Daring Daughter

Just outside the magical land of Equestria, in the mountains beyond the Everfree Forest, in a cave at the top of the mountains, lived famous author A.K Yearling, better known as Daring Do. Many know her as an explorer, an adventurer, a daredevil! But that's not all she is; she's also a wife and a mother. Most don't believe that she's actually real (that she only a fictional character), but some know better, some know that A.K Yearling is merely an alias, to protect her identity.

You might ask why she lives up in a cave with her family, outside of Equestria. Some would say privacy, others inspiration, others, so she's closer to the danger, but it is in fact none of these, she doesn't live in Equestria because of her husband - a dragon!

You may now be wondering why Daring Do married a dragon. Well I guess you could say she fell in love. But don't worry, this isn't some mushy gushy love story, its actually about Daring Do and Green Scales' daughter - Solar Survivor.

Solar Survivor never fitted in anywhere, being half-pony and half-dragon, the dragons bullied her, and the only pony she'd ever met was her mum. She was young, not even earned her cutie mark yet, and see was only educated briefly at a dragon school, before she was kicked out for being half-pony.

From then on she spent her days learning combat and survival skills with her mum and how to control her fire breathing and flight with her dad.

She'd never had a real friend (or any friend for that matter). She had lived a lonely life, isolated from all creatures. Never had she roamed far from the cave, until the day that everything changed...
