My Little Pony Friendship is Magic: Serenity's Uprising

Years ago, when the planet was nothing but a wasteland of rocks, desert and dark...... there was light. Faust, the supreme alicorn and deity along with the other alicorns, brought light, life and harmony to dark planet which was called Equis. They helped create the ponies who would inhabit the land, the weather and even the sun and moon and the stars in the sky. The most noble of all these alicorns was one named Malumpere. He helped cure many illnesses that befell the tragic mortals, kept the peace, spread the voice of harmony across the land and even learned under Faust herself, who she felt was her most faithful student. But one day after a tragic war that resulted in many deaths Malumpere became different. The once kind figure became cold, distant and vicious towards his comrades. He barely paid attention to his studies and the earth ponies, pegasi and unicorns of the planet. What they could never have thought was that on the inside a dark evil grew.

Many years passed and suddenly Malumpere attacked Faust and the other alicorns with an army of monsters and demons that he made from the elements of the planet. The battle raged for a very long time and both sides were equal in strength and magic but Malumpere's army was defeated, stripped of his power and he was banished from his home. But the dark alicorn vowed vengeance upon Faust and fled from his former teacher. He took refuge in a cave and sealed himself off from the outside world.

As the world Malumpere helped create grew so did his anger, bitterness and hate towards harmony and Faust. He grew sick and tired of having his powers revoked so he plotted some way to get them back. He tried many ways but could never do it. His evil emotions grew and grew until it became a magical source of it's own. The dark alicorn was surprised and had glee in his face. He seemed to create a new form of magic from his dark emotions which he called Dark Magic. He discovered his new abilities came and grow more powerful from his emotions so the more anger he felt on the inside the more powerful his magic grew.

Eventually, the dark alicorn made the cave into a portal to a place where the souls of the deceased rested. The dark alicorn conversed with the spirits, sympathized with them, understood their pain and misery. They had all the power and abilities in the world when they were alive and now they were dead with their abilities gone. He gave the spirits samples of his dark magic and told them that they could do whatever they wanted with these new abilities. The souls became prideful and made Malumpere their leader in this world which he decided to name Tartarus.

As he became more powerful in his dark magic and becoming the ruler of a new world, a world he could control and shape into any image he wanted he became very prideful along with the souls and his wrath and envy towards Faust grew larger than it could ever grow. He decided to explore his new realm and he came across a mirror made entirely of crystal. Curious towards the strange mirror he looked into it and he discovered it acted as a portal to another world. This world was different from his, as it was populated with strange bipedal creatures, technology which was yet to be invented and the ponies and other animals in their world were just ordinary creatures. Malumpere grew fascinated with the creatures which he discovered were named humans. He discovered their many inventions, their fascinating history and found them incredibly superior to the alicorns and regular ponies. In fact, he grew so fascinated with them that he decided to take the form of a human and he never once changed back to a regular alicorn.

As the years flew by, Malumpere  further developed his dark magic by testing it on the mortal ponies of the surface world. He discovered that he could naturally deceive the ponies into doing wrongful deeds which he deemed Serenity and found it more superior than Harmony. He even found he could do many evil and dark things with his magic like stealing souls and corrupting the good into evil, no matter how pure they were. Malumpere than declared himself the God of Evil and Corruption and since then he has been in a never-ending war against Harmony.

"Quite a fascinating read. But then again I lived through it." Someone's voice echoed.

The voice came from a human sitting atop a throne. His skin was blue, his eyes were red, his hair was straight and very sophisticated, he dressed in a fancy tuxedo with a bow tie and he was holding a black book. By his side was a violin which he caressed under his arm. He had a very evil smirk about him as he shut the book closed.

"This war isn't going to keep going on and on. There is going to be a victor and I will be that victor." The human said as he got up from his throne and walked down steps towards a fountain which was spewing blood instead of water,

"I think it's time to put my plan into action."

He clapped his hands together and the fountain spewed an image of Princess Twilight Sparkle, her friends and Celestia and Luna.

"Oh you poor harmony loving fools. You've never noticed but I've always been with you. I've been lurking in the shadows, watching carefully, silently laughing at you from the sidelines. Yet you've never noticed me after all these years........ how delightful. But I guess it doesn't matter because I.... Malumpere, ruler of Tartarus, shall soon destroy Harmony and replace it with my beautiful Serenity. Don't get used to living in safety because once I make my appearance, I shall destroy everything you hold dearly. Mwa ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man, I'm good at that!"

Celestia awoke from her slumber with a shocked expression as her sister Luna rushed inside.

"Sister, what trouble do you sense?" She asked very concerned.

"He's coming..... the ruler of Tartarus. He's planning something and I'm not sure if we'll be able to stop him." Celestia said very flustered. Luna trotted to her sisters side and held her closely,

"Tia, you've dealt with him for over many years since you've become ruler of Equestria. I'm sure whatever he has planned we will be able to stop him."

Celestia smiled and then nuzzled her loving sister,

"Perhaps your right. But just to be safe I'll summon Twilight and her friends. They've dealt with many threats to their home and I'm certain they'll be able to deal with Malumpere."
