Blackteeth said, running to the cider barrels.

Vinyl Scratch put the song on and the party started. Most pirates was drinking cider like water and becoming drunk, some was dancing and others was talking with ponies or drinking cider and becoming drunk with them. Cutlass was telling to the fillies that early tried to steal his ship and some other kids how he lost his left hand and the lootings he did on his world. Oliver Lugsail was drinking with Rainbow Dash, the two were laughing for no reason because they were drunk. Lugsail puke on the table, Musket and Topmast took him to a room and he slept on the groud beside the bunk. After 2 hours of extreme drinking, dancing, talking and music the party was over. There was no more music, the ponies that was not sleeping on the ground went to their homes. Twilight was waking up the drunk ponies to them go back to their homes.

Twilight was much worried about her brother. She knew he has a powerful magic and was a veteran in battles, but the pirate's technology was advanced. They had guns that shoot small projectiles with gunpowder, but these projectiles was mortal. Their ships has cannons the Equestrians never seen, the Equestrians ships has no cannons, just big crossbows with fire bolts. Thankfully, these pirates aren't skeletons, they are live creatures, so they can be killed and injured.

"Twilight! There's a letter from Princess Celestia to you!" Spike said, walking towards Twilight.

"Let me read this, Spike," she said, floating the letter in front of her.

"'Twilight Sparkle, during the battle between the pony squads and the pirates, the Skeleton Crew appeared and attacked the soldiers. Everypony as been killed-'" she stopped reading.  "No... please don't..." she said, with a sad look, then she continued reading. "'-during the raid at Golden Port and buildings near it. Shining Armor's corpse has not been found, so we don't know if he as been killed or not. His status is disappeared, the squad that told me about the raid and the battle thinks he has been captured by the skeletons and they are doing anything to find him.

Princess Celestia'"

Twilight sighed in relief. There is a chance that her brother has not been killed, so she was happy by that. But she was sad because Shining Armor may have been captured by the skeletons, and she doesn't know what these lifeless ghosts could do with him.

"I'm sorry for your brother, Twilight." Spike said, trying to comfort her.

"Thank you, Spike. I'm going to read some books to distract myself now."

Twilight trotted to the library, grabbed a random book with her magic and started to read it, sitting on a crystal chair.

What the... Shining Armor thought, waking up. Where am I? The ground feels so wet and sandy... looks like I'm under the water...

Shining Armor looked around. He saw fishes floating and seaweeds on the ground. He now knew he was under the water. He looked to himself and tried to scream, but the water in his mouth didn't let. He was a skeleton horse wearing purple armor. Shining started to feel dizzy, he wanted to vomit but he had no stomach. After some seconds, he composed himself back and began to walk.

Walking for 3 days, - what seemed like 3 days because there was no light in the deep sea - Shining was not tired physically, but mentally. Don't knowing the direction he was going, he appeared at the Griffon Empire's East Beach. He trotted again to the sea, and appeared at the Butterfly Island. Now he was walking again under the sea, trying to get back to Equestria. While walking, he realized that he could swim and started to think how dumb he was. Swiming for 2 hours, he reached the Horseshoe Bay. Everypony who were enjoying the bright sun and swiming on the beautiful blue sea were now glaring Shining Armor. He ignored them and went to Baltimare's train station, causing shrieks and runs in his way. All he wanted was to go to Canterlot and ask for Princess Celestia to help him, but he remembered that there are more or less 7 hundred guards in Canterlot and they may think Shining Armor is now evil. Thinking that for some minutes, the train arrived. Shining Armor rose from the wooden floor he was sitting and went to the train.

"Halt, skeleton!" he heard coming from behind.

There was a dozen of royal guards, standing in a battle position and with the pegasus and earth guards aiming their spears at him, and the unicorns aiming their horns at him.

"What? It's me! Shining Armor! I am the Royal Guard Captain!" he said, indignantly.

"You are not our captain anymore, skeleton! Come with us peacefully or we'll have to kill you!"

"Where you are taking me to? Canterlot?"

"It's not of your business. Come with us NOW!"

Shining Armor thought for a bit, wondering if he should go with the guards to an unknown prison or try to escape and go to ponyville to ask Twilight Sparkle for help. After some seconds, the guard in front of the others did a signal with his head and the guards approached the ex-captain. He blasted the guards and ran away.

"Get him and kill him!" the leader of the guards shouted.

Shining Armor ran to the west. The chase lasted 15 minutes, the guards were tired and their hoofs aching. Shining reached a forest and was entering in, dodging the guards. He passed the last 2 days walking towards ponyville, never getting tired and running from guards.

"Oh no..." Twilight said, widening her eyes.

"What is it, Twilight?" Spike asked.

"I did something wrong! I was supposed to contact the princesses first before showing ponyville the Marauders!" she replied, her eyes glazed and her teeth gritting.

"Uh... why you don't presents the Marauders to the princesses now?"

"Because Princess Celestia might get mad!"

"You don't know if you don't try," Spike said, wenting outside.

"Hm, he's right... I should send a letter to her now," she said, levitating a feather and a paper near her.
