Icefire's Adventure

Rainbow was flying home and she couldn’t help but think about her new friend IceFire. What was up with her? She kept yelling at me? No not me, someone else, but who? “I’ll ask her tomorrow.” Rainbow arrived at her cloud house and retired for the night.

Rainbow woke up early for once. Ice was scheduled for this morning and she hoped to not miss her. She looked out her window “Yup, still cloudy. Good” Rainbow ate some cereal and drank some apple juice. “Better go talk to her.” She flew out of her house and looked for her. She found him and started flying towards her. “Hey Ice!” Rainbow shouted. Ice looked up at the cyan pegasus. “NO!” Ice shouted and darted off. “That was weird.” Rainbow remarked. “Umm good work everypony!” Rainbow nervously said, noticing all the pegasi staring at her. She went to talk to Pinkie, That pony knows where anypony is. Rainbow arrived at Sugar Cube Corner. She walked in and both ponies in question were there. “Hiya Dashie!” Pinkie shouted. “Wha- NO NOT AGAIN!” Ice dropped like 30 bits on the table and zoomed out a window, breaking it in the process. “That was weird, but whatever, I GOT A TIP!” Pinkie shouted. “Oh no you didn’t that money goes towards a new window.” Mrs. Cake explained. “Dang! Anyway why are you here Dash?” Pinkie asked. “Oh you know I needed to talk to Ice.” Rainbow explained cautiously. Sensing that Rainbow didn’t come for her Pinkie started to get sad. “But we can hang out after I’m done!” Rainbow said cheerfully. “Oki Doki Loki!” Pinkie was ecstatic, bouncing everywhere. “See ya later Dash!”

Well Ice could be anywhere by now, Rainbow thought. Great. Rainbow looked around herself. Maybe Fluttershy knew where Ice was. When Rainbow arrived she heard some talking, and she knew if she barged in Ice would shout and Fluttershy would be scared.

“So, Ice what couldn’t wait until tomorrow’s appointment?” Fluttershy asked Ice. “Well its not really in my past. Its more recent, like last night recent.” Ice responded. “Really? What happened?” Fluttershy asked, tilting her head to the side. “Well you know how I told you how Twilight turned me into a mare?” Ice asked. Fluttershy nodded. “Well something came with the transformation, another me.” Ice stated. “Well, when me and Rainbow were having a little race. That part of me was remarking how beautiful she was while flying.” Rainbow blushed. “I didn’t get any of those kind of feelings before my other me, which I’ll refer to as Snow, said that I had these feelings before and that she’s just bringing them up to me.” Ice said shyly. “Oh, I never would’ve thought that you would like Rainbow, if anyone I thought it would be Twilight,” Fluttershy admitted. “I’ve been thinking about it for a long time, and I have come to the same conclusion as Snow, I have a crush on Rainbow Dash.” Ice said proudly. I hate to say it, but, I told ya so! Shut up! Rainbow who was already blushing, blushed even more. “Well Fluttershy I have to go.” Ice said with a smile. “Oh, yes, goodbye.” Fluttershy said returning the smile. Rainbow was so shocked about the story that she forgot to fly away, as Ice opened the door she bumped into her. Ice figured it was unavoidable so she came out and said it. “Rainbow I-I have a crush on you!” Ice blushed. Rainbow never had anypony tell her that and she didn’t know how to react, so she reacted the only way that came to her mind. “Oh. Well, ermmm.... bye!” Rainbow zipped out of Fluttershy’s cottage, and up high into the sky. ‘That was awkward, that was awkward, that was awkward!’ Rainbow repeated in her head.
