Chapter-42 Boiling point[Edited]

"THEE, THEE RUINED EVERYTHING! HE WAS GOING TO FORGIVE ME, FORGIVE THEE FOR THE ATROSITIES THOU COMMITED. BUT THEN THEE DID IT AGAIN."- Luna shouted using magic shattering the windows and breaking the silence spell Celestia had placed over the room.

"Sister please listen."- Celestia began but Luna interrupted her.

"No! Celestia, you listen! I have forgiven you time and time again for attacking the one I love. You even risked the death of the guards by enclosing them with him just so you would have an excuse to restrain him like an animal. Well no more if you will act like a foal I shall treat you as such. You are grounded to you room with no books until I decide you've had enough. If you so much as dare step outside or sneak some books I will take Night and leave the borders of Equestria forever." - Luna shouted at Celestias sobbing form.

"You can't, what of our subjects? They need guidance." Celestia said pleadingly as she fell to the ground still sobbing.

"Do not worry Celestia. I shall make sure that everything goes smoothly until the time you prove that you are capable of fair judgement. Oh, and unlike you I shall not deprive you the joy of doing the activity of your special talent." Luna said spitefully.{This is a big chance I truly should find a way to thank Night.}

"But you're, you're..." Celestia began but stopped as she saw her sisters glowing eyes.

"I AM WHAT? NOT READY? UNPREPARED? WELL CELESTIA I SUPPOSE YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT BEFORE DEMONSTRATING TO ME THAT YOU ARE UNCAPABLE OF RULING. IF YOU INSIST ON CONTINUING THIS I COULD AWAYS LEAVE AND MAKE MY OWN COUNTRY THEN WE CAN FIGHT TO THE DEATH. IS THATS WHAT YOU WISH SISTER?" Luna asked each word echoing trough the castle.

"No, please I will listen please Lulu don't leave me again." Celestia said crying as she hid her head beneath her front hoofs.

As Celestia cried Luna's resolve wavered and she wondered if she had gone too far but she did not have time to reflect on that as Fancy Pants entered the room. He was silent for a few minutes taking in the scene before him of Celestia crying on the floor before Luna who stood above her with a stone expression and the body of Night laying on the ground. Then he spoke hesitantly.

"Uhm Princesses I am t-truly sorry to interrupt but night should have descended upon the land over an hour ago. I-I know that the issue at hand is important but pl-please bring the night as the kingdom can't easily handle another drought." Fancy said as he bowed in front of Luna while still being only half way in the room shaking slightly in fear.

"Ah Fancy Pants just the pony I needed to see. Please excuse the delay but something happened." Luna said as she turned to the window and the nights sky appeared on the horizon. Unlike the usual night sky she created this one was eerie making you fear the shadows just by looking at it and the moon had an odd crimson colour. "Please escort my sister to her room and ensure that guards are stationed at the door. She is not to leave her room until I say so. I would be taking over her duties starting tomorrow. Am I understood?" Luna said calmly with a cold unfeeling voice.

"Yes princess Luna. p-princess Celestia w-would you please allow me t-to escort you to your r-room." Fancy Pants said still bowing.

Celestia just got up shakily and began walking towards her room as she was leaving the room her head nearly touching the floor Luna called from behind her. " Don't forget Tia, no books. " At hearing this Celestia hesitated for a second but then continued to walk, tears wetting the floor.

Once Celestia and fancy left Luna headed to Night and used some magic to heal him from the magical imbalance that Celestia had caused with her question. As Night awoke he gulped for air and at the same time struck at Luna. Hitting her chest and instantly driving as much magic as he could trough his hand. Luna fell to the ground before she realized what had happened as she had used a lot of her magic during her argument with her sister. The marble around her crackled under her weight.

"You have betrayed my trust for the last time. Why shouldn't I just tell Celestia of your plans? I am almost killed by you her or dragons anyways at least then I will know the reason. Or better yet I could kill her might as well die killing the ones who took my freedom and turned my life into hell." Night said staring down at Luna blood dripping from his left hand on the floor. Once he finished he turned to the door and walked shakily.

"WAIT! I promise I will make it up to you and help you find ways to experience your freedom. Please don't do this." Luna said pleadingly.

{Well I suppose I could wait and see if this mysterious figure can come trough on his promise.} Night thought as he walked back to luna and looked down at her trembling form before he spoke.

"Very well but should either you or Celestia try to kill me again I shall turn this city to ashes and allow you and your sister to listen to the screams of the subjects you failed as I kill them. Now I need to take a shower. Can't have my wounds getting infected now, can I?" Night said as he headed for the bathroom.

"Wait release your spell before you go." Luna said unable to move due to the weight she felt on herself.

"Ha that's your lesson on how I feel when you or Celestia use your magic on me." Night said laughingly as he continued walking to the bathroom not even missing a beat.

Luna felt confined unable to even move her head she wasn't in particular pain but she did feel a lot of pressure on her entire body. The spell will eventually end but she felt even more restricted than the time she had tied Night in a bed sheet. She could only watch as the door closed and think on what had happened as she heard the water run to her right.

As this happened a certain statue in the castle's hedge maze recieved a rather big but yet still thin crack trough the entirety of it.

{Oh this is going to be fun! Come on, just one more push and I can play with them again. Oh there are so many fun things I want to try and I can get my big happy reunion with Lulu and Tia, I am sure they missed me. And this new hueman thing is just so entartaining to observe.} The statue thought into the night.
