The disappearance of the queen

"Are you feeling alright Chrysalis," I said flashing a smile.  She got up and took a sip of her tea, "Midnight, can you play a song for me."  "Yes milady, but could you do with more tea first," I said concerned.  "No Midnight, that's quite alright," Chrysalis said taking a seat.  "What kind of song would you like me to play, milady," I said.  "Just play the first thing that comes to your mind," Chrysalis said giving me a fake smile.  "Yes Milady," I said while preparing my piano.  (several hours later).  "OK Chrysalis, are you ready for another," I said smiling.  I looked back at Chrysalis, and saw her sleeping on her seat.  "Sorry I should have noticed," I said to myself.  I wrapped her in blankets, and walked over to my own bed.  (One night later).  "The queen is missing" said hundreds of voices outside.  I looked over to the seat Chrysalis was sitting in, and saw only the blankets with a note attached.  "where did Chrysalis go," I said to myself.  When I snapped to my senses, I got my coat and ran down the stairs.  "Midnight where are you going," a voice called out.  "Oh, its you Riva" I said.  "Do you know where the Queen is," Riva said out of breath.  "Riva sit down, catch your breath" I said trying to sit her down.  "Midnight Note, I said where is the queen," Riva said.  "I don't know, she left when I was asleep. ," I said.  "How do you not know, she was in the same room as you," Riva said.   "I don't know," I said backing off.  "Never-mind, I'll keep looking I guess," Riva said leaving.  I walked for hours before I just gave up.  "Giving up already," A voice called out behind me.  "What do you want Zero," I said looking back to him.  "Jeez, what crawled up your flank" Zero said.  "Zero, everyone is going crazy, Riva is pulling her hair out," I said.  "She always is, but Midnight if your really so worried, then just go and track her down elsewhere" Zero said.  I got up and turned to him, "What do you mean, go out and find her," I said.  "I mean go to Ponyville, I heard that some interesting things are going on over there," Zero said.  "What Ponyville? I can't leave the kingdom, I will get found and executed," I said.  "I could cover for you, come on We both know how much Chrysa loves adventure," Zero said.  "Are you sure I won't be caught," I said skeptically.  "Positive, I know I can keep people distracted," Zero said.  "Fine, I'll go, but can you tell Riva where I am going, after I'm gone," I said.  "OK, I'll remember that," Zero said.  "Alright, Zero lets do it," I said confidently.  (the next day).  "Are you ready to go MIdnight," Zero said.  "Yeah, but are you sure the wing spell works," I said drawing the incantation.  "positive, I heard a unicorn from Cloudsdale used it with no problems," Zero said.  "alright, so are we ready to go," I said.  "Ready," Zero said moving the cogs in place.  "OK lets go," I said pulling the switch.  "Remember, say hi to Chrysa, for me" Zero shouted as I flew through the air.
