When Twilight Sparkle tests out a new language translation spell with her friends, something goes wrong, and the Mane6 are teleported to the Human World and end up as humans in Okayama, Japan. And where in Okayama, Japan, do they ended up? At the shrine of everyone's favorite High School farm boy & Jurai Prince, Tenchi Masaki!

Meanwhile at the Masaki residence, Washu has reworked and improved her Dimensional Tuner, upgrading it into an All-Purpose Dimensional Transporter, allowing users to visit other realities, and vise versa. But when everyone's favorite bubble-head, Mihoshi, causes the machine to malfunction (AGAIN), the girls are teleported away and end up as ponies in Equestria!

Now with both girl parties switching places, with the Mane6 now living as humans with Tenchi and his Dad and grandfather, and the Tenchi Girls living as ponies in Ponyville, they must learn to live in each other's worlds until they can find a way to switch back again and return home.

Can Spike & the Princesses handle helping the former space pirate, mad scientist, Jurai Princesses, and Galaxy Police officers adjust to life as ponies?

Can Tenchi and his dad and grandpa handle helping the six former ponies adjust to life as humans?

And can they help each other find a way home to their own worlds?
