"Hello?" I called out into the darkness that now surrounds me. The darkness that was surrounding me like an impenetrable barrier that will stop at nothing to keep me safe.

Hold on, I should explain my situation a bit more.

Well, after I was hit--and probably killed--by that random-ass cow, my world went black for a few seconds. Then, Everything turned to a bright blinding white. I also thought I heard a slight gasp, but that was probably just me, turns out I was wrong.

"So, your the one.... interesting." An ominous, disembodied female voice said, her words seeming to come from everywhere.

"Wha- Who are you? Where am I?" I yelled into the light. The response I received was in the form of a chuckle.

"Calm down Hero, all will be explained in time." She chuckled again, "You prefer the darkness, don't you?"

"Ya, how did you-? Wait, Hero? What are you-?" I stammered.

"Shhhhh. Quite Hero, we will speak again soon. But for now, lets get you somewhere more comfortable. Hmh? You must relax while you can, for you wont have much time to do so once you wake up." As she said this with no small amount of sympathy in her voice, the world around me changed to the protective vale from before. "I will give you control over your surroundings during your dreams for whenever you may have them, that way you will have somewhere to relax every now and again. You WILL need it." There was a rumble, "*Sigh* I must go now Hero. Remember, we WILL speak again soon. Goodbye Hero, just try and relax."

And that is where we left off before, right here.

"Hello?" I called out into the darkness that now surrounds me. The darkness that was surrounding me like an impenetrable barrier that will stop at nothing to keep me safe. "Hey! WHERE ARE YOU! YOU CANT JUST LEAVE LIKE THAT! YOU HAVE A LOT TO TELL ME!! YOU HERE ME!? I WILL GET ANSWERS!!!!!!" I yelled into the nothingness guarding me. But unlike before, I received no answer.

So I decided to take her advice and try to relax, yet relaxation evaded me, for my mind was on its usual never-ending train of random thoughts. After about half an hour, there was an earthquake-like event, how I could tell, I don't know, but cracks started to form all around me in the darkness. And through these cracks were coming fourth rays of blinding light. Then, with a bright flash, my protective barrier of shadow was shattered, and was replace by light. Waking me from whatever comatose like state I was in for Oblivion knows how long....
