The Element of Jealousy

Spike growled as Apple Jack fed Rarity some of her ice cream. It wasn't fair. He always loved Rarity and Apple Jack just comes along and ruins it all. Apple Jack laughed and nuzzles Rarity and she turns a cute pink, hiding her blush with her mane. She looks away from Apple Jack shyly. Spike tired with all his might not to smash his head against the table.  He remembered the first day he found out they were going out, and the catastrophic days that followed.

Rarity dramatically walked into Sugar Cube Corner  with Apple Jack by her side.

“Everyone, I would like to make an announcement!” Spike looked up with interest, admiring Rarity.

“Apple Jack and I are more friends!” She said happily, her voice slightly pitching higher. Everyone clapped. All except Spike, who looked like a bear awoken from slumber. Who had also had it’s tail stepped on.

Pinkie Pie whooped.

“Lets have a party to celebrate!”

They all nodded. Expect Spike. He wrapped his blanket  around him and groaned. (They all had a nice, relaxing, slumber party at Sugar Cube Corner to celebrate helping the ponies get their cutie marks, and their personalities back) Spike’s eyes widened as he now realizes, Rarity wasn’t having a nightmare last night, and that her and Apple Jack both slept in the same bed. He wish he never know about that gross grown up stuff. He stuffs his face in his pillow, trying to get that picture out of his mind. He was still just a baby dragon after all. No one payed attention to him and his pitiful sorrows. They were all crowded around the couple, congratulating them. It should of been Spike and Rarity, and Apple Jack and Rarity, he thought. He then jokingly thought about that love potion the cutie mark crusaders made. He laughed then stopped. Wait a minute, That’s it! But, it didn't work so well last time. maybe just give it to her and not him or something. After all, he was already in love with her. He would ask Apple Bloom later. Surely, their sisters disapprove.
