My Little Pony: Friendship is Everlasting
Chapter 1: Time for Trouble.
Load Full StoryNext ChapterA young filly trotted through the Everfree Forest. A dark, almost black cloak covered her back. A shadow was created, hiding her dark purple eyes. As she trotted down the dark brown path, her hooves made small indents into the damp ground which created an imprint of her hooves. The filly held her head high and proud as she made her way down the path. The forest became dense and she arrived to another path which criss-crossed the one she was on. Ahead, five figures could be seen standing in a semi-circle, also in cloaks. The cloaks of the others varied in different dark colors from purple to pink and blues. However, they still maintained an almost mysterious element to it. The filly joined the five and stood silently in front of them before lowering her hood. The moonlight caught in her eyes and they lit up to a beautiful purple color. Her coat was a gray color and her mane purple and cut short.
"Do you have everything?" the gray coated filly questioned, moving to sit down.
A colt lowered his hood, exposing his pastel-blue coat and darker blue mane. He stepped forward with a bag on his back and pulled it off, dropping it in front of the filly before taking a step back and sitting. "It's all here," he said. "Glue, toilet paper, glitter, and some of Rarity's gems," He spoke as another pony stepped forward.
"I got a confetti canon but it's already in position. It was too heavy to get it all the way out here," the filly said. Her dark pink cloak hid herself as she took her own turn to sit.
The gray-coated filly nodded and she stood, pulling the hood back over her head. She turned her back towards everypony else and looked over her shoulders. "Let's get going before we get caught out here," she said before smiling some. "Oh, and thanks Moonlight for making us these cloaks! Now nopony will tell it's us!" The filly took off down another path, her trot turning into a slow gallop while the others followed.
The gray-coated filly looked up at the moon and then around her, seeing how the moonlight lit up her surroundings. Her and the other fillies and colts exited the forest and into PonyVille. The group slowed to a simple trot and approached a familiar boutique and they all slid to a halt, more or less crashing into each other. They stood in a line as they looked over the boutique. The only way of lighting was the moon. The group couldn't see much but they could see enough to know what they were doing. The gray coated filly knelt down, preparing to charge. Her short tail swished from side to side and her eyes narrowed. "Ready?" she whispered, looking over her shoulder to see her five friends were doing the same and they nodded. She smirked and took off running as she yelled, "Attack!!"
White sheets of toilet paper covered the boutique. The fillies and colts laughing and giggling as they made a mess of the place. Gems were glued to the low windows and any part of the boutique they could reach with their hooves including the front door. Moonlight, a white colored colt with his blue mane naturally spiked up, laughed deviously as he dumped bags of glitter on the green grass, grinning with pride as he watched the lawn sparkle in the moonlight.
A pink filly grinned as she sat in front of a confetti canon. On the side of the canon the words Pinkie's Part Canon" was engraved into the side. She looked over at everypony else and smirked before saying, "It's all set up and ready. Wake her up."
Moonlight looked up from his glitter work and nodded quickly, trotting over to the door and knocking on the door before ringing the doorbell a several hundred times before running to hide behind a bush along with his friends while the pink filly remained behind the canon.
Hooves could be heard inside the boutique and the door opened. Rarity stood with the door open. She clearly just woke up as her eyes drooped and she wasn't wearing her blue eye shadow she normally did. Her face was covered in a greenish face mask. She didn't have time to think before the pink filly pressed a button on the canon and confetti spilled out into the air and onto Rarity. Her un-brushed, curly mane was now covered in confetti and her face mask was ruined. The filly ran over to join her friends behind the bush as they burst into laughter together. One by one, they fell from behind the bush, laying on their backs with their hooves pressed to their stomach while they laughed to the point tears pricked the corners of their eyes. Rarity stood with a look of disgust on her face before trotting into the yard and turning to see the mess her boutique was in. She hadn't even noticed the glitter all over the grass yet. Her mouth hung open. "My house!" she yelled, turning with an angered look as she approached the four fillies and two colts. "What have you done! My boutique is ruined! The toilet paper is a mess and the gems don't even match!" Rarity groaned before looking at her hooves which were now covered in glitter. "Ah! What a mess!" Rarity gasped, looking around to see that her entire yard was nothing but glitter.
Rarity took a moment to pace back and forth, talking to herself about how much of a disaster this was. She finally turned to the group of six and she frowned, narrowing her eyes as she looked at the gray-coated filly. "Diamond Topaz?? Is that you?" Rarity said, her voice contained disgust and disappointment. "Get in the house right now. You have no idea how much trouble you are in! You'll be cleaning this mess up for weeks!" She said.
Diamond lowered her head when she realized Rarity had noticed it was her and her ears fell back. "This wasn't my idea, though," she complained, starting to walk ahead. She looked behind her to her friends with a sad frown before saying, "Bye, guys. I'll see you whenever I'm freed from this prison." Diamond walked off into the boutique and up the stairs to her room.
Rarity turned to the others. "As for the rest of you," she began, raising towering over the five with a disappointed look, "I will letting Twilight and the rest of your parents know what has happened. I suggest you get home before you get into any more trouble," she stated before turning and walking back into the boutique, closing the door and heading up to her own room after talking to Diamond Topaz.
The three fillies and two colts that were left watched and said goodbye to their good friend before they turned and began to head home. A Blue colt spread his Pegasus wings and flew off with a yellow filly, the others walking side by side until they split up to head home.
