A Philly Princess

Introduction

Hi, I’m Red Tail; I’m a member of the royal family. Just a philly but I have wings and horn. Every pony just says I’m an alicorn. But I’m the only one that has been mute. I can’t speak, but with my magic I can kind of speak. I can speak to people inside their heads. Aunt Celestia calls it telepathy. I can also hear what people are thinking. I’ve gotten in a lot of trouble for doing that. Even more when my aunt catches me listening to her thoughts, and she always catch’s me. I think my magic is also why I have no friends. Last week I got my cutie mark, and we had a party! But, no one even wanted to see my cutie mark. I mean it’s kind of boring just three clouds on my flank. But today my Aunt Celestia told me I’m going to stay with her student Twilight Sparkle in Ponyville. She said it was so I could make friends, but maybe I can learn magic from Twilight. No one wants to be friends with me. We leave tomorrow to go to Ponyville.
