Chapter 2 Joining the IDA

“you sure took a while twilight you have been gone about 8 hours”lyra said.

“i had to cross a freaking ocean”twilight aggressively responded.

“how big an ocean?”

“i don't know a few ten thousand miles”said twilight.”what did you do just sit here the hole time. Ohh my god did you stay with the natives lyra.”

“yes”

“wow well i guess there still looking for you”said twilight.”now how do we find makalala.”

“ohh your back”said makalala appearing out of nowhere.

“well that was easy”

“this is a human you've brought here and by the looks of it he has 2 equestrian bodies inside his mind”said makalala.”well we need to take them out and wipe his memory then put him back. Hold on a second.”

He vanished for a few minutes and then reappeared with rainbow and daring all perfectly the way we were.”i'm finally out of that prison thank you makalala”

“hmm it appears you've learned mental transmission you should stick with me for a while rainbow dash.”

“wait how do you know my name”

“i overheard Twilights' thoughts and she said your name i guess your name was rainbow because of the rainbow mane”

“oh that's cool i do plan to stick with you these mind tricks are cool”

“what about me” said daring.

“of course all of you can go i mean you finished messiah’s challenges and found the hidden portal even if by accident it was put there for the only equestrians who could think outside the box and go under the yeti's.”

“wow this is really big you're telling the truth and i don't even need the spell to tell this is awesome”said twilight.

“if you want to join our organization you will need to prove yourself even further though oh and lyra i think you will find that we exist a little closer to home. Actually you’ve probably heard about it”

“you mean bon bon”

“or sweetie drops”

“wow thats amazing i need to join this today”said lyra

“well first you need to get connected to the idn. Since you saved your friend and the only thing on your mind is knowledge you should follow me”said makalala as he went into a massive cave inside one of the volcanoes except maybe this one is a mountain.

“i cannot go with you to the first dimension you must go alone”said makalala as he pointed to the little turn off of the caves”go through this door and you will find a portal to dimension one”

“what happens if we keep going down through the main cave?”asked twilight.

“you will be frozen in time forever well at least until someone with knowledge saves you”said makalala“you will know everything once you get there just go”

“okay come on guys”said rainbow.”i don't want to spend too long here because it is very hot”

They all walk through the portal and instantly connected to the idn but don't know how to use it.

“hello I'm here for the idn. Is this dimension one?”asked twilight. Instantly someone pops up who looks like a child.

“hello you may not know this but you're already connected to that. It's kinda funny actually.”said the kid.

“how do i use it?”asked twilight.

“its simple just close your eyes and think about something”

They all closed their eyes and twilight thought about the IDA lyra thought about bon bon rainbow and daring thought about each other and instantly they all got every known piece of information on everything they thought of.

“well bye guys”said twilight as she vanished to join the IDA.

“where did she just go”rainbow said then thought about twilight and finding out where she went to.

“Lets all join the IDA it looks awesome.”said rainbow as she vanished as well”

“i've never seen a pegasus teleport” said lyra as she thought about rainbow then went to the IDA.

Daring just decided to think about the IDA and go because she saw everyone else do it.

Twilight greets them as they come through one after another.”hey i thought u wanted to go to the IDA what took you so long”

As the other three ponies look at everything they see what they like most and who they like most goes to them to talk to them. For rainbow dash it was fluttershy, for twilight it was starswirl the bearded, for lyra it was bon bon, and for daring it was rainbow dash.

To all of them this creature said”hey welcome to the IDN if this is your first day then you must know about our agency.”

“why yes we do”said twilight.

“well then”the creature touches all of them on the head and all they see is what they most like touch only then.

They all see the ground disappear and it turns into the human world from outside the planet.

“you all have experienced this planet is some way. Some of you more drastic than others”said the creature.

“so what does this agency do?”asked twilight.

“well it is meant to teach the teachable and enhance the ones who can be enhanced”said the creature.”we have a point system that you will learn if you decide to join.

“well i guess i wanna join”said twilight.

“you should be warned though if you disobey the restrictions and don't be on your designated post your mind will be wiped and you can never join again”

“what if we can get away from you”thought rainbow to daring.

“then you will be deleted from existence”thought the creature to rainbow.

“ohh”thought rainbow before saying”well i guess i'm gonna leave i don't want these restrictions”

“okay well your telepathy will have to be removed along with your memories of this trip”

“aww come on fine i'll join”said rainbow.

“good time to assign your training”said the creature as they all go into equestria girls like universe to train as being a wolf.

They all are in the universe and spend several weeks in there talking to some wolves in a virtual reality. They learn their language instantly. Their one task is to keep where they came from a secret.

After they have proven themselves they started combat training which they all rocked at because it was simple things like target practice and stuff like that but when they started their first 1v1 battle things were a little different.

They all didn't quite know where they went to but they saw someone else on the other side of the arena“fight”announced the arena.

Instantly the opponent came at them and clawed rainbow dash in the face, turning around and kicking lyra causing her to fall to the ground. Rainbow dash tries to retaliate and swing at the opponent with her paw but the opponent catches rainbowdash and breaks her arm causing her to fall to the ground.

With two down twilight swings at the opponent as daring tries to jump on its back. The opponent only moves slightly to the side causing them to crash into each other then jumps on top of them both breaking darlings back.

Twilight being the only one left jumped at the opponent and slashed like crazy but the opponent just grabs her stomach and rips out her heart. They all teleport to the spot they started in and are fully healed.

“rematch. Fight”announced the arena. All of them confused try again to beat the opponent, and again, and again. Eventually after 27 attempts they finally take the opponent down with only rainbow dash still standing but only barely.

They teleport back to the same spot again and this time they hear something different”round two out of one thousand” announced the arena.

They all feel helpless and give up for a while just taking the beating but after twelve times of being beaten down they decide to fight back and loose, and loose, and lose again.

When they make it to round fifty they begin to think this is actually possible but the thing is there is now two opponents. This time it took a while and they spent hundreds of attempts trying to get to the hundredth round.

On round one hundred there jumps from two opponents to four and it is now everyone has a one on one battle in wolf form.

They all target a specific wolf. Twilight being the furthest on the left is evenly matched and can only win half the battles that have happened. Rainbow dash wins every time and helps the rest sometimes.

Daring and lyra both are able to win most of the time but sometimes need help. After the thirteenth attempt rainbow instantly takes her opponent out and moves on to help twilight.

Twilight is fighting her hardest but in one accidental move she goes flying to the ground and her neck was broken in the process. Rainbow dash barely a second too late surprise attacks the opponent and takes it out.

At this point daring and lyra have their opponent taken out and they all celebrate”ohh my god we just beat round one hundred”said rainbow dash.

“congratulations you've finished your training for the sixth dimension now time to move on to the seventh” said the arena. This time they change form and after every hundred rounds change form again each a different dimension.

They have training as the dominant creature from each dimension except where they are from, dimension two, and the first dimension.

They finish the final hundred rounds pretty quickly because they have been in training for a really long time, or was it.

“we completed one thousand opponents how long were we in here?”asked twilight.

“you have only been in there for, in your time frame, three moons.”said the arena.

“WHAT THAT FELT LIKE FOREVER!”screamed twilight right before they woke up in the presence of twelve gods.

“how long have we been gone from equestria?”asked twilight.

“about 7 moons twilight you have been through alot in such a short time”said one of the gods.

“now can we actually make a contribution?”asked twilight.

“yes but first you need to get rest all of you do”said a different god.

A few days pass and they stay asleep during all of it not waking up even once. Then finally they all simultaneously wake up.

“what do we do now?”rainbow dash asked.

“welcome back all four of you i knew this would be the time you wake up so i came to inform you of your duties”said the god.”twilight you will go to dimension seven. Here is all you need to know”

“okay will do”twilight said right as she froze in place and couldn't move at all.

“now for you rainbow you will go to dimension four. Here is all you need to know”said the god.”also you might notice some physical changes this is required because of who you are sent to”

The god tells everyone this and daring goes to dimension 5 and lyra goes to dimension 3.

“wow this is weird”thought rainbow dash.

“i can't believe that i'min some weird teenagers body”thought rainbow.

“Yammi come downstairs dinners ready”said the teenagers mom.

“coming”said rainbow as he went downstairs and looked in the kitchen finding a homemade pepperoni pizza.

“this looks good”thought rainbow as he grabbed a pizza and put it on a paper towel.

After a few hours of watching movies and eating pizza rainbow decided to go upstairs and go to sleep.

The next day Yami's dad wakes him up”good morning time to get ready for school.”

Rainbow hops up and gets dressed for school, eating breakfast, and brushing teeth.

Once rainbow gets on the bus he sits next to his neighbor chase who starts talking about what he did with a frog while Yammi was home.

As soon as Yammi gets to school this kid pushes him down and laughs as his lip is bleeding.

Out of anger rainbow retaliates and kicks him in the face doing a handspring. The kid is shocked but decides to try and tackle him but rainbow is smarter than that.

With a simple move to the side rainbow trips this kid, and he gets back up embarrassed and enraged attacking Yammi, swinging fists.

But rainbow had way too much training about this it seemed easy to win so this only goes on for a few more minutes and Yammi just walks to class.

Before anyone found out about this Yammi had to be taken out of school and into another one.

In this new school a different kid named unis was trying to pick on Yammi because Yammi is the new kid. But like the other guy rainbow knows how to fight.

A few weeks of this and Yammi finds people who are being bullied and fights them off helping many many people.

Every night when Yammi goes to sleep rainbow goes back to her body and hangs around equestria keeping this society a secret, and sometimes goes to other dimensions for some problems that occur.

After one year Yammi gets many friends and his popularity sky rockets. Keeping a secret is a lot harder now for rainbow so she asked the members of the IDA if she could tell someone.

Disappointed by their answer rainbow stays in Yammis body for a while. Some of his newly found friends showed him this tv show called my little pony friendship is magic.

After the first few seconds of the show rainbow notices that it's exactly like equestria and is overwhelmed by the show so much that he needs to watch the entire first two seasons in one night.

After graduation junior high rainbow asks again if she can keep her secret with someone anyone. This time they said that she can only if its a specific person.

This specific person was what they called a “seed”.like the elements of harmony the seeds of harmony contain magical energy as well. Anyways these seeds aren't planted in the ground. Instead they are planted in life.

Each tree of harmony has both elements of harmony and seeds some have different numbers than others but the tree of harmony can only have one fertile seed which is planted in a different planet.

No planet can sustain two seeds because the roots go deep underground wrapping around the planet. Every dimension starts off with a choice. Either different magic for some or no magic at all.

The dimensions that chose no magic at all are considered neutral dimensions like dimension four for instance. They decided not to have magic because some would have more power than others.

Little did they know power isn’t limited to just magic. Dimension four is the only dimension who decided to chop down the tree of harmony to make it impossible to obtain this power.

The other dimensions then took all the elements and seeds from the dead tree and used them as fast as possible because when the tree is dead there is only mere minutes to use it.

They planted only seven of the seeds in the people and the rest in other dimensional creatures. The elements were put inside a machine which has never been used not even once.

Each dimension has a purpose. Dimension one is the dimension of life. Two is the dimension of friendship. Three is the dimension of fire. Four is war. Five is light. Six is compassion. So on and so on.

During the summer of dimension 4 Yammi goes back to his body and rainbow goes back to his.

“uh… rainbow. I missed you.”said fluttershy as she flew up to rainbow.”you've been gone for so long.”

“ya i have a new job that's a lot better than my old one”said rainbow flying upside down.

“what are you doing.. if you don't mind my asking.”

“uhm.. be right back”said rainbow as she fell from the cloud straight down without moving.

Fluttershy tries to catch her but can't hold her up. Right before she hits the ground she comes back.”ohh wow i was about to hurt really bad”

“anyways yes i can tell you only if you date me”

“YES!”yelled fluttershy.”oops i mean yea”

“cool well let's talk it over at my place.”said rainbow as they fly to her cloud home. Once they get there rainbow tells her everything that happened about the other dimensions and everything.

“wow thats a lot to take in”

“i know right. Well anyways i'm on break for a while so wanna celebrate my first day back?”asked rainbow.

“what do you mean by celebrate?”asked fluttershy. Rainbow pulls out a bottle and a bong.

“ever tried O9?”

“no i haven't tried O anything”

“well that changes tonight”said rainbow as she hands fluttershy the bong filled with O2.

“What even does this do?”.

“wow you don't know anything about this. Well the O stands for Oxygen and the number just means how powerful it is.”

“na i would prefer to stick to natural THC. Come on fluttershy you've gotta at least try something other than air.”said rainbow as she tries to hand fluttershy the bong again.”it's healthy for you your brain naturally produces it.”

“well i guess one try won't hurt” said fluttershy as she takes her first hit.”woah this is amazing. I want to try something more”said fluttershy as she watches rainbow smile really big.

“alright good job flu”said rainbow as she loads it with O7 then gets some.

“here try this”said rainbow as she is barely able to hand the bong.

Fluttershy grabs it and takes a hit as fast as possible then relaxes”ahh this feels amazing”

“I'm getting the O9 out now”said rainbow as she loads it and takes a hit, then fluttershy takes the hit.

Both of them trip for a few hours talking about how trippy it is being a different creature.”wait what time is it?” asked rainbow as she looks outside at the sun.”it's been five minutes”

They both burst out laughing like crazy.”why can't i stop laughing”laughed fluttershy.

“side effect is extreme happiness”said rainbow as she stops laughing trying to calm it down.

“uh rainbow I'm afraid to ask this but woah i'm…”

“well if you can't say it i'm gonna tell you something i've wanted to for a while.”

“what is it?”

“i think that you're really hot”said rainbow.”shy but hot”

“well that relates to what i'm trying to say”

“wanna fuck flu?”

“it's like your psychic”thought fluttershy.

“that's cause i am”thought rainbow to fluttershy right before her face went white with shock.

“rainbow you didn't tell me that they allowed you to read minds”

“ya kinda i learned it while i was trapped not from them”

“ohh wow”said fluttershy.”uh rainbow”

Rainbow immediately jumps on her and starts kissing fluttershy then wraps wings around her and fucks her.

“wow rainbow we should definitely do that again”said fluttershy as they were done.”i mean if you want to”

“how bout WHEN i want to”

“sure”

Anyways when Yammi goes back to school after summer and rainbow takes over trying to find the first class and finds some computers right next to it so he accesses it and plays some minecraft.

“hey are you playing minecraft”a student said sitting down next to rainbow.

“yeah”

“is there a way i can play”

“yeah i have two accounts you can have my other one i never use it”

“cool. By the way my name is junior”

“hey my name is Yammi”

They play minecraft every day they go to school using the exact same computers and eventually they find each other in the lunchroom and start hanging out a lot.

They played yugioh a lot and rainbow bought a shiny suitcase full of cards. One weekend rainbow decided to hang out at junior's house. They went to a clubhouse and started talking. Rainbow brought the suitcase but put a massive crystal in it.

“hey junior i've got something to tell you about me but i need you to promise you don't tell anyone.”

“sure what is it”

“here it will be easier if i show you”said rainbow as he looks up mlp.”i am one of these characters, more specifically the rainbow one”

“how”

“ugh it's a long story and i can only tell you a little bit of it”

“okay we have all night”

“alright”rainbow said telling him about how he got to the human world and how junior is a seed. Not telling him anything about the IDA.

“so i'ma seed of harmony and you are an element barrer”said junior.”and you came from equestria.”

“ya. Okay this may seem weird but i need you to do something for me.”

“okay what is it”

“actually i need you to practice something. You know when u have a chill run down your spine sometimes we'll try and make it happen.”

“huh i didn't know that was possible”said junior as he made a surge of energy go through his body.

“alright now for the hard part. I need you to make the energy flow to your fingers and push it out. Aim for me because i can tell if you do”

“alright then”said junior but didn't succeed for a few times. The third time he did and rainbow almost fell back.

“there you go now here's what i need you to do for me”said rainbow.”hold this crystal and do the same thing to me. I need to be in a higher altitude so I'm going to sit on the railing”

Rainbow sits on the railing and on the first try junior does it perfectly. Rainbow falls off the side and barely grabs the floor of the tree house.

“yup it works”said rainbow as he pulled himself up the tree.

“what exactly happened?”

“we just linked with each other now we can feel each other's emotions pain everything.”

“what if one of us dies?”

“it's on a smaller level than that so you won't feel much pain if i die maybe knock the breath out of you though”

“alright”

“well time to watch some episodes i'm going to tell you what actually happened”

“cool”

“let's start with the first one” rainbow said pulling up the first episode on netflix.

“alright most of this actually happened they got it right like 90% of the time so i'm just going to point out what's wrong”

“alrighty”

“also since i don't know how things happened exactly with the rest of them so i'm going to focus on me”

“ok”

As the video went on it took a few minutes before rainbow was even introduced but when it happened rainbow said”this happened the exact same way like there's nothing different”

We kept watching the episode and everything was right until twilight was hanging off the cliff held by applejack and she said “trust me let go”

I said “that didn't happen i actually just flew over and picked her up while she was hanging”

A few more episodes later we decided to go to sleep because it was midnight. But the next morning rainbow was teaching junior how to perform spells even though the challenge of spells in earth is about 1000X harder than equestria.

These hang outs become regular for a few weekends until he decides to go to yammis house which turned out to be combat training for junior and more than that but parkour.

Eventually when rainbow shows him the wonderbolt academy in season 4 he tells junior “some people have an automatic link with someone from another dimension and for you it's lightning dust. You didn't end up bad like what is shown but you befriended me and joined the wonderbolts later on.”

“wow cool”

“i obviously joined it before you though”

“okay”

Yammi, chase, junior, and yammi’s brother alex take a walk to an abandoned trailer. Alex ends up cutting his finger on a broken window and it is gushing blood.

Alex rushes home to care for the wound and chase follows him lending him a cloth to wrap the wound.

Junior and yammi are alone in the trailer and yammi pulls out the big crystal and a piece of paper out of his backpack. The piece of paper has translations of the ancient language on it. It is translated with the english language.

After 30 minutes of studying the language we decide to medate with the crystal in their laps he gets a smaller one that he had in his pocket.

As we meditate rainbow mentally trains him causing him to have a greater reaction time and stronger by generating an alternate reality in rainbows head with more gravity and unable to be hurt in it.

These hang outs go on for a long time and one time that summer when he was at yammi’s house for the weekend rainbow decided to let him go to equestria but only as long as he gets his memory wiped after.

Junior was perfectly okay with that and went to equestria knowing rainbow will tell him everything when they get back

When they get to equestria he notices rainbow has 2 green bracelets instead of one like back home

“why do you have 2 bracelets here and only 1 on earth”

“because they let me transport from here to there at will instead of waiting for someone to hear my telepathy”

“ohh but why is there 2”

“when i leave my body is taken over by a mental program that i set up and i take a bracelet with me to earth. As of now we both are lifeless on earth and i have no bracelet on there”

“thats awesome”

“when i go to earth i only have one on me”

“cool so let's go somewhere i wanna see everything”

“hold on junior first you need to get used to walking normally and more than that you need to learn how to fly normally”

“alright i can get the walking down pretty fast but i've never used my wings before so i don't know how to use them”

“ya alright i'm personally an expert so it will be easy peasy”

After about an hour and a half of walking and flying or lack of that junior finally got used to his new body and they went to ponyville.

“i wonder what twilight's doing. I wanna see some crazy magic”

“alright i guess to the library”

They fly to the castle pretty slowly but faster than if they walked only taking about 30 seconds.

“hey twilight” rainbow said as he opened the door.

“yes rainbow”

“junior here wants to see some crazy magic”

“yup”

“well what kind of magic are you into”

“Yes”

“uh huh. Well i'm going to teleport you to the library first” said twilight as her horn begins to glow for a second then they see the library.

“sweet”

“i bet you want to see levitation”

“sure”

“alright” said twilight as she levitates all the books in her library.

“awesome. Show me the newest thing you can do”

“alright it might take a minute but.”

Twilights’ horn glows a very bright shade of purple as she begins making a little orb in the air. The orb grows as twilight concentrates on it and once it gets to be the size of a beachball she stops.

“huff huff there”

“what is it”

“a planet with life”

“ohh my god that's amazing i can see the little ponies living on it”

After a few seconds of examination the planet implodes turning into a little marble.

“what happened”

“after a few seconds the planet is destroyed and cannot be recreated the exact same again. I was lucky that there was life on this one usually the planet is just magma and rubble but this one turned out nice”

“that is amazing twilight you got anymore cool tricks”

“come on junior stop bugging twilight there's so much other things to see”

“your right. Bye twilight”

“cya”

“okay where should we go next”

“we could go to rarity i wanna see how pretty she is in real life”

“alright well don't be too forward okay”

“alrighty then let's go”

“just follow me”said rainbow as he went to the boutique which was visible from the front door of the castle.

“hey rarity. You in there”

“i'll just be a minute hold on”said rarity right before a lot of loud banging comes from inside and in about 15 seconds a beautiful white pony opens the door with a flip of her purple mane.

“how may i help you rainbow”

“ohh my god you're so pretty”

“junior i just said not to do that”

“i'm sorry”

“you are wasting my time why did you come her rainbow it better be important in designing an entire line of clothes for photo finish and her entire staff”

“junior here just wanted to see you because he heard how pretty you were”

“well let me take a look at him”said rarity as she pulled him in and looked at every inch of him.

“meet me when i'm done with this project and i might have something for you. Say around sundown”

“alright”said junior as rarity turned around and got back to working on her dress.

“well she's pretty”

Rainbow smacks his face with his hoof”you have no idea what just happened do you”

“nope”

“well i'm going to sugar cube corner and were having a drink”

“fine by me”

They fly to the front door of sugarcube corner and pinkie pie immediately jumps out the door splashing them both with pie.
