"well time to go" so I haven't introduced myself yet my name is vinyl scratch my mom also had the same name and the name stuck. we all had the same job since my grandma and that job is the job of a dj I keep the wasteland from going insane from boredom or just going crazy in general. I don't usually leave my dj shack but when I do its only for food or ammo to fend off raider or crazy fans. so this is just something I don't do a lot but i do it so its normal for me. shit four raider blocking my way to the market I use my magic to slow down time and get 4 hits on the leader and hear a satisfying crack on the last hit then I put two hits on the rest of them not to kill but to daze then long enough for me to get away. I give all my weapons to the guard and start to look around I have 5000 caps on me so that should be enough for food and ammo. Let's see a 20 gauge shells on sale for 40 caps I get three boxes of 60 shells. sounds good to me. Now for food. "YES!" oops shouldn't have said that out loud. but sparkle cola are back in stock. 2 caps for one. "I'll take five!" so now I've got something to drink now to find something to eat. Well they got sugar bombs sweet! five boxes for 10 caps that's a deal! time to head back to my dj shack. shit those raiders are still here maybe they won't notice me? no my luck is too shit for that so I guess ill sneak up on them? na if they come after me that's my fault. with my luck I should have killed them when I had the chance because that got me shot in the leg. "FUCK" I chugged a healing potion and the wound started to close I pulled out the bullet and it was a 5 mm should not have hurt that much! if it was a shotgun pellet then I could start to scream like that. so I start to load my gun and also run like fucking hell I hear a sniper rifle and I think who the fuck is shooting at me now? A bounty hunter? A slaver? Who the fuck know I got the fuck out of there before I got shot again. So I get back and I shake off the snow from my hooves and poor a bowl of sugar bombs and open a sparkle cola but before I dig in I decide to put on a few requests and maybe talk and say who it's from. yea il do that. "Hello everypony DJPON3 is back on the air and is gonna play a few requests"
"all right first one this request is from some drunk pony wants any song. well that was pointless"
"well let's hear it" and I'm out god that was embarrassing. well then I guess I'll start to eat my cereal and drink my pop. after I go to bed because I just realised it is 10PM so good night. So I woke up the next morning and I hear my station still on and still playing. weird. all right so time for sugar bombs! so I pick up the bowl with my magic and when the first piece hits my tong it tastes so good! I may be picking up some rads but who cares. A pony's got eat. shit I don't have a story for news time. hope one of my watchers come soon and with something I can use. "vinyl!" just in fucking time I think. "what do you have for me?"

" not much vinyl except for my name and a name of another robot called ED-E" weird why would she only remember those two things and not anything else unless " hey shara let me look at your memory drive maybe I can restore the memories that you lost"

" I don't know who ED-E is but I think I have heard that name before some were I think he is one of my watchers!"

" ok" there was something about this robot that seemed different well after she fixed me she seemed really nice. I hope she stays that way. "here we are home sweet home!"

"sure" after we did that the time passed by a lot faster. so about an hour later I realized that I had a bottle of my favourite whiskey! I decided to open it but only take a small swig because who knows how fast I can get drunk off of this!
"well here we are shara" wow I said that like im not happy to be back witch im NOT. "let's look inside"
"all right let's go" now were to start let's try the filing cabinets over there. let's see patient files, incident report, robot repair? maybe I should give this to shara. "hey shara I have something for you" "shara?" "whats wrong?"
"what? sorry vinyl I was just distracted"
"here I found something"

"no problem" what the? I saw something in the last office. "hey im gonna go check some of the offices for anything" holy shit the floors look like they are about to cave in. ok what could have caused that glow? what. the. fuck is that orb? guess il put it in my bag and look at it later. what's this? classified is stamped on the front. might as well look at it. project eagle... holy shit this is bad this is really bad the fucking steel rangers are going to lob shells half-way across equestria! "FUCK FUCK FUCK SHARA WE NEED TO GO THIS PLACE IS GOING TO BLOW!!!"
"what is going on?"
"NO TIME TO EXPLANE!" and with that we ran as fast as our fucking hooves could let us. and shortly after that the entire fucking building exploded. "holy fucking shit that was close"
"what just happened?"
"steel..gasp ranger"
" oh those guys they were our best clients why would they blow it up?"
"maybe there was something that they wanted to get rid of"
"but what would they want destroyed?"
"I don't know maybe we should pay a visit"
"that would be a bad idea!"
"why?" I asked with a really worried tone in my voice "the rangers don't like people just walking in"
"I'm sure it's not that bad"
"also reapers have been spotted a lot more lately in the wastes" she really had a scared tone in her voice when she said that. that kind of worried me. "I'm sure we will be fine" why the fuck did I say that it's not going to be fine because every time I say that I get shot or I lose one of my best tracks. "well fuck it let's go"
"ok" holy shit I feel like I'm about to shit myself because reapers are the toughest son of bitches in the entire wasteland. If we found one we would be dead before the fight even started. "well might as well get walking we got a while. hey maybe we will find a stable pony and find a pip-buck 3000!"
"it be nice to have a map"
"hey if they were your best clients didn't they ever tell you were it was?"
"no they never really talked when they came in but they usually paid a few hundred caps each time and a regular check up was only 50 caps"
"why would they pay so many caps more though?"
"maybe they had too many caps on them"
"yea caps can start to get heavy after a few thousand"
"but the armour they wear is a lot heavy then caps"
"well actually they said that the body for the T-45 model is 45 pounds and the helmet is ten pounds"

"yea" wow that is light compared to reaper armour but they do something to you when you become a reaper. But that's beside the point. so might as well fast-forward a bit because the next few hours are just me and shara walking so let's have a word from the guy who is writing this story! hey! thanks for reading my story I was actually inspired to write this story for the great Kkat and Somber who have so far have wrote my absolute favourite story so far ever! I was planning on making derpy as my mane protagonist but that failed miserably then I thought of using blackjack but then I would have to ask somber but then I would have to do a bunch of legal shit and I thought well my friend thought use vinyl as my protagonist and I thought that's a good idea. So that how this story was born I really hope that your enjoying the story so far also im just writing whatever comes to my mind right now and the only reason I included this is to add some 4th wall breaks but I've already done that with vinyl in the story talking to you kinda like how im talking to you right now. any ways lets's get back to the story shall we? or do you want to keep talking to me? allright keep talking it is! so anyways my name "not real name just nickname from blackjack and poker night" is the dealer and its not referencing the dealer for project horizon it's just the name my cousins game me. they did not know that it was a character from a story but that's beside the point.
