Equestrian Pleasures

You put back on your shirt as you sat on the end of the bed and watched the grey mare in front of you blush and rub her right fore leg. You finished the last button and place your hands on your knees.

“Are you sure you're OK?” You ask.

“I still feel full but I'm fine.” Derpy looks away and seems to be afraid to ask a question.

“You look like you want to ask something?”

Derpy nods. “Will...Will I get pregnant?”

You sit there with your eyes wide in shock. You never really thought about that as you are human. A single thought crosses your mind as you remember what Celestia said when you first woke up. Celestia had said the doctors had to fill in some gaps in your DNA with Equestrian DNA. You didn't know how extensive that procedure was but it did have enough doubt to warrant investigation. You look back to Derpy to see she was waiting for your answer.

“I honestly don't know Derpy, I don't think you can but I'm not a hundred percent sure.”

“S-should I get tested?” Derpy asks.

“If you want I'll come with you, just so you have a hand to hold as I don't have hooves.” You say lifting up your hands and waving them.

Derpy blushes again but manages to smile. “You would come with me?”

“Of course I would. If you have concerns then I would like to help.”

Derpy walks forward and puts her fore legs around your waist as she puts her head in your lap. You stroke her head as she hums. You start to get awkward when Derpy doesn't let go.

“Derpy? If you want to let go we can get going.”

“Oh yeah, right...” Derpy says as she let's you go and backs up.

You give Derpy a smile and gesture to the door. “Shall we?”

Derpy nods and starts to walk out, you notice she was limping slightly. You place a hand on her back getting Derpy to look at you.

“Are you sure you're OK? You seem to be limping?”

Derpy blushes and looks away. “You are very big...” Derpy doesn't explain but your mind clicks and you feel the heat rise in your cheeks.

“Oh...” You cough. “Let's just head out...”

You and Derpy head through Ponyville chatting and getting to know each other when you couldn't help but notice mares where sniffing in your direction and then grinning. You give the mares curious raises of your eyebrow but really didn't know what was going on. You decide to bite the bullet and ask Derpy.

“Hey Derpy? I notice some mares are looking at me and sniffing, is that normal?” You look down when there's no response and find Derpy was covering her face with a wing. “Uh, you alright?”

“It's not you their looking and sniffing at...It's me...”

“You?”

Derpy nods. “Yeah...I don't know if you have been told but mares have very sensitive noses when it comes to....mating...”

You straighten in shock. “So they can tell if you have had sex...through smell?” Derpy nods. “Well, that's something new. Guess I need to ask Twilight about anything else mares can do.”

You and Derpy continue on and finally reach the hospital on the edge of Ponyville. You give the building a once over before heading in side with Derpy. You pass by a few ponies who give you a glance as you walk by. You stop when you reach what must be the reception and Derpy greets the pony behind it.

“Hey Nurse Kinetic, Nurse Redheart not in today?”

The nurse behind the counter looks up. You notice the pony was light grey in colour with a mane of gold, she was also quite stunning in your eyes.

“Miss Hooves, it's nice to see you again and no Nurse Redheart is up in Canterlot learning a new practice.”

“Oh that's OK, I just haven't seen her in a while.”

The nurse nods. “Anyway, what can I help you with?”

Derpy looks to you and seems to have the look that she doesn't know what to say. You step forward and nod your head in greeting.

“Hello, my name is Thomas Wheeler I'm new to Ponyville.”

“Oh yes, we have received your paperwork for our files Mr Wheeler.”

“Right OK, that will save some time. The fact is Nurse Kinetic is that last night Derpy and I embraced and I didn't use protection...”

The nurse gives me a look before smiling. “You want to test to see If Miss Hooves will get pregnant?”

“Uh yeah. How did you know?” You ask.

The nurse chuckles. “You're not the first non pony to come in Mr Wheeler, just follow me and we can get you tested.”

“Just like that?” You ask.

“It's simple test on both of you and it should be done in no more than half an hour.” Nurse Kinetic replies.

“That's fast, you ready Derpy?”

“I am.”

You and Derpy follow after Nurse Kinetic until she tells you to wait in a empty room. You wait with Derpy for a few minutes until Nurse Kinetic comes back with a doctor in tow.

“Ah Mr Wheeler and Miss Hooves. You're both here for a fertile test?” The doctor says holding up a clipboard in his magic. “Oh excuse me you're both here for a compatibility test?”

“That's right doc. Truth is Derpy and I had an intimate moment last night and I'm not sure if I can get her pregnant or not.” You reply.

“Yes, the princesses have sent down your paperwork and my colleagues and I have all given it a read. We are most interested in the DNA replacements your body has been given and I guess this testing is because of it?”

You nod. “Yes.”

The doctor nods before smiling. “The scanning won't take too long and it's only mildly intrusive as we have to deep scan your...twins.” The doctor coughs before continuing. “For you Miss Hooves the scan will involve a deep scan of your ovaries.”

“It won't hurt will it?” Derpy asks.

“Oh my no. It won't take long so just sit and relax.” The doctor replies. “Nurse Kinetic could you please close the door.”

“Yes Doctor.”

The nurse closes the door and the doctor approaches you as his horn lights up.

“Now just relax.”

You feel your body tingle as a light from the doctors horn crosses over your body, you watch as the light slowly descends your body and then stops on your groin for several seconds. The light intensifies then shuts off as the doctor gives you a smile.

“That's you done Mr Wheeler, Miss Hooves your up next.”

You reach over and place your hand on Derpy's back, Derpy looks to you and gives you a smile.

“It'll be OK, it just tingles.” You say.

Derpy turns to the doctor. “OK, I'm ready.”

The doctor's horn lights up and the beam of light passes over Derpy's body, when the light reaches her lower belly it brightens for a few seconds before switching off.

“Your scans have been completed, would you like the bad news or good news first?” The doctor asks.

You look to Derpy who looks to you. “Good News.” You reply.

“Good news is Mr Wheeler that you can get ponies pregnant, your DNA is ninety five percent identical to pony DNA.” The doctor looks to Derpy but his expression turns to sorrow. “The bad news is for you Miss Hooves, my scan indicates that you have not been impregnated.”

“T-Thanks doc...I guess...” Derpy states.

“Is that all doctor? Can we go now?” You ask.

“There's nothing more that I need, so yes you can go if you like.”

You slide off the table with Derpy joining you. You give the doctor a farewell and follow Derpy as you make your way out of the hospital.

You and Derpy where walking for several minutes now and neither of you has said anything, you turn to Derpy just in time to see a tear roll off her cheek.

“Derpy? Are you OK?” You ask with a clearly noticeable tone of worry.

Derpy wipes a hoof across her face. “I'm OK...”

“I saw the tear...”

Derpy stops and turns to you, fresh tears already at her eyes. “I'm sorry I don't know why I'm crying. I guess I had high hopes about the scan.” Derpy looks away and sighs. “I'm sorry Thomas, I shouldn't be like this.” Derpy turns back to you and gives you a smile. “At least we know that you can have foals now.”

You smile and nod. “Yeah, that's going to be something to tell Twilight when I get back home.”

Derpy goes shocked for a second before blushing. “I bet she's worried about you...”

You look to Derpy and raise an eyebrow. “Why would you say that?”

“It's just that you live with her and...you know...” Derpy says her blush getting heavier.

You sigh but smile. “I live with Twilight because she offered for me to stay at her castle, in terms of me wanting a relationship with her I'm not sure.”

“You're not sure?” Derpy asks as we pass by the Town Hall.

“I think the career choice I'm going to make will not bode well for her if she married me. I like her I do but I just don't know if any relationship between us would work. I guess this might be a something to ask the other princesses about.”

Derpy smiles. “The princesses will help I'm sure of it, but if you don't go for Twilight there is a mare that wouldn't say no~”

You turn to ask who when Derpy suddenly flies up and plants a big kiss on your lips. Derpy breaks the kiss and blushes before giving you a smile and placing a hoof on your shoulder.

“Just something to think about.” Derpy turns away and flies off leaving you holding a hand to your lips.

“Thomas!? There you are! I've been looking everywhere for you!”

You turn to face Twilight as she runs up to you. “Hey Twilight, by the way what type of contraceptives does Equestria have?” You pause when Twilight faints. “Twilight?” You say giving her a poke. You sigh and lift her up in your arms when she doesn't respond. “I guess I'll get the smelling salts.” You state as you start to walk towards home.
