Sonic the Hedgehog, the fastest thing alive, is now celebrating his birthday today. But when Eggman decides to crash the party with a new artifact he found, the Blue Blur and his friends are thrown into a portal and end up traveling through time and space, finding a whole new world. One that is full of new pastel colored creatures with their own abilities. Now the Blue Blur must fight to protect this new world from the nefarious Eggman and a new evil threat.
