Based off of the songs Rainbow Factory by Wooden Toaster/Glaze and Pegasus Device by Slyph Storm, and slightly based on AuroraDawn's "Rainbow Factory" because of the main character. This story reunites two old friends, Scootloo and Booker Write.* Booker, who is now a reporter for the Manehatten Paper, and Scootloo, who is now a detective for the Royal Police Force, are assigned a combined mission for the looking into of the possible existence of the section of Cloudsdale's Weather Factory's Rainbow Factory.

Although she is still scarred from her previous experiences at the Factory, Scoots is reluctant to agree. Although she was not expecting to be working with a dear old friend.
