Right now, he was traveling with fellow companions Amy Pond and Rory Williams, his 2 favorite people. "Alright, now, the TARDIS has enough power for a trip home, then has to recharge, then of we go!" The Doctor told Amy and Rory who just groaned. "The TARDIS always uses a lot of power during long trips, doesn't it, Doctor?" Rory asked. The Doctor nodded to Rory's question. Meanwhile, somewhere in Equestria, the Doctor's new home, a few ponies were gathered for something, something big. "Now you're sure this'll bring him back?" One asked. "Last time it didn't work so well and look what happened." "Shut up!" Another hissed. "We shall bring him back, one way or another. Our Lord and Master shall be resurrected, with the DNA of of one of the ponies here." He continued. "Who?" The last pony asked. The second pony looked at him with serious eyes. "Twilight Sparkle." He said. Twilight was busy organizing books with Flash in her castle at the time this was happening. "Thanks for helping me out, Flash, I appreciate it." Twilight smiled. Flash smiled back then groaned as a book hit him square on the head. Twilight giggled quietly. Twilight looked at the title of the book that had hit Flash. "Hello, what do we have here?" She used her magic to lift it. Flash rubbed his head and walked over to see the title. "Reviving spells of darkness." Twilight read. She wondered why a book was called that. Meanwhile, in the TARDIS, it was going wonky. "Ooh, ooh, what's going on? TARDIS has never acted like this!" The Doctor said as he tried to stabilize his TARDIS. "Where are you taking us?" He asked it. Then he saw the location on the screen. His eyes widened. "Oh not now!" The Doctor complained. "What?" Amy and Rory asked in unison. "No, not now, I'm busy!" The Doctor groaned. "Ponds, buckle up, we're making an unscheduled stop to Ponyville." The Doctor told his companions. Amy and Rory were confused. "Ponyville? What the blazes is that? Is it somewhere in Scotland?" Amy asked. "Oh! I know, Switzerland!" Rory and the Doctor both looked at her. "What? It's got to be somewhere!" Amy said. The Doctor groaned. "Ponyville is the home of my pony friends, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy." He explained. Amy and Rory didn't understand. "It's a magical land filled with talking ponies." The Doctor put it simply. Amy and Rory still didn't understand. Then, a weak life signal appeared on the console. The Doctor's eyes narrowed in fear. The name on the console read: 'The Master.' No, no no no, it can't be. He's dead! The Doctor thought. "Oh well, GERONIMO!" The Doctor laughed as the TARDIS headed for Ponyville. In Ponyville, Twilight had finished organizing her books with Flash. "Well, that's that." She said. She looked around. On a cliff outside of Ponyville, an old enemy of hers chuckled. "Twilight Sparkle." He said, laughing. The Doctor arrives with Rory and Amy The TARDIS landed in the town square, making it's signature wheezing and groaning. The Doctor was no longer human, he was now a grey stallion with a combed black mane, black tail, blue eyes, red bow-tie, a black and blue top hat, and an hourglass cutie mark. He looked at himself to see what he was. He smiled. "Always my favorite thing in this world, changing into a pony whenever I come here." The Doctor laughed. "Ponds, it's OK to come out." He called to Amy and Rory. They came out, stumbling a bit. "Oh yeah, you're now ponies. Takes some getting used to, but you will get used to it." The Doctor told them. Rory was now a yellow-orange stallion with blue eyes, a close cropped brown mane and tail, and a sword for his cutie mark. Amy was a yellow mare with a ginger mane and tail, green eyes, and a watch as her cutie mark. "Doctor, what are these marks on us?" Rory asked the time travelling mad man, or pony, he had to get used to that. The Doctor explained for about 5 minutes that those marks on them were their cutie marks, their special talents. Rory's was a sword because of him being the Lone Centurion, and Amy's was a watch because she was the girl who waited. "So what, we say everypony, anypony, and nopony now instead of everyone, anyone, and no one?" Rory asked. The Doctor nodded. Rory looked at his wife, they had to get accustomed to this. They didn't want to be ponies any longer than they had to. "So, why are we here, Doctor?" Amy asked. The Doctor took out his signature sonic screwdriver and scanned the area. he was looking around, then, he straightened his bow-tie. Rory and Amy rolled their eyes. He always did that when something was wrong. "Doctor?" A voice called. The Doctor looked up to see a gray mare flying towards him. The mare smiled. So did the Doctor. "Ditzy, hello!" The Doctor smiled. He was glad to see Ditzy again. "Oh, Amy, Rory, this is Ms. Ditzy Doo, the first pony I met since I arrived in Ponyville." The Doctor introduced them. Then, Ditzy kissed the Doctor on his cheek. Amy smiled slyly. The Doctor confessed. "Oh alright, Ditzy here is my marefriend, we've been dating for, oh I don't know, how long now, Ditzy? My memory is a bit fuzzy. New face and all." The Doctor asked. "About, ooh, 2 months now?" Ditzy shrugged. The Doctor nodded. "So, what brings you back, Doctor?" She asked. "See now that's the thing, the TARDIS went all wonky on me and brought me here for some reason, I get a weak life signal on the console and it brings me here." The Doctor told her. "The life signal I received was from somepony I thought long dead." The Doctor whispered the name in Ditzy's ear. Her eyes narrowed in fear of the name. The Doctor nodded. "No, not him, anypony but him." Ditzy sounded worried. "Who?" Rory asked. The Doctor sighed. "Rory, before I regenerated, there was a Time Lord I fought at the End of Time. His name, one I had hoped never to hear again was: The Master." The Doctor explained. "See the Master had this err, beat, in his head, going 1, 2, 3, 4, continuously. It was because he stared into the time vortex itself. A sign of insanity." The Doctor finished. Rory and Amy gulped. Meanwhile, in the cave with the 3 ponies, all 3 of them were arguing. "OI! All I'm saying is we only need a drop, a drop of Princess Twilight's blood and the Master will return." One said. "Now, the only way to get it is to capture her, but we don't have anypony to do that!" He groaned. "Oh! Oh! Maybe we could summon one of our old friends, eh? You know, Like Tirek or Chrysalis, one of them." Another nodded while smiling. The third pony slapped his face. "Really? No no, we need somepony else, someone real villainous." He said. "But who?" He wondered. Then, a cold, evil voice filled the room. "There is always me." The voice laughed. The 3 ponies shuddered and looked around. Then, a dark gray stallion walked into the light. His eyes were crimson red, his horn was curved and crimson red, and he also had fangs with a flowing black mane and tail. Smoke emitted from his eyes. He laughed. "Hello, my old friends." The ponies shuddered. "K...K...King Sombra." The first pony said. Sombra chuckled. The other 2 held onto each other in fear. "So, you plan to bring back the Master, huh? I shall help you with this, but for a price." Sombra smiled, exposing his fangs. The 3 ponies gulped. The Master's resurrection part 1The Doctor, Amy, and Rory walked with Ditzy to her house since the TARDIS had to recharge. "So, Doctor, small question, why did the TARDIS bring us here?" Rory asked the Doctor. The Doctor was pondering on that exact question. "Well, that's exactly what I'm thinking about, Rory." The Doctor told him. Meanwhile, Sombra was thinking about how to get Twilight. "So, how do we get Princess Twilight?" One of the ponies asked. Sombra smiled cruelly. "Trust me, one of my friends can handle that." Sombra laughed, then motioned to the shadows. Then, a pair of red eyes shone through the darkness, followed by a heavy, metallic pounding. The pony that emerged was completely metal. He was silver with ice blue, handle bars on his head, and no mouth. "Meet the Cyber Ponies." Sombra grinned. The Cyber Pony was followed by 2 more. The front one had black handle bars whereas the other 2 had silver. "We shall get her, King Sombra." The Cyber Leader said to the king of shadows. Sombra nodded, and the Cyber Ponies left to get Twilight. Twilight was with Flash in town square. They were out looking at the stars. "The stars are so beautiful when it's a clear sky." Twilight said, amazed. Flash nodded. "Yeah, they are, but I know something even more beautiful." Flash smiled. Twilight then looked at the moon. Flash chuckled. "I meant you, Princess." Twilight blushed a light shade of red. Flash did as well. Then, they heard a heavy metal pounding sound. Flash was lucky enough to have brought his sword with him. He unsheathed it and held it out in front of him. 2 metal ponies emerged and stood their ground. "What are they?" Flash asked. Twilight didn't know. Then, a metal hoof covered Twilight's muzzle, causing her to scream and kick. One of the other ponies used a sleeping gas on Flash, causing him to fall asleep. Twilight screamed his name before blacking out. When she woke up, Sombra was next to her. Twilight struggled, then noticed she was on an examination table. The 3 ponies with them were chanting something. Sombra laughed. "Greeting Princess, so glad you could join us. Scorpius, Hank, Jeff, now." Sombra ordered. Jeff was a green pegasus with a messy brown mane and tail, with blue eyes and a ring for a cutie mark. Hank was brown with a blonde mane and tail, green eyes, and the same mark as Jeff. Scorpius, the leader of the 3, was red with brown eyes, a close cropped black mane and tail, and the same ring cutie mark. "Arise, Lord and Master," The 3 of them began chanting. They held a small ring. Twilight knew what it was. The Doctor had told her about him. "Arise once again to claim Equestria, ARISE!" They chanted. Twilight felt a small pain from her arm. Jeff had taken a small knife and cut her with it. "Drop of blood from royalty is needed." Sombra told her. Twilight watched as the drop of blood was dropped into the cauldron, causing it to explode. As it did, a skeleton took form, then, skin surrounded it. The pony before her was blue with a blonde mane and tail, an hourglass cutie mark, a red bow-tie, and when his eyes opened, they were amber yellow. The pony laughed. The Master. Twilight thought. The Master laughed. "Hello again, Ms. Sparkle." He said, his eyes glowing.
