"Yeah we tired so hard to to get them together in the first place" Sweetie Belle chimed in smiling at the thought of their efforts finally working. Scootaloo made a gagging noise and walked away. "Love is overrated" She said as she walked to the corner of the clubhouse. Spike sighed.

"Look, if you do this, I'll try to find a spell for Twilight to give you cutie marks, okay?"

Apple Bloom looked like she was slipping. The two trotted over to her and covered her mouth. "No deal, dragon." said Scootaloo.

"Yeah.. the last time a cutie mark was added by magic, it didn't go so well."

Sweetie Belle added, avoiding Apple Bloom's glare.

"Arrrrrg fine! i'll do it myself"

Spike grumbled, sulking away from the tree house in disappointment. It's a good thing he remembered the name of the book they used.
