Darksiders: Origins

What is a Darksider? A very simple question for a simple, yet complicated answer. It's not an easy answer, but it is worth asking. A Darksider is a peace of a being given up by another. A simple emotion can become a Darkisder.

There is one acception to making a Darksider. When you give something up to create a Darksider, that thing you've given up is no longer in you. If you give up your happiness, there's no getting it back. And, in the end, Darksider is rarely given any other emotion, than the one they are made by. Now, how do you give up something inside you?

There are wall in between the worlds. Each world is different than the other in many different ways. But, if you choose to cross through a portal to another world, it will be hard, and you will need to give up something of yours to make it. In the end, a Darksider is born outside the worlds, so they can end up anywhere in time, space, and the universe.
