After eating a faulty AA battery, Balloon Boy, a robotic child from a haunted pizzeria, is suddenly transported to a magical world of fun, friendship and ponies. Will the balloon-wielding bot be able to fit in despite his many differences, or will he return to his own world, abandoned by the hopeful ponies that inhabit the land?
