No Need For Ponies

An hour or so passed by, and now Tenchi and his father were sitting by the living room in front of the five girls they put in their care, now all wearing their stones. Rainbow Dash went back to wearing Ryoko’s indoor clothes for two reasons: Making sure she doesn’t expose herself in front of Tenchi again; and the fact that even though she doesn’t have her tail anymore, somehow this weird outfit provides an artificial one that is similar to her original one. The blonde girl look embarrassed noticing how large she was compared to the others and she was currently wearing sheets tied to look like a toga. Rainbow Dash looks up to her friend with a smirk on her face.

“How’s the weather up there, Applejack? Looks like you don’t need to be a Pegasus to reach the clouds with your size now, heh-heh.” She said.

“You know I can squash you like a bug in this body, right Rainbow?” said Applejack with a stern look.

Rainbow Dash’s eyes widen from Applejack’s threatening words. “Sheesh, Applejack, I’m just trying to lighten the mood here. Tension here is so thick that you could cut it with a cake knife.”

Pinkie Pie’s eye beamed after hearing that and said, “Ooh, if tension is actually some sort of cake, wonder what it taste like? Vanilla? No, maybe chocolate. Wait, how about marble? Buttercream?”

Everyone in the room went nervous after hearing Pinkie Pie’s words. “Honestly, darling, thinking of food at a time like this. Shouldn’t you be a little more concern about this most dire situation we’re in?” said the girl with the fashionable violet blue hair.

“I can’t help it, Rarity. We hadn’t eaten since we got here. When my tummy is all rumbly, food is all I can think of. Heck, I’ll even go for some of Derpy Hoove’s muffins.” Pinkie Pie replied with teary eyes. “And why you ask that? We should be relieved now that all of us are fine… well, until we know Twilight is okay.”

Rarity showed a scrunchy look on her face then snapped back at Pinkie Pie “Not knowing of poor Twilight Sparkle’s whereabouts is one reason we should all be worried, but the biggest one is my current hideous appearance! I mean, look at me! I used to be beautiful, now I’m some sort of pale furless creature of flesh.” She then wallowed in tears with her hands covering her face.

Tenchi was about to say something, but then Nobuyuki took action before he did anything and went after Rarity. He calmly took Rarity’s hand, patted it a few times and said to her “There, there, miss. You seem to be a well-mannered lady. If you really are one, then you know you should show some diligence and self-control. And why you called yourself hideous with the current beauty that you have now? I think you look absolutely gorgeous.” Tenchi rolled his eyes knowing his father’s hidden agenda behind his actions.

Rarity sniffed after crying, wiped her tears with her index finger then said “You really think so, kind sir?“

“I know so as I swear on my honor as a man.” Answered Nobuyuki with a nod and a serious look on his face.

Rarity smiled feeling much better from his kind words. She then placed her arms around him and said, “Out of all the whatever-you-are’s out there, you must be the kindest yet caring one of all. Maybe if you were as young as I am, you could have been a great coltfriend.”

Nobuyuki blushes with a perverted look on his face as he enjoys Rarity’s huge breasts pressing against him. But then paused and blinked realizing something. “Coltfriend? Don’t you mean boyfriend?”

But his time of paradise was cut short as Rainbow Dash intervened then punched him which sent him to the floor. “Get your filthy hooves… I mean hands off from Rarity!” said Rainbow Dash still shaking her fist threateningly.

“Rainbow! What has gotten into you? How dare you hurt that awfully caring creature!” said Rarity, looking flabbergasted with her arms thrust down.

“Caring nothing! Didn’t you notice the look on his face? He looks all weird and stupid as if he was enjoying himself while you were all close to him. I didn’t like it one bit. That guy had it coming.” Retorted Rainbow Dash while pointing at Nobuyuki.

Tenchi definitely agreed with Rainbow Dash as he felt his father truly deserve it. The girl with the light pink long hair look nervously with her hands resting on her legs during this whole ordeal, then finally spoke, “Actually, I don’t think that was very nice of hitting the poor creature, Rainbow. You should apologize…well, if that’s okay with you.”

Rainbow look dumbfounded by her friend’s words then said, “You’re against me too, Fluttershy? Argh, am I the only one here who sees him as some sick, dumb-looking old geezer?” All the girls gasped from what they heard.

“How can you call such rude names to him when he and this young man, in which I safely assume is his son, have taken care of us after arriving here?” said Rarity.

“I call’em when I see’em. Heck, I bet Tenchi or whatever-his-name-is is just the same as his dad.”

Tenchi felt somewhat ashamed from hearing Rainbow’s words. He can honestly admit that he is not a perfect guy at times.

“Now, Rainbow, let’s all be civil here. I can understand you’re being protective for all of us but maybe, just maybe you’re getting all worked up for nothing?” said Applejack, gesturing to Rainbow to calm down.

Rainbow turned his head away from Applejack, not heeding her words. She then looked at Rarity and noticed her huge breasts. Rainbow blushed from the sight of them while giving a disgusted look, but she paused as she came to a realization. “And I know why that creep made that stupid look, it’s because of those freaky big bumps!” she said still with her disgusted look, while pointing at Rarity’s breasts.

Rarity looks down curiously at her chest. Nobuyuki turned his head then whistled innocently, pretending that Rainbow Dash’s words weren’t true. “You mean these wretched things? I highly doubt it, Rainbow. I mean seriously, how any female creature could stand with these in the way. Even if you go on all fours, they would simply be in the way by dragging them. Plus with my size, they’re so heavy that they’re actually hurting my back. I definitely need to wear something specifically to support them. And finally, if your words were right then you’re assuming that the men in this strange world are actually attracted by them. If that was true, then my days of searching for a nice stallion would be over with.”

Tenchi and his dad look confused yet embarrassed on how Rarity could explain about her breasts so openly without showing not even a bit of shame.

“Speaking of all fours, if you look at ‘em from that perspective, they look more like a pair of cow udders.” Said Applejack while taking a good look at her breasts and pats them repeatedly from under her pair making them bounce. “Heh heh, they’re actually kinda fun to play with.”

Tenchi and his dad both started blushing even more with their eyes widen, even blood started to trickle down from Tenchi’s nose after witnessing what Applejack have been doing. Rainbow Dash gasped after witnessing Tenchi and Nobuyuki’s behavior. She points at them then ranted, “See? There he goes again. Even Tenchi is into it. He got blood coming out from his muzzle again.”

Sadly, no one took attention to Rainbow Dash as the rest were into their own conversation. Rainbow Dash looks nervous from being ignored. “*gasps* Are you insinuating that I’m a cow because of these, Applejack? How could you be so mean?” said Rarity with teary eyes while making a duck face from making her lips stand out.

Applejack was about to apologize but then something caught her attention. She noticed Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy standing on their hands and knees on the floor looking at their own chests.

“You’re right, Applejack. They do look like udders, only with single teeny tiny nipples on each one. Mooooo!” Said Pinkie Pie, giggling while enjoying herself. Fluttershy looks at herself and sighed then said, “Sadly, mine don’t stand out since they’re so small.”

Tenchi and Fluttershy couldn’t help but chuckle because of those two. Still Tenchi thought Fluttershy look so cute than ever from the position she was in. “Ooh, if these things are udders, then they must have milk in them too. I’m actually thirsty myself so maybe if I just squeeze them then…”

Pinkie Pie grab hold of one of her breasts and was about to squeeze it, but Applejack stopped her as she placed her hand on her and said nervously, “I don’t think you should test that theory right now, Sugarcube… Well, at least not in public.”

Once again, Rainbow Dash couldn’t stand being ignored, so she then intervened. “Ugh! Would you all stop talking about those stupid things!? Am I the only one who feels embarrassed about them?” she said.

“Come now, Rainbow, you should relax? It’s all in good fun.” Said Rarity while gesturing Rainbow to calm down while waving her hand up and down repeatedly.

“Oh yeah, we should all have fun while we’re stuck in who-knows-where, huh ‘fatty’?” snapped Rainbow.

Rarity stepped back as if she was hurt from Rainbow’s words and started tear up “How could you say I’m fat? You horrible beast!” She started to cry and covered her face with her hands.

Rainbow felt ashamed and decided to apologize. “Wait, I didn’t mean it. It just all of you got me so riled up that I just got caught in the moment”.

Applejack went for Rarity to comfort her. “Well, I hope you’re happy, Rainbow. Now you got everypony’s attention.” She said with a scolding tone.

“You really went too far this time, Rainbow” said Pinkie Pie with a disappointed look on her face. Fluttershy went teary eyed, noticing how Rainbow Dash could be so mean. Rainbow Dash looked around trying to find the words to fix all this hate towards her but then she gives up and started ranting. All the other girls end up arguing with each other.

“Wow! They’re sure a weird bunch. Much stranger than our girls.” Said Nobuyuki. Tenchi tried to resist the tension going on with his arms crossed and one of his eyebrows twitching as their argument went on and on. Each of the girls was bickering one of another except for Fluttershy who is wishing for this entire horrible moment to stop.

Finally, Tenchi couldn’t take it anymore. He stood up at the same time thrust his arms down forcingly then yelled, “ENOOOOOOOOOUUUUGH!!!” The girls froze and stopped what they’re doing. His father was somewhat surprised, seeing his son standing up for himself to stop this commotion. Of course, he knew he has done before, but never witnessed it himself. Tenchi pointed at the girls then said, “Look at all of you! You’re bickering like immature little girls! And on what? Breasts? Yes, that’s what they are called - those things on your chest, if you don’t know!” All the girls look ashamed with their heads down. Tenchi continued. “I can understand that all of you are from some sort of unknown world I don’t know and end up here by some sort of accident, if I can safely assume. But my father and I have our own problems. Before all of this happened, last night six other girls who I’m very close to ended up arguing the same way you’ve done just now. But then, something happened. Those six girls disappeared and were replaced by all of you. As responsible men that we are even with all of what’s happened, we quickly took you all in, including your remaining friend, who is under my grandpa’s care.”

Rarity responded to Tenchi. “Wait! Did you just say our remaining friend? Are you referring to Twilight Sparkle? She has a purple mane with a pink stripe. Is she okay?”

Tenchi nodded. “Yes, I’m talking about her. She has a light fever for some reason, but my grandpa said she is fine.” The girls showed relieved look on their faces. Pinkie Pie is all teary eyed being more relieved than the others. “I’m glad that you’re all well and that you’re happy to know that your friend is too. But the biggest reason we took care of you is because we were hoping that you would know anything about what has happened last night. At this very moment, those six other girls might be in some unknown world that they’re not familiar with, and I’m really worried about what’s happening to each one of them with every passing minute.”

“Oh my…” said Fluttershy with worry.

“Golly, uh…Tenchi, was it? We didn’t know this is was what you’re actually going through right now.” said Applejack.

“We do deeply apologize for our rude behavior after finding out your current dilemma, Tenchi darling.” Added Rarity.

Pinkie Pie cried loudly after hearing Tenchi’s situation.

Rainbow just paused, knowing that she feels bad after finding out about Tenchi’s story. She rubs the back of her head and said, “Yeah, sorry dude. I really feel like a total idiot right now after hearing about what happened to your friends. They do sound like they’re in the same boat as we are.”

Tenchi took a deep breath and sighed, then said with a calm look, “It’s alright. I just wanted you all to know what’s going on. But apologizing won’t bring my six close friends back. So please tell us anything you know of how you got here.” Noboyuki showed a proud look to his son and thought, Tenchi, you sure have grown during your time with the others and everything that you’ve gone through. I’m really am proud of you, son.

The girls nodded complying to Tenchi’s plea. “We tell you everything that we know, partner. You can count on us.” Said Applejack, then everyone else agreed to her words.

“Thank you, everyone. This really means a lot to us. But still…” said Tenchi. The girls took notice of Tenchi’s last two words, curious of what he was about to say. “Not to sound confused, but you girls are definitely weird. All of you behaving like you don’t know your own bodies, and all of this speak of colfriends, stallions, hooves, and whatnot. It’s like you’re not human to begin with, heh-heh.”

The girls responded to Tenchi’s words with nervous chuckles. “From witnessing all of this, I thought all of you are horses to be more precise.” Said Tenchi with a nervous smile. The girls gasped as if they were offended from Tenchi’s last words. He then look at them curiously then said, “Is there something wrong?”

Rainbow Dash crossed her arms then said with an annoyed look, “Of course there is, stupid. You called us ‘that’ word.”

“What word? I don’t understand?” responded Tenchi still looking around nervously.

“Calling us ‘horses’ is strictly taboo to us…We prefer to be called ‘ponies.’ Well, I prefer the correct term being ‘Equian,’ but I guess ‘ponies’ is much simpler for common folk. C'est la vie…” responded Rarity with a few gestures that expresses her words.

Tenchi just froze on the spot. Was he hearing right? Is this strange woman actually referring that she and her compatriots are actually four-legged animals? Tenchi looked as if something fall on his head and left his face with a dumb-looking expression. It was the same for his father, who also heard everything.

“You’re kidding, right?” said Tenchi, still with his dumbfounded face.

Pinkie Pie came forward to Tenchi with a nervous smile on her face then said, “That is what I was about to say to you, Tenchi, before the others woke up. It’s like Rarity said, we are actually ponies.”

Those words left Tenchi in shock as he stepped back. Nobuyuki gawked with his jaw dropped. “No! No! No! No! NO!!! You girls can’t be serious. No way is that true!” said Tenchi in panic as he walks back in forth, trying to process all this in his head.

The girls looked concern on how Tenchi was coping. “Uh, I think you might have broken him, Pinkie. Seriously, I can’t blame him.” Said Rainbow Dash with her hand placed on Pinkie Pie’s shoulder.

Nobuyuki start rubbing the back of his neck as he is pressured as his son then said, “It’s bad enough to know that the girls who went missing are actually aliens.”

The girls gasped after hearing the sudden information. Applejack with her hands gesturing to pause then said, “Wait, wait, wait. Are you telling me your missing girls are actually illegal immigrants…or real straight from ‘science-fixture’ novel beings from outer space?”

“That’s science fiction, Applejack.” Said Rarity.

“Don’t you dare start correcting my grammar, Rarity, or I’ll give you such a bucking. I didn’t ask you the question.”

“Well, I never…Hmph.” Rarity crossed her arms and turned her head away from Applejack. Tenchi look somewhat panic as he moved back and forth, trying call himself during this whole ordeal then said, “First off, do you expect us to believe that all of you are actually ponies? This is too much to bear. I mean, you all look ’human’ right in front of me right now.”

Fluttershy witnessed everything that was going on. It looks like another argument would break loose. But hearing that Tenchi does not believe about who they really are somehow infuriated her. She couldn’t stand what she just heard then quickly stood up then yelled, “How dare you!?” Everyone stopped from where they are and took notice of Fluttershy. “How could you be so inconsiderate to say such things?” she said. She continued on as she walks slowly towards to Tenchi. “You explained to us with all your heart how worried and desperate you are for your friends and we were willing to cooperate. But then you suddenly let doubt take you after we told you who we really are. You should realize by now that WE are all in same situation as your friends, being lost in another world we do not fully know. “ She then approached Tenchi as he looked dumbfounded, pokes his chest a few times and said, “If you expect us to help you as we expect you to help us, at least believe us. We would never lie to anypony, especially during a situation like this. You got that?”

Tenchi blushed a little in embarrassment, letting a cute girl like Fluttershy talk to him like that. Her friends stood still in shock from what just happened. Nobuyuki also joined in as well.

“Whoa...” gasped Rainbow Dash.

Fluttershy shook her head and realized what she have done. It’s as if she end up in some sort of trance during her confrontation with Tenchi and finally woke up. She also blushed in embarrassment then she politely lowered her hands and quietly said to Tenchi, “I mean, if you don’t mind….Eep!” With an embarrassed squeak she went back to her seat.

“Wow, that girl sure knows when to stand up for her friends whenever she needs to.” Said Nobuyuki while still rubbing the back of his neck. Everyone seems to calm down after that.

“Like Fluttershy said, Tenchi, you just have to trust us for now. Sure, we all look human just like you in your eyes but we’re still ponies on the inside. But really, we end up having these bodies by the time we got here. Other than Fluttershy’s reason to trust us, you have to do so if you really want us to help your missing friends.” Said Applejack.

With all that was said, now Tenchi and his father were the ones lowering their heads in shame. They were right, he should have known better. Of course, the moment they told him they are actually ponies is what really made him doubt their words. Having girls from outer space living your home is beyond belief to other people until they know what Tenchi has been through the past year in his shoes. But actually meeting girls who are actually horses? Now that is completely farfetched. But even with that thought occurred, he should have believed them when he himself asked for their help.

Tenchi look like he was about to break into tears then said, “Forgive me for my rude behavior before. You’re right, I should have known better. If I really wanted your help, I should have trusted you just as you are trusting me to help all of you.” He wiped his eyes with his forearm, then bowed so low as possible to express his apology and said, “I’m very sorry!”

The girls were definitely caught off guard from how much Fluttershy’s and Applejack’s words affected him, especially since this is the first time they seen such a different manner of expressing somepony’s apology. Pinkie Pie was the only one who did not hesitated as she went to Tenchi, placed her arms around him and hugged him. Tenchi regained his senses and noticed Pinkie Pie embracing him, which was so sudden.

“There, there. It’s alright. As long you were sorry, then everything is all okie-dokie-lokie. All we wanted from you is to trust us. Is that too much to ask? Besides, we’re all friends here, aren’t we?” said Pinkie Pie with a calm look.

Tenchi responded by breaking into tears once more. Never had he met someone so very forgiving. This made him thought that maybe he should really believe in them if they are actually such good people. The rest of the girls were touched by this moment, even Nobuyuki too. Rainbow Dash look like she was affected by this the most as if she was about to cry too. Applejack noticed her and with a sly look on her face she said “Rainbow Dash, are you actually crying from this? And I thought you said cool ponies don’t cry.”

Rainbow Dash reacted quickly and wipes the tear in her eye then said, “Me, crying? Ha! That’ll be day. It’s just…uh…it’s just that I got dust in my eyes. Yeah, that’s right.”

“Sure, it is. Heh-heh.” Applejack retorted. Rainbow Dash fumed after her excuse failed. Applejack went back focusing on Tenchi then asked “Now that’s settled, can you explain what that hoopla about your friends being aliens, sugarcube?”

Tenchi looked nervous while scratching his cheek with his index finger after Applejack brought that up. “Well, it’s a long story, I rather have myself explain to you all once your friend wakes up. But yes, they are all alien beings not from this planet. Actually, I’m not sure if all of you would believe it.” He said.

Suddenly, Pinkie Pie beamed at Tenchi then said, “Is it because all these girls came to you by random fate? One being a notorious space pirate, two being intergalactic police officers, another two are actually princesses of a far off planet, and lastly a mad scientist who has a knack for making weird yet dangerous inventions?”

Tenchi jaw dropped after hearing Pinkie Pie’s words. “Uh, that’s actually right!” How did you know?”

Pinkie Pie tilt her head, smiled at Tenchi then answered, “Just a hunch.”

Nobuyuki was just as surprised as well then thought, Some hunch, she is far better off as a psychic, if you ask me.

Tenchi nervously asked the others while pointing at Pinkie Pie, “Is she always this random?”

“That’s just Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie.” Said Rainbow. “Don’t worry, you get used to it."

Suddenly, Rarity jumped from realizing something important they have forgotten. The jump also made her heavy chest bounce. “Oh dear, where are our manners? With all of this going on, we completely forgotten to introduce ourselves.” She said with her hands clapped together then continued. “I guess you know Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash by now. Although I do hope they didn’t give you too much trouble now. Did they, Tenchi darling?”

“They were a handful when I first found them awake, but they were actually a great help after the rest of you recovered.” Tenchi responded with a confirming smile while rubbing the back of his head.

“Actually, Rarity, he doesn’t know us much at all. In fact, he doesn’t know I’m an Earth Pony and Rainbow Dash is a Pegasus.” Said Pinkie Pie.

Tenchi look confused after hearing that. “Wait, you’re saying you’re not just any ponies?” he said.

“Of course, in our world ponies come in various types, but the main ones we know are Earth Ponies, Pegasi, and Unicorns. Earth Ponies being known for their physical attributes, Pegasi for their wing flight, agility, and ability to walk on clouds and control weather, and finally Unicorns, like yours truly, who specialize in using their magic and intelligence.” Rarity explained. “Of course, ponies aren’t the only ones who inhabit our world. There are also various creatures whether they live in society like we do or in the vast wilderness.”

Tenchi was bewildered by this. Not just that girls are formerly ponies but magical ones at that. Hearing this just as a tip about their world sounded like all this came straight from fairy tales and mythology. “But I guess further explanation would wait until we find Twilight Sparkle, who happens to be a Unicorn as well. I mean, you already look startled after hearing what I explained” Rarity continued. “Now let me introduce myself, I am Rarity. Like I said, I’m a Unicorn, but the most fabulous one you would ever see if I was back in my original form, and I’m a well-known fashion designer. But is it safe to assume that I look fabulous in this body to your kind, no?” With that said, she bend over, then did a pouty look with her lips puckering together doing a duck face.

Tenchi looked nervous and was about answer, but his father quickly answered first before he did. “Of course, you are, miss. Men all over the world would consider you as an idol from your beauty.”

Rarity chuckled then said, “Why thank you very much, kind sir. Tenchi, I must say that your father is quite the charmer with his words.”

Tenchi shrugged and crossed his arms then said “You could say that.”

Rarity then presents Applejack to Tenchi. “And this *ahem* healthy lady is Applejack, she is an Earth Pony who help runs her family’s farm and apple orchard. “ she said.

Applejack walked to Tenchi as he looks above to her. Actually seeing stand up right in front of him for first time actually overshadowed him. “Uh, hi ? Eh heh-heh…” Said Tenchi nervously with uncertain chuckle.

Applejack smiled, took Tenchi’s hand, greeted him with a strong shake and said, “Howdy there, Tenchi. It’s a pleasure to meetcha’. Thank you and your dad here kindly for taking really good care of us. We do appreciate for your hospitality”

“N-n-n-n-n-n-no t-t-t-t-t-trouble a-a-a-a-a-at all-l-l-l-l.” said Tenchi as his words were in a mess from Applejack’s sudden handshake.

Applejack realized what she is doing and stopped. She rubbed the back of her head, smiled nervously then said, “Oops, sorry about that. I guess I don’t know my own strength while in this body.”

Tenchi look dazed for a moment, but then recovered then said, “It’s okay.” Better be sure not to get into her bad side. Her strength might be close to Ryoko’s. Maybe even more.

“Well, you should, Applejack, otherwise you be destroying these poor creatures’ fine home without even knowing.” Said Rarity. She continued as she presents the last one of the group. “And last but not least is this cutie that would leave you in awe, Fluttershy. She happens to be a Pegasus like Rainbow Dash, although she can be timid to new people, but once she gets to know you, she is very kind and caring. Back in our world, she is Ponyville’s expert animal caretaker.”

Fluttershy hesitates to introduce herself as she rubs her arm nervously and with her head tilted down a bit while her eyes were looking away. “Hello …” she said with a soft voice.

Tenchi couldn’t help but smile from her shy behavior. “What’s that? Could you speak a little louder?” he asked.

“I said… hello.” Spoke Fluttershy with an even softer voice.

“Could you repeat that again?” asked Tenchi once more.

Fluttershy responded with some squeak mumbling sounds. Tenchi can see why she has such a name but she chuckled seeing how cute she is without doing it on purpose.

“I’m sorry, Tenchi darling, but please give her some time. The poor thing has been through a lot like we did since we got here.” Said Rarity.

“I understand.” Responded Tenchi.

“Now then, its only courteous that you should introduce yourselves since we have done so already, if you may.” said Rarity as she and the others now have their attention on Tenchi and his father.

Tenchi nodded as he prepares his introduction while Nobuyuki stood up to do his. “My name is Tenchi Masaki, I’m 17 years old, and currently a high school student who will go through his second year. I’m also under my grandfather’s wing as I help out running his shrine temple. And this man here is my father, Nobuyuki Masaki.” He said as he present his father.

Nobuyuki bows then said “It’s a pleasure to meet all of you. You’re all welcome to stay in our home until we be able to find a way to send all of you back to your world. Speaking of that, I happen to be the designer of the house, since my job is being an architect, and very good one at that too if I do say so myself.”

Rarity look impressed as she clasped her hands together in delight. “Ooh, that is simply amazing. Your father even works in a professional field. Us fashion designers see architects as kin, but designing buildings instead of clothes. Nevertheless, it’s still consider an art.” She said.

Nobuyuki look proud as he rubs his nose then said, “ Well, I hate to brag, but I’m really a high demanding person for the company I work for.”

Tenchi shrugs seeing his father showing his ego but then focuses. “Well, that’s settled. I know you’re all worried about your friend, so I’ll take you to her at the shrine since my grandfather was taking care of her.”

Pinkie Pie rushed to Tenchi and glomped him. “Thanks for doing this, Tenchi! It really means a lot to us!” She said with such excitement.

Tenchi smiled nervously at Pinkie Pie. He definitely can see that she is such an energetic girl. The others looked at Tenchi and gave them their expressions of gratitude. Well, he can’t blame them. They haven’t seen their friend since they arrived here. Tenchi then finally took them outside while his father stayed to clean up a bit and continue to recover from his concussion. As soon the girls took their first steps outside of his home, they all looked in awe of the beautiful surrounding landscape. They never expect to see a beautiful field in such detail.

“Oh my!” said Fluttershy, looking around with such wonder.

“I know that the first the thing I noticed when we arrived is that this world look oddly detailed. But I never expect to express such beauty through its nature. It’s simply marvelous!” said Rarity.

“This definitely fits in the ‘Awesome’ category.” Said Rainbow Dash.

“Hoo-wee! This one heck of hum-dinger world we’re in.” said Applejack.

“It’s nice and all, but I still prefer the ol’ paper art cartoony look back home.” Said Pinkie Pie.

“Well, I’m glad to see that all of you are enjoying the scenery. But maybe you should turn around and witness my dad’s handy work on our home.” Said Tenchi as she points back at his home.

They all took several steps forward to reach to Tenchi’s position then turn around. The girls were all fascinated from actually seeing the outside design of the Masaki household. They never saw such a large home with a unique display. From the roofing to the placement of the windows and angles, its look like it came straight from a rare painting.

Rarity squealed in excitement. “This confirms it! Your father is a true artist. Your house is simply divine.” She said with such enjoyment.

“I can’t honestly say I would live in such a big home like this, but I surely admire the look of it.” Said Applejack.

“It’s almost as big as my home back at Cloudsdale… almost.” Rainbow Dash added.

“It’s beautiful!” said Fluttershy with delight.

“Aw, and I thought it would look like some sort sweet treat like Sugarcube Corner. But I have to admit that it does look nice.” Said Pinkie Pie.

“My dad would definitely appreciate your kind words. Anyway, let’s continue on. I’ll show you around the property along the way.” Said Tenchi.

They continued on their way while at the same time Tenchi presented them the various parts of property. Soon they pass by his carrot field. Applejack quickly took notice of it. “Sweet molasses! A carrot field! Did you actually grew this, Tenchi?” asked Applejack.

“Sure did.” He answered.

“I’m actually impressed. You definitely have a mighty fine carrot field here. For a high school student, why you never told us you’re a farmer too? Or did you keep that to yourself until you show this to all the other farm girls, ‘ey loverboy?” Tenchi turn red with embarrassment as he muttered a few words, but then Applejack pats his back a few times to calm him down. “Aw, I’m just messing with ya’, Tenchi. But again, I’m really impressed with the work you did here. Although, it doesn’t hurt to have a few apple orchard trees here and there.”

Fluttershy looked curiously at the field and noticed how big it was. “I can understand that you, your father, your grandfather, and your six friends live in the same house. But isn’t this field a little too big to grow this much carrots? Sorry for asking if it bothers you.” She said.

“Although one of my friends happens to be a child, she happens to be a great cook. She does use carrots in her recipes, but the main reason why is this big is because we happen to have a cute little creature belonging to one of them that happens to enjoy carrots and I mean a lot.” Tenchi explained.

As soon as Fluttershy heard those words, she suddenly rushed to Tenchi with excitement and such eagerness in her beaming eyes. “Really? Oh, I would love to see the cute critter. I wonder what he’s like. Is he some sort space bunny? I love bunnies.” She said with anticipation.

“It’s actually a ‘she.’ Her name is Ryo-Ohki. And yes, you could say she is some sort of space bunny. You’ll see her soon enough at the shrine, since she is accompanying my grandfather.” Said Tenchi after witnessing Fluttershy’s sudden behavior.

She continues being anxious as she makes cute sounds while pressing her arms together. Of course, Tenchi would understand how excited someone would be to meet an alien creature, but this girl seems a little too excited in which got him concerned. “I see you’re little confuzzled there. Don’t worry, this is Fluttershy’s usual norm.” said Applejack.

“Indeed, Fluttershy just adore animals. In fact, her special talent is that she is able to communicate with animals at such a level no other pony would have. But her adoration can be a little too much at times.” Said Rarity.

“Yeah, she prefers being with animals more than being with ponies. Its kinda weird but you get used to it.” Said Rainbow Dash.

Fluttershy heard what her friends said then she step up, twiddle her fingers and nervously said with a blushing face, “That’s only partly true. I do enjoy being with other ponies.”

Pinkie Pie happily glomped Fluttershy and spoke in defense for her. “She does enjoy hanging out with other ponies….only if they were her friends. Is that what you’re trying to say?” Fluttershy was a little annoyed of her friend interfering but she didn’t want to show it, so she sighed and nodded in confirmation.

Tenchi chuckled a bit after this then said. “Okay then, moving on now. The entrance to the shrine is just up ahead.”

The group finally reached the entrance to the shrine, which was a long stairway since it’s on top of a hill. All the girls looked up at the stairs with surprise, except for Applejack, in which she is able to look normally thanks to her height.

“You mean we have to climb up all THAT!?” said Rainbow Dash with an annoyed voice while pointing at the stairs.

Tenchi look nervously then responded “Uh, is there something wrong?”

“Of course there is, dummy! You didn’t told us that your shrine thingy was on top of some mountain. Not all of us have gotten used to standing up straight in such a short time.”

“Well, this area is composed of mountains and nature. But this is not a mountain, it’s just a hill.” Said Tenchi.

“Whatever!” Rainbow Dash retorted.

“Oh dear, I don’t think I would ever be able to climb this many steps. How can I possibly do that with these legs. Not to mention the front excess baggage I’m carrying if you know what I mean.” Said Rarity.

“C’mon, guys. It’s not that bad.” Said Pinkie Pie in her effort to calm them down.

“I agree with Pinkie Pie. Nothing solves anything more than a bit of elbow grease.” Applejack added.

“Easy for you two to say. You’re so tall you be able to skip a few steps and Pinkie Pie’s already gotten used to walking.” Snapped Rainbow Dash.

“Umm, wouldn’t be alright if Rainbow Dash and I just fly up to the top?” said Fluttershy. Rainbow Dash then knocks the top of her friend’s head a few times and said, “Earth to Fluttershy, you forgot. We’re humans now so we don’t have our wings. It’s not like they would magically reappear whenever we want to.”

Tenchi had to say something after all of this. “Alright, alright. Let’s do this then. Applejack, you help by supporting Rainbow Dash and Rarity. Pinkie Pie, you’ll be fine on your own. As for me, I’ll take care of Fluttershy.” He then turns his focus on Fluttershy. He gave her a calming smile and said, “Is that alright with you?”

Fluttershy rubs her arm nervously while looking away being hesitant, but she finally answered. “Um, okay, I guess so.”

Rainbow quickly confronted Tenchi , pointed her finger at him and said, “You better make sure you don’t do anything weird with her like that nose bleeding. She’s my best friend, and if you mess up, I’ll punch the daylights out of ya’.”

Tenchi nodded nervously, then Rainbow Dash left, but she quickly turned back to him pointed him once more with a glare, then finally left. Tenchi is starting to understand more about this girl. He offers his hand to Fluttershy, who slowly took it and said, “She can be very tomboyish and stubborn, but she cares deeply about her friends. I’m sorry about Rainbow Dash, Tenchi. But she really means well.”

“It’s alright. I kinda have the gist of how loyal she is.” He replied.

“Oh, she really is. In fact, that’s why she…” Fluttershy continued, but then Rainbow Dash yelled, “No talking with each other, you two, just as long it doesn’t lead to any love-dovey stuff!”

Tenchi and quickly shied away from looking at each other as soon as she yelled. Still, at least Tenchi is holding Fluttershy’s hand. For someone who never was human before, she sure has delicate hands. His grasp of her hand lets him feel how soft and warm they were. Tenchi somewhat blushed from the feeling and it seemed Fluttershy blushed too. Is this the first time a male actually held her? This wonders in Tenchi’s head, but he doesn’t want to make any sudden moves knowing how shy she is.

Rainbow Dash is still watching them at a distance, but then Applejack took notice of her behavior. “Rainbow, aren’t you a little too protective of Fluttershy. I kinda guess you don’t trust him, but I see Tenchi as a nice guy.” She said.

“You can’t be too careful not when my friends are involved. I mean, look at his dad. He must be as sly as he is.” Responded Rainbow Dash.

Rarity smile widely hearing through the conversation then intervened. “Well, I think you’re the sly one, Rainbow.” She said.

Rainbow Dash gave a confused look with an eyebrow raise and said with a certain tone “What you talking about, Rarity?”

“Well, I think you’re not being protective. For my assumption, I think you’re a little jealous of Fluttershy that Tenchi offered his help to her instead of you.” Said Rarity with a chuckle while tapping her chin with a finger.

“Me? Jealous? Ha! No way. You think I actually like him?” Rainbow Dash quickly retorted.

“Oh, I did not say that you like him. I only said he didn’t help you. Now you just said that yourself.” Said Rarity, seeing that she is enjoying every moment of this.

“Grr! If I wasn’t holding this big log as Applejack’s arm, I would give you such a bonk on the head for starting this!” Said Rainbow Dash with a threatening tone.

“Go ahead. If you can, darling.” Retorted Rarity, then both of them started glaring at each other.

Applejack sighed as she was not happy about the situation she was in. “Celestia, how did I end up being the middle mare between these two?” she said.

Pinkie Pie continue looking in awe at the nature surrounding the stairs. “The surrounding of trees here look amazing! It’s like something out of fancy portrait.” Everyone else start to join in and they all agree to Pinkie’s comment. Tenchi felt relieved that the girls are at least handling this well while heading up. Finally, they reached to the top and that they all are heading towards the Masaki shrine.

“Well, this definitely looks…quaint.” said Rarity with confusion.

“Hey, I thought this was a shrine. Shouldn’t it look, you know, big?” asked Rainbow Dash while looking at Tenchi with an unimpressed face and pointing at the shrine.

“I don’t know what’s your way of how shrines are supposed to look in your world, but this is how the ones in our country look. Well, at least just ours.” Answered Tenchi.

Inside the shrine, Katsuhito was still watching over Twilight Sparkle. Ryo-Ohki was napping next to him until one of her ears went up after hearing the footsteps of the group. She got up then faced at the direction of the entrance. Katsuhito noticed her reaction then said, “Ah, looks like Tenchi is back and not alone this time. Seems the other girls have finally woken up.”

Ryo-Ohki meowed with excitement and rushed outside. Tenchi and the others noticed Ryo-Ohki heading towards them then she leaped and landed on Tenchi’s arms. “Sorry to keep you waiting, Ryo-Ohki. Just wanted to introduce you our new guests here.” Said Tenchi with a smile.

“Myaa!” meowed Ryo-Ohki happily.

All the girls gathered in as they looked amazed at Ryo-Ohki as she looks back at them with curiosity. “Aaaaaaaawwww!” they all said in unison, knowing how cute she looked.

“Aren’t you just an adorable little thing.” Said Rarity then took hold of Ryo-Ohki and rubbed her against her cheek as the little creature enjoys the feeling from the rubbing. “And she has such a soft coat of fur too.” She continued.

“Look, she has a cat face and goes ‘meow’ like one, plus she’s got ears and body of a bunny. Does that make her a cabbit?” Said Pinkie Pie.

“Actually, you’re right. Good observation there. Well, that’s what her owner told me about her.” Responded Tenchi. Rainbow Dash look at Ryo-Ohki at in awe also blushes from her sight.

“Sweet molasses! So she’s the best of both worlds, huh? She really is a cute little critter.” Said Applejack while scratching under Ryo-Ohki’s chin which she also enjoys as well. Applejack then passes Ryo-Ohki to Rainbow Dash then she said. “Here you go, sugarcube. It’s your turn to get a hold of her.”

Ryo-Ohki meowed happily in front of Rainbow Dash while still held by Applejack. “Uh, okay?” said Rainbow Dash nervously as she picks up the cabbit. Ryo-Ohki tilts her head to the side and looks at Rainbow Dash with curiosity. Rainbow Dash blushed even more after seeing her do that then she slowly pulls Ryo-Ohki close to her and suddenly the little cabbit starts rubbing her head against Rainbow Dash’s chest.

Fluttershy squealed with delight after seeing that and she said, “You see that, Rainbow Dash? She really likes you. That is so precious.”

Seems Rainbow Dash couldn’t take all this cuteness anymore in front of her friend as she quickly passes Ryo-Ohki to Fluttershy and said in a fast pitch, “Okay , your turn.” then turned away in embarrassment. Fluttershy picked her up as both of them blinked at Rainbow Dash in curiosity then she happily stared at Ryo-Ohki.

“Looks like you’re a bit too cute for Rainbow Dash, little one.” said Fluttershy.

Ryo-Ohki responded with a happy “Mya!”

“Ooh, you’re such a wonderful creature. I bet you would be good friends with Angel Bunny back home.” Said Fluttershy while hugging her and sways her body from side to side with excitement. Tenchi witnessed the whole thing of the girls meeting Ryo-Ohki for the first time, but Fluttershy definitely showed how much she loves animals.

“I’m glad that you all like Ryo-Ohki but we should head inside the shrine to check upon your friend.” He said. Every one paused for a moment and realized how long they were distracted, in which they felt embarrassed about. With Tenchi getting their attention, they head inside the shrine while Fluttershy still carrying Ryo-Ohki.
