The Erroneous Spy

It was the next day and an especially sunny one at that. Down in Sweet Apple Acres there was one pegasus there who felt lost and had no idea where he lived, or that's so they thought.

Zach stretched as he woke up from his sleep and looked at the window and saw the apple family hard at work with there daily activities. He yawned as he walked out of the room and down the stairs.

"Do I Smell Pancakes?" Zach said as he walked down the stairs and looked at the table and saw a plate with 2 pancakes on them. "Oh there are pancakes!" Zach said as he drooled a little.

As Zach walked up to the table and saw a note "It says.. 'We made pancakes and ate ours so we left these out for you. "Hmm that's pretty nice of them." Zach said as he sat down and started eating some of the pancakes. "Wow, these pancakes are really good." Zach said as he was chewing on the pancakes so his voice sounded muffled.

After Zach finished the pancakes he walked outside, for a second he just stood there admiring the apples hard work. "Well howdy there Zach." AppleJack said as she finished bucking the apples off a tree and walked over to him.

"Oh, hi AppleJack." he began "You guys really work hard." he continued while gazing at the orchard which was already almost half empty of apples.

"Well we have to make a living somehow and its Apple buckin' season!" AppleJack with alot of enthusiasm.

"Apple...bucking...season?" Zach asked sounding very confused.

"It's the season when the apples are perfectly ripe so we gotta get em' fast." AppleJack said as she held out an apple that was the perfect shade of red.

"Of that makes sense I guess." Zach said as he took the Apple and bit into it and much to his surprise it tasted like there was a rainbow shooting out of his mouth. "Woah that's the best thing I've ever tasted!" Zach Yelled as he ate the whole thing.

"That's what they all say the first time they taste one of are apples." AppleJack said while a big smile.

"Well I only really remember tasting 2 things, your pancakes, which were delightful by the way thanks, and this apple." Zach lied as he didn't really have amnesia.

"Speaking of that I guess ya don't have your memory back." AppleJack said with a frown.

"No sorry AppleJack I don't" Zach said proving her thought right. "Too bad there's not just a spell that can fix this." he said while shrugging.

"That's it!" AppleJack yelled causing the rest of the Apple family to stare at her. "Hehe.." she said with a fake smile. "What's it" he asked not knowing he just have her the answer. "We can get Twilight to use a spell to cure y'all!" AppleJack said while smiling widely.

"You mean Twilight the princess of friendship!?" Zach asked sounding very surprised.

"In the flesh" AppleJack said

"Wait, are you an Element of Harmony?!" Zach said gasping out loud, surprised to be so close to one of his master's greatest enemies.

"Yeah, Element of Honesty in your service." AppleJack said while stepping forward in a proud stance.

"Wow that's awesome!" He said even though he knows she's his enemy.

"It's not much of a big deal.." AppleJack said while blushing. When he saw she was blushing he started blushing in turn and they just stood there in akward silence for a few moments.

"Well be better get going to Twilight's castle." AppleJack said breaking the silence.

"Yeah we should, but what about your work?" Zach said while looking at the apple farm.

"Oh Big Mac can handle it, right Big Mac?" She said while turningand looking at him.

"Eeyup" He said while getting back to piling hay bales.

"Okay then let's get going" Zach said as he waited for AppleJack to start walking towards Twilight 's castle. When she started walking he followed behind her slowly. On the way there he gazed at all the views like SugarCube Corner and the old burnt down Golden Oak Library. When they finally reached Twilight's castle Zach was amazed at the Crystal all over it and the overall design and beauty of the castle.

"Woahhh." was all Zach could make out because he was to busy admiring the castle.

"Cool isn't it?" AppleJack asked as she looked continued walking. Zach couldn't even begin to describe the castle so he just started walking with his mouth open trying to think of what to say.

Finally Zach thought of something to say "Cool? Cool is an understatement. That's the most awesome thing I've ever seen!" Zach yelled while he waved one hoof around. When they finally arrived they walked in the the giant castle doors and up the stairs to find Twilight sitting at the main table reading a book.

"Oh hey AppleJack and... Who's that?" Twilight asked while starting at Zach.

When Zach saw twilight he just froze, he was stunned by her beauty he just as stared at the lavender mare. Her flowing purple and magenta mane, her beautifully shaped wings, her gleaming purple eyes, they all just stole Zach's heart the instant he saw her.

"Zach? Zach!" AppleJack said snapping Zach out of his trance.

"W-Wha?" He asked not knowing why she was calling his name.

"Aren't ya gonna introduce yourself?" She asked while looking confused at him.

"I-Im Zachary Anemy.. but you can just call me Zach." He said nervously.

"Okay Zach, I'm Twilight Sparkle but you can call me Twilight." She said with a smile. "So AppleJack what brings you here?" Twilight asked looking a little confused.

"Well, Zach here has amnesia and we were hoping you had a spell that could help him regain his memories." She said while looking at Zach.

"Yeah." Zach said drowsily as he was fawning over her.

"Oh, Yeah I think I have a spell to cure as amnesia." Twilight said while looking through one of her books.

"See Zach, I told ya she could help you." AppleJack said while looking at Zach who was still fawning over Twilight.

"Here it is." Twilight said while reading the book.

"Okay get reading I'm going to try it." Twilight said while walking over to him.

"A-Alright." he said unsure about how it would turn out if he didn't have amnesia. "Here we go" Twilight said as her horn started to glow and then so did Zach until it faded out into nothing.

"How do ya feel?" AppleJack said as she looked at Zach.

"I don't feel any different." he said butt as he spoke they noticed the inside of his mouth was neon blue and his tongue was a neon magenta pinkish color. "Well thats weird it did something totally different." Twilight said with a little sad expression on her face.

"W-What did it do?" Zach asked a little scared for the answer.

"Well your mouth is blue and purplish pink." AppleJack said while handing him a mirror. "It's magenta, blue and magenta." Twilight corrected her nicely. When Zach say his mouth he freaked out for a sec.

"Oh my gosh I look weird!" Zach Yelled .

"Hey its not so bad it looks kinda cool." Twilight said in an attempt to calm him down.

"You really think so?" He said calming down a bit.

"Yeah I mean it didn't cure your amnesia but it still looks cool." She said smiling at him a little.

"Wow thanks Twilight." he said hugging her which made them both blush. After they broke the hug they were in a state of akward silence.

"Well I'd better get going I have to get back to buckin apples." AppleJack said breaking the silence once again

"I should help to I mean I owe you one I did kinda break your wall.."

"Now y'all 'll don't have to do that." AppleJack said.

"No I insist, I really don't have anything else to do." Zach said as he walked over to AppleJack.

"Okay I guess if ya insist." she said a little uncertainty. "Well see ya twilight!" AppleJack said she started walking out the door with Zach. "Yeah thanks for the help!" He said walking away.

"Well he was... nice." Twilight said with a little smile.
