(TITLE MUSIC - Prologue - Trauma Center New Blood OST)

*This takes place after Twilight's Kingdom (aka the season 4 finale)*

Peaceful times in Mobius are always interrupted by Dr. Eggman and all of his world domination plans are always inturrupted by Sonic the Hedgehog so Eggman as had enough and has decided to move his Eggman Empire elsewhere and finds a good host for the empire in the defenseless world of Equestria (it's not really defenseless). And while in the middle of transporting his fleet Sonic and Tails come to wreck Eggman's vacation and is accidentally transported to Equestria along with his Egg fleet. Meanwhile in the hilarious world of Looney Tunes Bugs Bunny is having his usual one-sided chase scenes with Elmer Fudd until Marvin the Martian shows up with a ray gun to take out Bugs but instead is transported to another world along with the rabbit and hunter (they went to Equestria). Another meanwhile Kagome and her friends are on their usual quest to find the Shikon Jewel shards but is intercepted by Naraku after a long brawl Naraku manages to use a last resort and sends himself Inuyasha, Kagome, and Myoga, to a different realm (Can you guess which). A final meanwhile the mane 6 (7 if you count Spike) are observing their new castle and are wondering what secrets it might hold but their curiosity is cut short as the Changelings have started running amok ready to take revenge after they were defeated last time. But it seems the ponies have met their match as not even the royal family and Discord can seem to push back Chrysalis and her army. However her victory and the ponies defeat has been cut short as new friends, rivals, and foes warp into Equestria providing more support and challenges. With these new foes causing havoc it is up to Twilight and friends to team up with these newcomers and stop their selfish goals.
