"I was raised as a weapon. I would either serve my master or be punished."- Night said shivering from the memories of the times he attempted to escape from his master.

"Ah so thou being brought here changed noting for thee other then who thy serve?"-Luna said hopeful that maybe her actions weren't that bad. That maybe she would be forgiven.

"Not as such I cant kill my current master where as I killed my previous for daring to command me."-Night said calmly staring down Luna whose ears were pressing against her head in an attempt to un-hear what he was saying.

It had been a few minutes now and the two stared at each other Luna because she feared that the next times she blinked or looked away he would attempt to kill her and Night because he saw the fear and distrust in her eyes. He thought that if he was to survive in this land of magic he would need to force his supposed ally to believe in him and know that he would not use his powers to aid her so long as she did not betray him. He would have to demonstrate to her that betraying him would cost her direly. The two walked back to Luna's room not blinking or looking away from one another. Once they were inside Luna broke the silence.

"Does thou think we are evil?"-Luna said meekly

Night considered his words for over a minute before he replied.
"I do not know you aside from your few actions. I have yet to determine if you are evil. But what would it change if I believed you evil?"

"Would thy not kill us if thou believed us evil? Is that not why thou killed thy previous master? Because he was evil. Because he controlled thee"- Luna said rapidly

"I killed my old master because he held me with power but when I was stronger he failed to acknowledge that fact. But you hold no power over me Luna."- Night answered with a trembling voice.

"What does thou mean if we wished thou would be at our mercy."-Luna asked annoyed.

"I am merely saying that our bond does not give you power over my skills."

"We know it is our magic we spoke of."-Luna said as if explaining to a foal

"I have been patient with you Luna think on this I have nothing to lose but my freedom should you take they away with your power would I not answer in kind?"

"Thy can not hurt us "

"Perhaps but I can hurt your sister."

"Thy attacks are no match for her magic"-Luna said confident in her sister.

"And what good is magic against an attack you do not see."-Night said growing frustrated with the Luna's stubbornness

"No such attacks exist."-Luna said smugly

"Then I shall just have to show you and once I have proven my point you shall aid me with your deceit or I shall be forced to come true on my promise and take your sister from you. Before the day is done you shall know that while I lend you my skill it is not yours to command."

"We shall see."-Luna said angered that he was threatening her sister
