*In the midst of Changeling territory after the events of Magical Mystery Cure*

"No that wouldn't work." Chrysalis said trying to make another attack plan.

"My queen," Chrysalis's second-in command said "I'm sorry to interrupt but our spies in Ponyville report that, Twilight Sparkle has become a princess."

"She has WHAT!" Chrysalis shouted "I swear I will drain ALL of that ponies love!" she turned toward her second-in command "Have our spies keep a close eye on her Changer give me any information they find." she ordered.

"Yes my queen." Changer said as he left.

*After Twilight's Kingdom*

"A frontal assault would make a good plan B with the current strength of our-" Changer barged in "This better be important." Chrysalis said annoyed.

"I'm sorry my queen but the spies bring grave news," he said worried "Twilight Sparkle has obtained her own castle from the Tree of Harmony."

*SNAP*

"Hey I think I heard something snap." one of Chrysalis's bodyguards said.

"That's the sound of her tolerance meter shattering."

"THAT'S THE LAST STRAW!!!" Chrysalis shouted very angry "Assemble the Changelings it's time to act now!"

"Yes my queen." Changer said as he left fast.

"It's time to meet your end Twilight." Chrysalis said maniacally.

*Ponyville 2 days after Twilight's Kingdom*

We find Twilight and her friends exploring her new castle finding a library, a dining room and a rather nice kitchen

"Wow this place is sweet." the energetic Pinkie Pie said.

"I wonder if this place has any secrets in it." Twilight said wanting to keep exploring.

"Princess Twilight," Mayor Mare said barging in "A large armada of Changelings is destroying the town."

"Tell the townsfolk to take shelter within the castle." she told the mayor with her nodding and leaving "Spike get a letter to the princesses right away afterward your in charge of the castle."

"Yes ma'am." Spike replied.

"Girls let's go stop the Changelings." Twilight said with the rest of the Mane 6 nodding in agreement (Fluttershy hesitated a bit) and headed out to fight the immediate threat.

"Yes fly my loyal drones fly out and get them!" Chrysalis ordered.

"My queen we have found Twilight." Changer reported.

"Good I shall deal with her myself," she replied with determination "You take over the destruction of this pathetic village."

"Yes my queen." Changer replied as Chrysalis took off with a small squad of Changelings.

As the Mane 6 came out of the castle they noticed the more than half destroyed Ponyville "Oh no why would they do this?" Twilight said upset at the destruction of the town.

"That's it they crossed the line between evil and malicious," Rainbow Dash said angrily "They're gonna get whats coming our hooves and magic in their faces!" Twilight notices Chrysalis and her band of Changelings.

"Here they come remember we've got to hold them off until the princesses get here." Twilight said with her and her friends getting for combat.

"Hello there my little ponies it's so cute that you think you can stop me." Chrysalis taunted.

"At least we can try." Twilight responded as Chrysalis charged.

(BOSS MUSIC - VS. Character - Sonic 06 OST)

Twilight's friends dealt with the Changelings following Chrysalis while Twilight dealt with her "I'm not gonna let you destroy anymore of Ponyville." she said as she blasted Chrysalis with magic with Chrysalis putting up a shield for protection.

"Did you actually think you could harm me?" she taunted as she fired beams from her shield "Your such a weak little foal." Twilight notices some sparkly ash heading towards Canterlot.

"Good Spike finished the letter I just have to hold on a little while longer." she thought "If you think your so strong why don't you come out of that shield and face me."

"FINE you'll see how strong I am!" Chrysalis shouted as she and Twilight both shot a beam colliding with each other in a power struggle with Twilight on the losing end getting seriously wounded "Ha your finished!" Chrysalis said as she charged up a spell but is interrupted as her horns and wings disappear "WHAT!!!" she shouted as she fell to the ground.

*Music cuts off*

"Sorry no wings and magic for this game." a voice said with a flash of light revealing Discord.

"Well well if it isn't the pathetic spirit of chaos." Chrysalis teased.

"WHAT I just took your horn and wings away what do you have that I don't!?" Discord replied angrily.

"Let's see how about the fact that I'm still evil." she responded.

"Ouch that's gotta hurt." Twilight thought.

"Pffft so I'm causing trouble anymore sometimes but that shouldn't define me." Discord said.

"Or not it's like he avoided that comment." Twilight thought.

"OUCH!!!"

"Rainbow Dash!"

"Go help your friends I'll deal with the queen." Discord said ready to fight.

"Okay be careful Discord." Twilight said as she ran towards her friends.

(ENEMY RUSH MUSIC - Crisis City - The Flame - Sonic 06 OST)

Twilight runs towards Rainbow blasting the Changelings surrounding her "Rainbow are you all right?" she said worried.

"I'll be fine." Rainbow said trying to get up but was too beat up to do so "Ow."

"You stay still Rainbow."

"No I'm okay,," tries to get up again "Ugh that hurts." notices some incoming Changelings "Twilight behind you!" Twilight turns around preparing her magic firing blasts from her horn.

The rest of the Mane 6 were still fighting off their share of Changelings almost getting overtaken at points "Eat this ya varmints." Applejack said as she bucked a couple of Changelings knocking them toward their buddies.

"It's party time!" Pinkie Pie shouted as she kept shooting Changelings with her party cannon.

"Fluttershy go help Rainbow Dash we'll hold them off here!" Rarity called to her friend.

"On it be careful." Fluttershy replied running towards Rainbow's location.

"Let's hope we manage to hold our own until Celestia gets here." Rarity thought concerned.

Fluttershy ran as fast she could and notices the injured Rainbow and a weakened Twilight.

"Oh my goodness are you two okay?" Fluttershy asked.

"No, *cough* Rainbow is badly hurt *cough* and I can't hold these Changelings off for very long. *cough* *cough*" more Changelings arrive Twilight tries to cast her magic but can barely even make a spark "Can't....keep....going." she says as she falls to the ground tired "Must....protect.....Ponyville." she says as she becomes unconscious.

"THAT'S IT YOU BUGS!!!" Fluttershy yells as she charges surprising some of the Changelings knocking them out or launching them out of Ponyville scaring the ones who were left with them either fleeing or too shocked to move.

"Fluttershy help!" Rainbow shouted as she was getting put into a Changeling cocoon.

"I'm coming Rainbow." she replied as she tried to get to her friend but ended up getting trapped as well along with Twilight.

*Music cuts off*

"It's no good we can't hold them off." Applejack said tired from the fighting.

"Heheheheheheh trap them." one of the Changelings said as A.J, Rarity, and Pinkie were put into cocoons.

"D'aaaawwww the gangs all here," Chrysalis taunted "Now you can watch the fireworks."

"Don't you dare destroy more than you already have!" Rainbow said angrily.

"And what are you gonna do sit on me?" Chrysalis teased.

"Can't you do something Discord?" Fluttershy asked.

"I could but," brings his arms up "My hands are all gooey." he said.

"Hahahahahahahahaha-"

"Why is it always the cliched evil laugh." Pinkie said annoyed.

"Ugh no matter this little village will be nothing but ashes when I'm done," Chrysalis boasts "And nopony can-" notices everyponies determined looks "Celestia and Luna are right behind me are they?" everyone (except Twilght) nods "Oh joy."

"CHRYSALIS YOU MONSTER!!!" Celestia yelled as she and Luna charged.

"Well now the fun has now officially been doubled." Chrysalis said ready to battle the princesses.

(BOSS MUSIC - Crisis City - Whirlwind - Sonic 06 OST)

Luna fired magic beams while Celestia charged in with her horn glowing ready for close-quarters combat with Chrysalis protecting herself with a shield "Ha you can't fight me with your pathetic spe-" Chrysalis is interrupted as Celestia uses her horn to drill through her shield.

"Your tyranny ends here!" Celestia said as she broke her shield.

"If you think that you can stop me just because your royalty you both are in for a surprise." Chrysalis boasted as she retaliated with magic blasts.

"My queen we are ready to assist you." Changer said with a small band of Changelings behind him.

"Good, distract Luna while I deal with Celestia." Chrysalis ordered.

"Of course my queen." Changer said as he and the Changelings behind him took off Luna notices the Changelings heading towards her.

"Sister I'm afraid ye on your own." she said trying to fend of the Changelings surrounding her.

"Now it seems like the fight is even." Chrysalis said.

"Fine I will destroy you myself if I have to you fiend!" Celestia said as she charged up a big magic blast with Chrysalis doing the same and firing simultaneously with the blasts colliding making a dust cloud.

*Music cuts off*

As the dust cleared Celestia charged up her horn again but Chrysalis had one more trick up her holes (no pun intended) "Now now Celestia you wouldn't hurt your pupil would you." she said as she brought out the unconscious Twilight with Celestia powering down her horn "So Celestia here's the deal either you surrender and hand your kingdom to me," Chrysalis said "Or I drain everyone here of their love starting with Twilight."

"N-n-n-n-NEVER!!!" Celestia refused.

"Well then maybe this will convince you otherwise." Chrysalis replied as Luna crashed to the ground.

"LUNA!!!"

"Well then what is it Celestia your kingdom, or Twilight." Chrysalis asked one last time.

"Don't listen to her sister." Luna pleaded weakly leaving Celestia to make a tough decision.

"Well Celestia what is your decision, I can't wait forever." Chrysalis said losing patience.

"I....choo-" Celestia was interrupted when mysterious holes started opening across Equestria.

"Well things got interesting I'll leave for now." Chrysalis said as the Changelings started to take off with Discord and Twilight's friends being released "My deal still stands Celestia and until you make your decision I'm keeping Twilight."

"GIVE HER BACK!!!" Celestia shouted as Chrysalis took off with the still unconscious Twilight.

"Now what would the stakes be if I did." she replied as she left Ponyville.

*2 minutes later*

"DANG IT those Changelings won't get away with this." Spike said angrily after hearing the news from his friends "Are Celestia and Luna okay?"

"The princesses and Discord went back to Canterlot." Rainbow explained.

"Well it looks we're on our own for now and I've got things to do." Spike said.

"Spike are you sure you can look after the castle and Ponyville?" Fluttershy asked "That's a big responsibility."

"Twilight left me in charge of the place to look after Ponyville and that is just what I'm gonna do," Spike said with determination "For now we need to focus on repairs."

"Twilight would defiantly be proud of Spike here." Pinkie thought.

"All right Spike what do you want us to do?" Rainbow asked wanting to help.

"Okay Rarity you help with the repairs, Pinkie you keep morale up, Applejack I want you and your family to make sure Sweet Apple Acres doesn't get taken by the Changelings we're gonna still need food, Rainbow and Fluttershy I want you two investigate the areas the holes were I want to know if they might have caused anything to happen to Equestria." Spike ordered with everyone giving nods or salutes and leave the castle to do their assignments.

*Pinkie & Rarity*

"Your doing great with the repairs Rarity." Pinkie said.

"Thank you darling we're all doing our best." she replied.

"Hey what's with the weird toy car," Pinkie said noticing a small car "It's moving on it's own."

"That is strange." Rarity noticed, the odd car starts driving away.

"Bye weird toy car." Pinkie said waving.

*Applejack*

"All right everypony we not only have to supply food for Ponyville," Applejack said making a pep talk to her family "But we also have to defend our farm, so remember to do yer part and wear yer blue scarves at all time." Applebloom, Granny Smith, Big Mac, and some townies who volunteered to help gave off salutes.

*Rainbow Dash*

"Well those holes brought something but what?" Rainbow said as she looked at metal debris "I better keep moving."

"AAAAAGGHH!!!"

"Fluttershy is in trouble!" sees Changelings ready to fire "Gotta go fast!" she said as she hurried managing to grab Fluttershy and what felt to be a bigger than an average rabbit.

"What where are they?" a Changeling said.

"Up here."

"Rainbow Dash." Fluttershy said recognizing a friend.

"No one tries to hurt my friend and gets away with it," Rainbow said angrily "Your gonna get it you darn Changelings!"

"Your not fighting them alone." the rabbit said as he brought a carrot with a light stick in it.

"I don't know who you are but any friend of Fluttershy is a friend is a friend of mine." Dash said.

"These meanies won't see me standing by watching my friends get hurt and not do anything." Fluttershy said ready to fight "I'm in too!"

"This is gonna be awesome!" Rainbow thought.

"ATTACK!!!" the Changelings charged at the group.

"Get them!" Dash and Co. charged at them.

(ENEMY RUSH MUSIC - Crisis City - Modern - Sonic Generations OST)

Rainbow and Fluttershy managed to take out any Changelings in their path dodging the incoming magic blasts "These bugs are a joke they couldn't even hit a spinning fan." the rabbit teased.

"Less teasing more fighting." Dash said.

"Sorry can't help it." he replied the rabbit and Fluttershy managed to take out a few Changelings with Rainbow knocking each one out cold.

"We need to flee." a Changeling said.

"NO!" the leader said "We fight to the last soldier."

"Time for some wind." Rainbow said as she flew in a circle creating a tornado.

"Can't keep fighting," a Changeling said tired "Lieutenant."

"NO we won't let them beat us!" the leader said as he charged for the rabbit Rainbow ceased her tornado causing the Changelings inside to get launched away from the fight with Fluttershy still keeping her cool.

"Keep going, Fluttershy we're making good progress." Dash said.

"You too." she replied Rainbow managed to take out her lot of Changelings but as she charged for the next group they started to retreat.

*Music cuts off*

"What the," Dash said confused "Why are they fleeing."

"Oh that was probably me doc," the rabbit said putting away his light stick "You can thank me later."

"Well we should get to my cottage I don't want them coming back." Fluttershy said worried.

"Agreed let's go." Dash said speeding off with Fluttershy and the rabbit following her.

"Where did you find that rabbit?" Rainbow asked Fluttershy.

"I found him at Ghastly Gorge, do you think he came out of one those holes?" she asked leaving Rainbow to think.

*3 minutes later*

"Ah home sweet home," Fluttershy said as everyone entered her cottage "Oh I should introduce you two since you don't know each other, Rainbow Dash this is, Bugs Bunny, Bugs this is, Rainbow Dash."

"Pleasure to meet you, Ms. Dash." Bugs said.

"Nice to meet you too, Bugs." Rainbow replied.

"So what are you anyway and where am I and whats with the pictures on your rumps?" Bugs asked with a slight tone of panic.

"Oh for the love of Pete." Rainbow said annoyed.

"Well your in Equestria and we're called ponies me and, Rainbow Dash are specifically Pegusi which is why we have wings." Fluttershy explained.

"And as for the 'pictures' these are our cutie marks which symbolizes a ponies special talent and/or calling in life," Dash explained "For example with, Fluttershy the butterflies represent her talent of talking to animals oh here comes, Angel."

"Hi, Angel I found a new rabbit friend for you to play with his name is, Bugs Bunny." Angel went over to Bugs as if he understood her.

"What's up doc?" Bugs said munching on a carrot with Angel hugging Bugs with Fluttershy responding with a daww.

"Don't worry about him he's just happy to see another rabbit around the house."

"So she can talk to and understand animals neat." Bugs thought "So you mind telling what those black bug ponies were?" Bugs said.

"Those are Changelings their as you said black bug ponies," Dash explained "But their no ordinary ponies as they can change into any pony they see."

"That explains how they turned into Fluttershy earlier," Bugs said "But whats their origin?"

"Hate to say but no pony knows where they came from or how they came to be," Dash replied "Which could be valuable information since we're currently in a headstrong war with them."

"Ouch things sound tough here," Bugs said "But you can explain more in the morning." They all nodded in agreement and head to bed.

*5 minutes later*

"This is heavy with Twilight taken and those holes appearing Equestria could be in more danger than we think." Rainbow Dash thought not being able to sleep "I hope Spike doesn't push himself too hard, all we can do is hope for the best."

*Changeling territory*

Twilight awakens to find herself in a cocoon "Where am I," she panicked "What happened?"

"Hello Twilight, we're going to have lots of fun together." Chrysalis said with Twilight having a scared face.

"Oh Celestia, Luna, Cadence somepony get me outta here now!" Twilight panicked in her head.

*End of Prologue*
