As Tiberius and Markus kept walking they greeted several ponies and the occasional human, many of whom were friendly to the romans. Soon it was late in the evening when they decided to head back home, as they were going Tiberius look toward the mountain where Canterlot stood, still amazed by the way it just sits on the side of a mountain the way it did. However as he was pondering this he didn't notice that he was about to run into someone. Before Tiberius could turn his head he collided with a pony. "Oh my stars, darling. I am so sorry" the unicorn said as she got up.

"It's alright," Tiberius said as he dusted himself off, "I wasn't looking where I was going." As soon as both of them were back on their feet (or hooves, in the mares case) Tiberius got a good look at her, a white unicorn mare with a purple mane and tail, she wore a white blouse and black pants. Tiberius could tell that she was a high society kind of girl, her voice even had a mid Atlantic accent to it. He then noticed that she dropped some things when they ran into each other. "Here, let me help you with that." Tiberius said as he helped the unicorn with her things.

"Why thank you darling," the unicorn said, "Might I ask as to who you are?".

"I'm Tiberius, the new ambassador here, and that guy over there is Markus" Tiberius said as he finished gathering up the last of the mares things, "well that looks like everything."

"My name is Rarity, a pleasure to meet you."

"A pleasure to meet you too miss" Tiberius said. Soon the unicorn and the romans went in their respective directions.

"Hey Tiberius," Markus said "have you noticed something?" Tiberius didn't understand what his friend was talking about but had a feeling that it would be something weird.

"What is it Markus?"

"Well," Markus said, "have noticed the number of stallions there are here". Markus emphasized his point by waving his arms around in all directions.

"What are you talking about?" Tiberius asked.

"It's seems to me that there are more women than their are men in Equestria" Markus pointed out. At this Tiberius looked around and noticed that Markus was right.

"That's a good point, I think I heard it that the ratio is six females to one male, or something like that."

"Maybe here you can find someone to keep your mind off Celestia" Markus said with a snicker. Tiberius looked at him with a bit of annoyance.

"You're not going to let that go, are you?"

"No, I will not."

"Figured as much" Tiberius said with a sigh. As the two Romans were making their way home a rainbow colored blur zipped past them. Tiberius look to where the blur went as he saw a light blue Pegasus mare with a rainbow mane and tail.
