1- Why Dash and Flutters are friends.

Purpose: Explains some of their back story, why flutters is shy, and why dash is her friend despite their differences.

Fluttershy has a secret. No Pony knows except Rainbow Dash... which is probably why they get along so well together. The thing that most ponies don’t realize is, when pegasi are born they can’t walk on clouds like adults can. Thier magic simply isn’t developed. It it up to the parent’s to make sure that they don’t fall through the clouds.

            During a moment of inattention, Flutter’s parent’s forgot about this and dropped her. She fell

through the clouds and would have died if it wasn’t for the amazing quick reflexes of Rainbow’s parent’s. Dash saw the whole thing, and could understand why Flutters never wanted to try to fly during their school years, and took it upon herself to be Flutter’s best friend no matter what.
