A Guide to the World of Terra: Book 1

  Terra is a distant world inhabited mostly by Equines. From the marble cliffs of Seaddle to the dense Everfree Forest. Terra is incredibly diverse, almost every ecosystem exists within it. This diversity continues into its inhabitants, who are spread through the continent's. Much of the land on Terra has yet to be explored, as such this guide will be updated with every new discovery.

  Terra itself came to existence during an era in the universe called Evana. Evana is ancient pony for beginning. The planet was extremely volcanic and many meteors struck the forming planet, blasting pieces of rock around the planet; They became the seven moons of Terra. During the beginning the Magic Goddess Hecate, infused magic into the core of the planet; ensuring the development of sorcery among the people.

  The Pantheon of Terra is a subject of debate amongst the races. The dragons believe it was their species, the equines theirs. The commonly accepted belief is that the Gods are genderless, omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent beings. Their is a God for the basic elements and the more complex elements such as magic, darkness, light, life, and death.
